Great home! It is located close to the city of Argostoli and has amazing views to the harbor. We had a lovely time at Anesis and would definitely recommend staying here. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast. The house was in great condition with new furniture and very clean. The provided amenities such as the washing machine and fully equiped kitched made our stay even better. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with a few bottles of water, juice and even a nice bottle of wine. There were also cookies and biscuits along with jam left for us! Marinos and Maria were super helpful and gave us some recommendations on the beaches to visit as well as some restaurants in the area.

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

My partner and I loved our stay here. It’s a away from the hustle and bustle of Agnostoli but only a 10 minute drive with plenty of surrounding towns with amazing authentic restaurants. The furthest points of the island are still only an hour drive from this location. The guest space is completely private, spotless and has plenty of space. Christos gave us amazing recommendations and even wrote us our an itinerary for each day which was perfect! Not only did he give us recommendations for Kefalonia but for the rest of our Greece trip. Him and his wife are amazing hosts and we will definitely stay again when we return to Kefalonia!

Отличное расположение, вдали от шума, до порта и остановки автобуса в аэропорт 10 минут, рядом есть место для купания. Квартира чистая, удобные кровати, чистое белье,в кухне минимум необходимое для приготовления еды. Хозяева всегда на связи, помогают советами. Цена соответствует качеству. Рекомендую.

Appartamento molto carino e completamente accessoriato, la host ci ha fatto trovare acqua , birra , latte , snacks vari e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare … il terrazzo ha una vista splendida . La posizione è collinare ma strategica per poter raggiungere facilmente Argostoli , circa 20 min , e tutte le spiagge più belle ……..

We had a fantastic 10 day stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: great view, great shower, comfy beds and an excellent location for buses, bars and eats, whilst being quiet and peaceful. A HUGE plus was Logos pool bar being a very short walk away; like having your own pool! No charge to use ( apart from buying a drink) and no loud music or crowds- a total gem! plus a change of towels and sheets every few days was really appreciated

A lovely apartment overlooking the main street and the beach. Lots of little touches made the space feel more comfortable than most short stay apartments such as multiple adapters on power points, coffee machine with pods, some welcome drinks in the refrigerator and a mini library. Henriette made us very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were there at the end of the season but still a few restaurants, cafes and shops open within a few steps from the home. A particularly good bakery is just around the corner. You couldn't ask for a nicer place from which to explore Poros and surrounds.

Neofitos was very helpful and fast in responding. We got also some fruits and delicious greece food from him and his mother. The view from the appartment is great. You see some nice hills, the sea and the mountain.

Very nice and bright, well-equipped holiday home with a beautiful view and and a great outdoor area. The beach, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back.

Great house in lovely place with wonderful views. The house is small but has got all the things you need.Very nice beaches are only minutes away from the house. Lovely hosts Stefanos and Loukia welcomed us on arrival, showed everything,gave us fruits from the garden and their own wine and olive oil!!! Car is a must if you want to explore the island. Highly recommended.

An incredible villa. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor areas are particularly ‘wow’. The infinity pool is spotless, and has incredible views out across Sivota bay. The loungers are so comfy, and the vine canopy idyllic. We spent many happy afternoons chilling around the pool, listening to music and reading books. The terrace is equally lovely, with the same fantastic views. And the addition of the BBQ and outdoor kitchen meant we could enjoy authentic home cooked fare as the sunset. A really magical place. Inside there’s everything you need; a well stocked kitchen, a hot shower, plentiful towels and very comfy beds. Plenty big enough for four adults. George was a great host - rapid to respond, very accommodating of requests, and friendly to a tee. Something he shares with his parents, who gave us the most special of welcomes on check in! Thank you George.

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα! Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς βρίσκεται στην πιο ήσυχη πλευρά του κόλπου, με όλα τα αναγκαία καταστήματα σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Emmanouella. La maison etait encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les arbres fruitiers et le petit jardins nous a comblé. La vue etait magnifique et notre bébé a aimé jouer avec les nombreux jouet sur place. La cuisine est tres bien équipé. Nous avons été 2 mois en Grece et c’est vraiment une des maisons que nous avons préférées. Nous nous y sentions comme a la maison.

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

I have stayed in many houses and met many hosts. But I can confidently say that Petros and Maria are best hosts I have ever met! Continuously trying to help their guests, all requests and questions are responded with a big smile, understanding, empathy and compassion. The moment we stepped inside the house they made us feel like we are part of their family. The house is based inside an olive tree farm and the land is shared with 3 more houses. There are lovely animals around, dogs and cats… We just loved it! Every time you come home you’ll have Malou (the cutest dog I’ve ever seen) cheering your arrival! The internet in the island is a bit slow but there is nothing that can be done. Petros even brought another router to help us! It is related with the island. I miss the farm already!

Die Unterkunft ist schön und schlicht gestaltet. Kommunikation und Check- in und out waren problemlos und sehr einfach. Parkmöglichkeiten sind überall vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Terrasse liegt im Erdgeschoss, direkt an einer kleinen Straße, wodurch man kaum auf die Bucht blicken kann und das Appartement einzusehen ist. Uns hat das Appartement dennoch sehr gefallen. Das Zentrum und der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar.

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. If it was possible to give more that five stars we would - thanks Stavros !

If I could give 6 Stars it would still be too little. We loved the house and felt very comfortable. The host was amazing, the house was amazing and the town was great. The house looks better and more spacious than in the pictures. Everything was working perfectly, I highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us.

Had a great stay at the apartment which was cosy and offered everything needed for a calm relax stay. Everything in close walking distance yet quiet and beautiful view. The host was great. Even changed the linen and towels during the stay. Thank you so much.
