What a stunning place! Beautiful and private, a true oasis. Lovely finishes and touches and our kids loved the indoor/outdoor living! We have travelled to the area many times and this was one of our favorite stays! Yes, you do need a 4x4 to get to the development, but the road quality is not within the control of the host and it is definitely worth the trek! Esteban was an excellent host as well! Highly recommend :)

Maison magnifique avec prestations de grande qualité : belle cuisine, literie parfaite, grandes pièces. C'est très paisible et la vue est magnifique. La route n'est pas bonne pour arriver mais c'est vite oublié au vu du cadre.

Art & Galyna's Airbnb was amazing! Truly 5 stars. The location is very jungle-like, and a short drive away from Playa Pelada and the most amazing coffee shop (Sunrise Coffee). We loved waking up early and enjoying the deck and small pool outside. It was also a close drive to the other beaches as well. The house had great air con and a great kitchen, as well as a fire pit in the back. We truly could not have asked for a better Airbnb! All communication was so easy as well, which always makes things even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this spot if you have a group of people looking to make incredible memories.

This home is truly one of a kind—beautifully designed, full of character, and perfect for a luxurious getaway. The layout made it ideal for enjoying a private chef experience, with plenty of space to gather and dine. Evenings by the pool were magical, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and ambiance. A stunning, well-thought-out space that made for an unforgettable stay!

This house is amazing- a true gem. The location is pure magic, spectacular ocean view, infinity pool, great house, very confortable deck and the open kitchen is the cherry on top. The magic comes in so many layers: Sunrise - crispy clear air Daytime - sunny but not over the top hot. The house is located in a place where the breeze cools it down. Working on the deck took zoom calls to another level Sunset - pure magic from the deck. The colors are incredible and the crickets join in once the sun goes down. Night - enjoy the milky way from the roof. What a sight. Sleepy time - the house sits on top of a hill, but the valley echos the waves from the beach. Its like you're front row to the waves. This is such a great house and Gil is an incredible host! I'll be back

Pictures do not do this home justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The pool and view are so peaceful you don’t want to leave. You definitely need a 4x4 to get up the road. But we loved the journey and animals we would see every day as we climbed up or down the mountain. The house has everything you could need. We loved the outdoor shower to cool us off before bed as well. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the main living room is not, but fans help cool it off. The screened patio is the highlight of the home. Sitting out there listening to the howler monkeys in the morning with local fruit was beyond compare. There are definitely MANY bugs and critters as you are up in the jungle. We saw a few scorpions in the house (not poisonous and my kids found them fascinating) and lots of very large spiders and bugs outside, so be ready to handle that. But to us, that was part of the adventure. Thanks for the great week! We cannot wait to return!

Una casa con una excelente ubicación para acceder a distintas playas. Se encuentra muy bien equipada y la piscina es espectacular. La súper recomiendo para que pasen una estadía relajados en un lugar muy acogedor.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Casa Gracia. It is sheer perfection in everyday. The setting, the decor, the amenities, the organization of the house, the security, the pure gorgeousness of the villa. A lovely walk to the beach. Parking was easy and just above Pelada Beach is a wonderful location. I was with three teen boys who were in CR heaven. I cannot recommend this home highly enough. I am definitely the pickiest person ever and can find NO FAULT whatsoever with this stunning home. The concierge service was helpful and friendly. Saw lots of monkeys and birds from the dining room and master bathroom. The tub is divine. All of the furnishings were impeccable and the beds super comfy. Truly perfect....could not have loved it more and wished we could stay on longer. Note to self next time - book a quad bike way in advance during busy season and have restaurants lined up. Having said that, La Luna was our fave and we could walk to it and onto Guiones for surfing. Perfection!

Great new house right next to the beach. We love the seclusion of San Miguel - only a few people on the beach. The supermarket is 15 minute drive and restaurant San Miguel and Pizza Tree are very close and Restaurant El Barco is 10 minute drive. The pool is great and we would definitely stay again.

Firstly I want to say Pura Vida! Costa Rica is a wonderful country!! Our host Mariam was very kind and responsive and helped us tremendously throughout our stay. Casldeal organized our shuttle to and from the airport, assisted with booking our car rental and even had fresh lobster delivered to our villa for us to enjoy for supper! I want to be clear that we were completely happy with our stay however for transparency I think people should understand the realities of staying in Costa Rica. For our group who was made up of country folks, it was completely fine, but for others expecting a more refined vacation they may find it cumbersome. What we encountered at our villa was not entirely what we had been expecting. Some of the promised amenities were not available or working (Safe/Oven/Washing Machine/TV) but Mariam and her team did their best to work out the kinks with us. We also had water and power issues but they supported us throughout. Overall lovely group and home! THE VIEW!

Eva is a wonderful host with a beautiful home to share with all of us! She was very attentive and responded very quickly. The pool was great!

David, Shelly and Hans and crew were very helpful and congenial. They were always around to help, to chat and and to uplift out our visit. They were particularly helpful in getting us out of a big jam with medications. (above and beyond) They have a wonderful property, walk-able to the beach and restaurants, but away from the hubbub. It was fun hearing the howler monkeys every morning and sometimes seeing them in the trees. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The pool is amazing. Thank you and hope to visit again.

It’s rare to find a property that’s more beautiful in real life than the pictures, but The Rio was exactly that! The house is incredibly spacious both inside and out, well-appointed, and simply beautiful. It felt like we were staying at a resort with details such as monogrammed robes & towels and the provided cleaning services. Steven, the host, was very responsive to anything we needed and gave great recommendations for restaurants, grocery, and other local spots to check out. We spent just over 4 weeks at The Rio and are sad to be home. I think we could have stayed there forever without looking back! I’m jealous of whoever is there next. Don’t hesitate booking The Rio!
