We absolutely loved our stay at the Loft. Catherine was super easy to reach before and during our stay -- very communicative and friendly. The Loft itself is in a perfect location -- super close to everything (beach, grocery, etc.). On arrival, parking was easy, as was getting inside, and the whole place was spotless, cozy and inviting. And as a nice surprise, it was perfectly set-up for our family with toddlers (not a lot of hazards) and we actually found it very quiet, despite being close to everything. No issues with street noise or sleep disruptions. AC worked great, hot showers, good and consistent wifi, and lots of space for our stuff and for our kids to toddle around. Couldn't ask for anything more and we can't wait to return!

Staying at Las Palmeras in Stacey’s unit was an incredible experience. We were there for 6 weeks for our first extended trip with our young children. The security and staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The others at the condo (guests and owners) were just unbeatable. My kids said they were going to miss Costa Riva because they’d miss their neighbours! The location was pretty much perfect. A short walk to the beach past a small field of cows and horses (dreamy!) an even shorter walk to a local restaurant and great little grocery store, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to town. We didn’t rent their golf cart in time but I’d highly recommend you do because it really is the cheapest in town from what we saw. Oh laundry was easy too with a great place to hang your laundry if you want (they have washers and dryers too). We did do fan moving around to cool things down but at 37/38 degrees Celsius you kind of have to! Highly recommend!

I liked how this location was very hidden, yet, walking distance to a few places to get certain foods. the apartment was spacious and had the basic needs. if there was anything that was needed, the host, Daniel, would kindly respond as well as a lovely lady that would stop by to check up on my partner and I for any other needs. we had some friendly furry and other creature visitors at times as well as being serenaded by the birds. the only downside I would say is that, there was some noises at various times, especially at night. good thing we had some white noise to play as well as the ac to block. other than that it was a pleasant stay and for a very decent price. overall it was super chill.

The local management team was great with arrival check in, and responding to any questions and concerns throughout the week. The master bed was very creaky, as in, it made noise every time I moved throughout the night. I felt little silly texting the team to complain, but they sent a maintenance worker within 2 hours to tighten up the bed frame. And like magic, I was able to sleep through the night! Coffee maker, fridge, AC, etc were all great. It's a little bit out of town, which was fine with us for the busy holiday. I wish I called earlier about renting ATV, we had a difficult time renting ATV during busy week. The local management team helped us find one for a couple of days. And then we managed with our rental car from LIR.

David was incredibly quick and responsive. He was super kind and flexible with us. The place is new and clean and they had all sorts of nice touches such as fresh coffee and all the necessities to cook and prepare meals. The pool is lovely and the place is a quick drive from the beach. Dave is a kind soul and a super great host- highly recommended!

The best recommendation one can give is a repeat reservation. This was our second visit to Villa Majagua and we will definitely reserve it again when we return. The property itself is located on Playa Garza and the one minute walk to the beach is through a beautiful garden awash with birds and butterflies. The property is but a five minute walk to a cafe, restaurant, and grocery store. The apartments are all clean with well equipped kitchens. The showers have great pressure and abundant hot water. The beds are comfortable and each unit has a small porch and laundry facilities. There is parking for cars. The hosts are readily available and responsive as they live on the property. We thoroughly enjoy Playa Garza.

Cindry's place is a gem! The beautiful "Italian Chalet" exceeded our expectations. We loved being high up in the trees with the monkeys & birds. It felt private & peaceful. The location in town was perfect, (walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants) accommodations were spacious & comfortable, & the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Can't wait to book this special airbnb again!!

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, todo funciona perfectamente. 4 ventiladores ultra silenciosos en cada habitación y en el balcón, aire acondicionado en el dormitorio que no usamos. Vajilla e implementos de cocina limpios y nuevos, plantilla de inducción eléctrica como estufa, horno electrico en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Colchón y cama confortables con mesas de noche (falta una lámapra en una de ellas). Televisión con cable con el contendio medio de las cableras de la zona. Excelente servicio de internet de Kölbi. Baño, inodoro y ducha en perfectas condiciones con buen sistema de calentamiento de agua. Medianmente bien amueblado.

Lovely spot with a great price. We had a really fun two weeks here. It's a beautiful property with a private path to the beach. The yoga platform and pool were both so nice. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. We slept really well with a comfortable king bed, blackout curtains, and AC in the bedroom. We loved the neighborhood, in particular being able to walk to Perozah, Estrellitas, and Malacrianza for vegan food, Blue Garza for supplies, and South Guiones for sunset. Claudia was very easy to coordinate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

We were very happy staying at Kirsten's apartment. Being Kirsten's home meant there were all the little things that you want or need that pure rentals don't always have. There is a lovely community there and we met neighbours and made friends. Access to Tennis was great, and there are wonderful tide pools at the beach at low tide if you want calmer sea than the usual Nosara surf, which was perfect for us and our little daughter. I can't speak highly enough of Kirsten who was the perfect host, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you Kirsten!

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in and definitely a highlight of our trip! You will have a perfect start into your day with a fantastic morning yoga session, followed by breakfast that you will enjoy on your balcony. The apartment is well-located, within walking distance to everything. Federica and Roberto are warm, welcoming people who support you with everything and are very responsive. The apartment is lovingly decorated and has everything you could possibly need. You feel right at home and I would definitely come back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Tina & Jörg. Das Apartment entspricht vollends dem, was die Bilder erwarten liessen - es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Gastgeberpaar stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sobald es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlägt, würden wir uns freuen, wieder Gäste von Tina & Jörg zu sein.

Great place to stay in Nosara! Convient location for nearby Pelada beach, coffee shop and restaurants! Host was very responsive.

My family had a lovely stay! We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the nature walks and the close walk to restaurants. We hope to stay again in the near future!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

Quel bel emplacement ! Calme et invitant, entouré de verdures et d’arbres, aux abords d’une superbe piscine (au sel en bonus). Un appartement grand avec 3 salles de bain et en prime, les douches et le bain étaient dans une alcove à l’extérieur des salles de bain. C’est franchement original et surtout fantastique de se doucher en sentant l’air salin. Un plus pour les appartements du rez de chaussé. La mer était à 5 minutes de marche et même si l’épicerie était un peu loin (20 minutes de marche), l’hôte a offert de nous y amener et de nous aider à faire notre épicerie. Excellent service. Je recommande à toute personne voulant du calme et du repos.
