King is a great host! He always gave fast responses and advise us when we have questions around the logistic arrangement or best spots for tourist. The place is very clean and tidy. The decoration is nice but please be careful, you don't want to have same experience like me - broke the beautiful vase :) terms of location, It's in an alley and there is no sign when you enter the alley. Make sure you read the direction given by King. BTS Ekkamai is not that close, I took around 30 minutes walks from AirBnB to the station. Make sure you try the coffee at Littleblue cafe, the staff are really nice there and If you are hungry in the middle of the night, don't worry, you can jump to the convenience store

It is a good place with great facilities. The location is convenient, and there is no traffic at all. The air conditioning is very cold, perfect for the hot summer.

The house suited our family needs perfectly. We could walk to the local grocery and grabs (like Uber) and taxis were easy to access. The housekeeper is amazing. She made us a Thai breakfast, did our laundry and cleaned the house daily. Totally spoiled.

Perfect place in the perfect area. Can't have enough great things to say about the property. Anittha made sure we were taken care of and addressed every question we had! Place was so great we ended up extending our stay twice!

Overall I had a good stay at Tavira’s place, it had everything I needed for my one week stay. Pros: Great location, near BTS station, convenience store just across the street, plus host was fast to respond any of my messages. Some things to note: When you first arrive you have to wait outside the building’s door for someone to come out. It wasn’t an issue for me as I arrived in the middle of the day, only waited for 5-10 min. But might be an issue if you’re arriving late. Previous guest mentioned cockroaches in the kitchen, and I did encounter one small cockroach when I arrived on the first day, but nothing after. However I would always take my food trash out straight after I eat, as the trash room is just next door. The water heater also didn’t work well during my stay, although the host offered to come check, I decided to leave it as the weather is hot enough for a cold shower.

Check in and out was easy with the clear instructions provided. As was written in the description, this listing is on the 3rd floor, and there is only stairs; travelling with large luggages might be a bit difficult. The unit fit my group of 5 adults comfortably, with a fully-furnished modest-sized living and kitchen area. Location of the place was great, within walking distance to supermarkets like MaxValu and Tops (in 101 True Digital Park). There is also a 7-Eleven nearby. It was easy to get a Grab to and fro from here to other parts of the city. Had a great stay at this place. Thanks so much for hosting us.

it was a fantastic choice to stay in Ben's room for my vacation. I did not expect that I could have a nice room like this with such a good price. Ben was very kind to me, and answered my questions timely. The view was nice, too. Everything I need was provided. Plus, there was shuttle van service which took residents here to the nearest BTS station.

We enjoyed staying in Oran's place. It was clean, nice and cozy. Only 10 minutes to BTS and a plenty of shops and malls next to the place. The street to the house is bright and colorful, the view from the window is nice too. Oran was always ready to help. We highly recommend you to stay at this place.
