Мы с семьёй были в полнейшем восторге от этого дома! Он находится буквально в двух минутах от главной площади Регистан — даже ближе, чем мы ожидали. Расположение идеальное: тихо, уютно и при этом в самом сердце Самарканда. Сам дом оказался ещё лучше, чем на фотографиях — просторный, светлый, невероятно чистый и со вкусом оформленный. Очень порадовала обстановка: красивый интерьер, удобные кровати, качественное постельное белье, пушистые белоснежные полотенца и, что особенно приятно — удобные подушки, впервые за всё время нашего путешествия по Узбекистану! Полы с обогревом. Несмотря на холодную погоду и отключенное центральное отопление в городе, в доме было тепло и комфортно благодаря собственной системе отопления и водонагревателя. Душ и ванная просторные, напор воды отличный. Отдельное спасибо хозяину Акмалу — очень радушный, внимательный и доброжелательный человек. Чувствовали себя как дома. От души рекомендуем этот дом всем, кто ищет комфорт, тепло, душевность и дружелюбие.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful—we arrived early, and she kindly provided a place to store our luggage and even offered a space to rest while our room was being prepared. Very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended!

The Place is Exactly as shown in the photos , it has a massive living room with very efficient AIRCONDITION. There are two separate toilets . Spacious and very generous for 3-4 people. The place is very conveniently located and it is at the centre. The banks , the restaurants and departmental stores are less than 2 - 3 minutes by foot. Registan , Boulevard and Tomb is less than 15 mins walk. Last but not the Least. The Host Is exceptional and very attentive and responsive. The Young Lad Farkhod is super-duper host and he did come to pick me up and even came to drop me even at 6:30am train. Extremely Thankful to him ! A place with not substitutes.

Unbeatable location, in a locals apartment block just across the road from the stunning Registan. Easy walk to everything else. The family who greet you are delightful and keen to help.

Excellent stay. The host was very professional, and responsive. We booked far in advance and everything went smoothly, from check-in to check out. The apartment is new, modern, clean, and spacious for 2 people. There’s a grocery shop near by if you need, otherwise taxis are incredibly cheap in Uzbekistan so you can go anywhere from there, quite easily. Overall great value. Be sure to try local cuisine.

My family and I had a great week at Farrux’s place! Clean, new cute little apartment! Fit our family of 3 great in this BRAND NEW building! Close to Family park mall for quick meals, place was squeaky clean with brand new appliances and furnishings. Would absolutely recommend! A+
