Ce logement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos, l’immeuble est très bien, propre et fonctionnel, machines à laver sur le toit terrasse, parties communes impeccables. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens chez Franck et j’y reviendrai certainement la prochaine fois que je repasse à BBK. Merci encore.

I had a great time in Maynus' apartment. It is exactly like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need, very clean and well maintained. The pool and fitness room is perfect. The location is good, very close to the BTS station, which takes you to the city center relatively quickly. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a few restaurants. It is not a very touristy area. However, I really enjoyed it and it is perfect if you want to see how Bangkokians live and experience Bangkok off the beaten track. Maynus communicates very friendly and very quickly. After the air purifier filter was full of all the smog, it was immediately replaced. I was even able to check in at 10:00 a.m. because I arrived on the night train and was greeted very friendly by her. I immediately felt at home and was glad to had this apartment. Bangkok can be very stressful and overwhelming and so this apartment was perfect for me to have some peace and quiet from stressful and dirty and smogy Bangkok. Thanks!

Good location but not next to the Train stations. However, you get the cabs most of the day and nights.

L'alloggio proposto è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. L'appartamento è comodo, dotato di ogni confort, spazioso con due bagni e due camere da letto (perfetto anche per chi ha bambini). C'è una bella piscina sul tetto con la palestra che noi abbiamo utilizzato ogni mattina e al tramonto (è spettacolare). La zona dell'appuntamento è perfetta, centrale ma riparata dal caos e della strada principale. Consiglio assolutamente di alloggiare in questo appartamento!

Great place. Stayed 12 days. Big room with everything you need. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great location. You can walk to many restaurants, to the BTS, even to the post office. Just far enough from Sukhumvit (100m) not to be disturbed by the noise (you don't hear it). You can cook. You can wash your clothes. Good Wi-Fi. A bit on the expensive side considering you have no service, no gym, no pool. But that's a matter of personal opinion. Friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Overall, I strongly recommend.

Great and comfortable place to stay. One thing that i like is about their 24 hours strict surveilance by their own staff in taking their work-shift. Good job!

Stayed for 5 days with husband and 12 years son. Great apartment, maybe the best that we had before! Looks and feels better than described and shown on photos :) Fresh biulding, fresh furniture inside, has averything that needed, enough space for us. The rooftop is just perfect! Not far from BTS, has motorbike rentals in 5 mins walking. Would stay again here next time!

Great apartment in a great neighbourhood! Easy to get around, friendly people, relatively quiet and peaceful. We stayed for one month, and felt like we were leaving a second home when we left. Would definitely recommend!

It was a cozy, clean, and comfortable place—like a warm hug after a long day. We slept like babies on those incredibly comfy beds 😴 The host was super helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze—no escape-room-level puzzles here! The apartment was just perfect for my needs. Easy to get to the train station, which I recommend you learn ASAP. It’s the easiest mode of transportation. You still might have to jump on a motorbike or a car afterwards, but this is a perfect location. Sharon and Kk are so incredibly fast and responsive and so happy to help with any means that you have.

Off the beaten path location. I could nitpick about missing hangers and room selection but the cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful, willing to rectify anything in their power. Positive experience!

I truly enjoyed staying at Kun’s place. The location is super good and the apartment made me feel home right away. Providing me with water and local sweets was a super nice touch and surprise. Other than that I truly appreciated his helpfulness and trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible. No doubt I’d stay there again when I’m in Bangkok next time

Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommend Pan's place. Five stars across the board! First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. Not a speck of dust, and, most importantly, absolutely no bugs or insects whatsoever. This is a huge plus for us, and it truly made the stay comfortable and worry-free. The location was perfect. It was incredibly accessible to all the amenities we needed and public transportation were all within easy walking distance. Finally, and perhaps most surprisingly, the Bedrooms were remarkably quiet, with absolutely no traffic noise, which is a rare treat in a city location. This made it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!

The condo complex has everything you might need: a grocery store, restaurants, massage places, and nearby markets, a food court, a shopping mall, and a BTS station. It’s a bit far from Bangkok’s nightlife. The apartment is small but well equipped, with even a workspace for a laptop. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for remote work - the desk and chair aren’t ergonomic, and longer sessions can cause back issues. Overall, a nice spot if you don’t want to stay in central BKK.
