Very nice and quiet property with a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is nice, with restaurants and a rooftop bar not far. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can take a bit of time to reach the main highlights such as the Wat Arun, especially with young children.

Amazing Apartment, very comfortable in prime location in Bangkok! A very good address to stay when you visit there. Highly recommend

Listing was exactly as described, being next to the 7-eleven was perfect and it’s on a walkable street that is filled with food vendors, cafes, and restaurants. Host was very respectful but does not speak English so u will have to use google translate but no problems my entire stay!

Excellent logement, dans une rue paisible et proche de tous les commerces. Le quartier est top et on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds pour découvrir la ville. L’immeuble et la chambre sont d’une parfaite propreté et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! Pour ma part, j’ai aussi profité du toit terrasse et je me suis raclé grâce aux bains de soleil ! La femme de ménage et hôte d’accueil est adorable tout comme le propriétaire prêts à vous rendre service ! J’y retournerai dès que possible

這是我們第二次入住 距離asok站很近 房間很大 可以讓很多人入住 有洗衣機、電梯也很方便 週邊巷子有很多攤販 可以購買宵夜、按摩店也很多 缺點是在捷運、大馬路旁 窗戶隔音非常差 睡覺怕吵的人不適合 夜晚非常吵雜 廁所內沒有衣架 洗澡很不方便 希望可以改善

Loft bastante bueno, con lo imprescindible para poder pasar unos buenos días por Bangkok. Tamaño, limpieza y ubicación excelentes. Repetiría sin duda.

I've stayed in many AirBnB's in Bangkok and Asia, and can easily say this is the best one I've stayed in. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely little park and also EmQuartier and other big shopping malls. The apartment itself is really charming and feels like a real home unlike many other apartments in the area. It's on the top floor of a three story building and has two large balconies to sit on the early evenings and listen to the birdsong. The apartment is located inside a very quiet, private little compound with beautiful trees and a little garden to sit in. We liked it so much we extended our stay for a few days and Patisorn helped us without fuss. He recommended many great restaurants in the area, also. This has become my new favourite place to stay in Bangkok and for future visits I will absolutely stay here again if it's available.

Great host and house was as per the pictures! The location was easy to find and super central! It was also spacious for a big group of friends especially when all of us as we were locked in during the earthquake!! Thank you!

Stylish apartment in a lovely quiet corner of Ari, one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Bangkok. A perfect place to stay for short or long stays. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing. It's like having a whole apartment in a resort. The three pools on the roofs of the towers alone are worth the price. The lobbies are opulent. Full size gym is great with yet more great views. There's even a theatre you can reserve. Getting food deliveries is simple with the building drop off point. There's a convenience store attached so if you ever need anything, its right there. Getting out about is a cinch, taxis are able to pull right up the building. You'll have a hard time finding a place with more amenities. I'm basically a nomad these days and almost exclusively live out of Airbnb's, and I can tell you the host here was the best. Answered every question immediately and periodically checked in to see if I needed anything. The host even stocked the fridge with some drinks and snacks for my arrival. I've never had that in an Airbnb before. If you're reading this, just take the place. You will love it, I promise. I can't say enough about it.

Wonderful spacious home with a beautiful view! Some of the flooring/walls seemed a bit older than expected in photos but it was also larger than expected! We received very clear instructions. Even when we had minor water leaking issues from the restaurant next door, host was super helpful in responding quickly and quickly had it dealt with! We would come and stay again!

This Airbnb was exceptionally beautiful, new, and spotless. The two-level layout made it feel spacious and luxurious, and from what I understand, it’s one of the best units in the building. I booked last minute on the 1st, and Callie and Berry made the process seamless. While check-in took some time, they kindly gave me an extra hour for checkout. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The natural breeze from the balcony was amazing—no need for AC! Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

One of the best accomadations i had in Bangkok. The location is real nice and quiet, you have a private balcony with a little bit of a skyline view. The host’s were one of the nicest people i met, great hospatality, comminucation was super (reacted and helped right away after a text)!!! Would recommend this🙏🏻

4박 있으면서 부족한것 없이 완전 힐링 하고 갑니다, 우선 층고가 엄청 높은 복층인데 위아래 독립 에어콘이 있어서 상당히 쾌적했구요, 매일 운동을 하는 저는 gym이 쾌적하고 조용해서 너무 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 지어져있는 건물에 7/11도 있어서 언제나 걸어서 이용할 수 있단 장점과 건물 입구에서부터 방 까지 보안이 완벽하단 점 역시 좋았습니다. 방콕 전역을 다 다니실 분이라면 이지역이 방콕의 중앙부에 위치한 부분이라 이동도 편리하고, 편안하고 깨끗한 휴식을 좋은금액에 제공받아 너무 좋았습니다, 다음번에 또 방콕에 출장을 오게 되면 또 예약해서 이용할 의사가 있습니다. 그리고 사소한 질문에도 빠른 응답 해주셔서 감사합니다 호스트님 ;) 잘 지내세요~~

Ruj was a super host, very fast in answering, catered to all our needs efficiently, is very friendly, top gentleman. The apartment is a corner unit which is great as has windows on two sides. The unit is extremely spacious with warm and comfortable furniture, homy decoration, big dining table, comfortable sofa, Netflix etc. . Also no noise so we could sleep very well. So if you dont mind the soi 4 area with many bars nearby, not so pretty street, a bit older type of building, then it is a great location. We were in the unit during the March 21st earthquake of 7.3 magnitude, big swings of the building but no issue the building was solid. Therefore overall I can recommend the unit which in the very capable hands of Ruj.

My husband, pup, and I loved our 2 month stay at P’s unit. The loft is clean and comfortable, with a great bed, nice new couch, and all the necessary amenities. The host is very responsive and helpful. Additionally, the building is very safe and full of other expats and pups to chat with, and the gym, pool, and lounge area are excellent, well equipped and always sparkly clean. The free tuktuk to the BTS station is a nice touch, and the Thong Lor area has tons of great bars and restaurants. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend the stay! Only potential draw back is the unit is a bit far from most of the key attractions, but in a longer term stay you’ll have plenty of time to make your way over. Being close to the BTS makes all the difference!

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

June & Pop were so friendly and great communicators. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos and the building amenities are incredible…especially the amazing pool! Which I had to myself every single morning of the 34 days I was there! I 1000% recommend June & Pop’s place and would definitely stay there again! I’m part of a large travel community of older and retired people who travel full time or almost full time. And I’m recommending June & Pop’s place to the entire community of several hundred members!

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.
