This is a great place to be - it is a peaceful place with essential amenities, and a balcony with a great view to relax & enjoy the cool breeze, especially in the mornings. There are lots of shopping places (malls, convenience stores, restaurants, street food, massage, etc.) right next door. Mega Bangna, a very big shopping mall & BTS station (Sukhumvit line) are about 10 mins drive. We mostly used Grab to move around and found it efficient. The swimming pool in the building and the rooftop Pororo Aqua park (just a few minutes walk away) was a big hit with our granddaughter (4 yrs). We found it very convenient to travel to places such as the safari, amusement park, Bang Saen beach without having to navigate the crazy inner city traffic. We highly appreciated the host receiving us with Bhutanese cuisine (in Bangkok!) - that was a very kind gesture & a pleasant surprise! This is a great place for a small family on vacation.

The place was immaculate, with a modern design that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the kitchen to the bathroom, which made my stay very enjoyable. The location was peaceful, offering a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed.

I had a great time in Maynus' apartment. It is exactly like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need, very clean and well maintained. The pool and fitness room is perfect. The location is good, very close to the BTS station, which takes you to the city center relatively quickly. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a few restaurants. It is not a very touristy area. However, I really enjoyed it and it is perfect if you want to see how Bangkokians live and experience Bangkok off the beaten track. Maynus communicates very friendly and very quickly. After the air purifier filter was full of all the smog, it was immediately replaced. I was even able to check in at 10:00 a.m. because I arrived on the night train and was greeted very friendly by her. I immediately felt at home and was glad to had this apartment. Bangkok can be very stressful and overwhelming and so this apartment was perfect for me to have some peace and quiet from stressful and dirty and smogy Bangkok. Thanks!

Fantastic location, fantastic Host, great value! The location of this condo can't be beat! You're 20 meters from the BTS station and downtown in 15 minutes. The area has plenty of local shops from restaurants to salons, 7-11 across the street, and a decent mall with two grocery stores and lots of restaurants just a 10 minute walk away. The photos and description of the condo are accurate. Although it's beside the BTS Skytrain line, you seldom hear noise inside. Great gym with all the standard machines and equipment, pool area is clean and quiet, with shade in some areas in the afternoon. Chanwis was a superb Host! Always available within the hour, and helpful to fix any issue. My access card stopped working, and Chanwis had a replacement card available in no time. He was always polite and professional. Given the location and amenities, along with Chanwis' support, this condo is one of the best values in Bangkok. I've already booked again for next winter. 👍

As two digital nomads staying for three weeks, this apartment was perfect for both work and leisure. Just a 3-minute walk to BTS Udom Suk, it offers quick access to central Bangkok while being in a quiet, safe area with plenty of restaurants, street food, and a great 7-Eleven next door. For work, there are two co-working spaces nearby, and True Digital Par, a great spot with nice eateries and 2 hours of free WiFi in the educational zone, is within walking distance. Several gyms are also close by. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for long stays, with multiple pillow options for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended for digital nomads or long/short-term travelers looking for a well-connected, hassle-free stay in Bangkok. Thanks!

J’ai beaucoup aimé le logement proposé car fonctionnel et bien équipé. L’accès à la piscine et à la salle de sport est indéniablement un plus. Comme le bâtiment se trouve à coté d’une route et que c’est Bangkok, il y’a du bruit mais les fenêtres sont bien insonorisés.

風景視野非常棒躺在床上就可欣賞美麗風景，雖然在37樓，因為樓中樓原因感覺特別高，泳池與健身房雖然在5樓但風景也非常佳，有無邊境泳池 Motto的房間真是沒話說，乾淨整齊舒服，床很睡也給予多餘的枕頭與枕頭套，毛巾給的量也很充足，讓我住了6天毛巾浴巾都沒缺少過 洗衣機有烘乾功能，讓我買的新衣服可直接洗完自動烘乾無需再次晾曬，這對我愛買衣服的女生來說，真是超級棒的功能 在Motto的房源找不到一點缺點，真的下次去曼谷還會想再次入住

Had a good stay at Fufus apartment, good location and easy to get around, good communication with Fufu. The apartment itself and the furnitures inside are a bit dated but still working ok, maybe some update will make it better. Thanks very much for hosting me!

Great stay! The place was peaceful and secure, yet conveniently located near the BTS, making it easy to get to the city center. I enjoyed the pool and the well-equipped gym. Would definitely recommend!

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

Nice and new accommodation! I immediately felt like at home. 😀 Host “Liz” is very lovely, helpful and super friendly. She speaks a great English. 🙏😊 Very comfortable bed's (not to soft, just right)! Parking for own vehicle or visitors is great. Convenient accomodation for those who love it quiet and move within BKK with Grab or Taxi. So easy to pick up and drop off at your front door. Luggage directly from the car into the house. 👍 !!! Very fast and stable WiFi, just great !!! A very nice safe & place. 😀 This place can definitely be recommend. rgds Christian

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

A lovely home on a secure, quiet estate. Super kitchen amenities. Owner very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.
