Everything was great, the host helped with every need and replied fairly fast! spent a nice night here and def would recommend as it’s in a lively neighborhood with lots to explore. Everything is as listed, so don’t need to worry about accuracy of the irl house and in app listing!

房子入住很方便流程很详细，出门走一小段就是711和bts还有夜市和商场，房东回复很快，厨房设施也很全冰箱还有冰水。入住感觉非常好

This place is wonderful. Right next to the train station. If you want food their is a nice mall and outside food market only 5 min walk away. The house is described perfectly. I am actually going to extend my stay for another two weeks.

仓库改造房入住体验反馈 🌟 这次入住的仓库改造房给我带来了一段别具一格的体验，现在就来和大家唠唠😃。 🏠 空间与风格 一走进这房子，最吸睛的就是那宽敞无比的大厅，空间大得超乎想象，仿佛能容纳下一场盛大的派对🎉。整体装修风格古朴，独具韵味，非常适合喜欢现代感大空间的朋友。 🌉 景观优势 房子外面的窗户正对着运河，风景那叫一个绝！清晨，阳光洒在河面上，波光粼粼，从风水角度看，也让人感觉神清气爽。每天早上醒来，就能欣赏到这样的美景，真的幸福感满满🌅。 🛒 周边配套 虽说位置不是正中心，但距离中心区车程不远。出门就有 7 - Eleven，还有超市和市场，生活购物极为方便。而且停车也很轻松，完全不用担心停车难的问题🚗。 🐛 居住困扰 不过，这房子也有些小缺点。晚上开灯的时候，苍蝇、蚊子、飞蛾就会往屋里钻，虽说它们不咬人，但在眼前飞来飞去，确实挺让人烦躁的😣。由于靠近运河，湿气比较重，屋子里时常感觉潮潮的。有时还能在桌子上、甚至床上发现蚂蚁，这在一定程度上影响了居住体验。 🎬 适用场景 但要是你不介意这些小昆虫，钟情于亲近自然，又渴望每天睁眼就能看到河景，那这里绝对是个很棒的选择。尤其是对于有拍摄需求的人，这个大厅简直是拍摄照片、视频的绝佳场地，光线与空间都无可挑剔。对于那些想一边工作一边放松度假的人而言，这里的环境也能很好地满足需求。如果喜欢举办 house party，这里宽敞的空间也能让派对尽情嗨起来🎉。 💰 性价比考量 综合来看，这房子的性价比相当高。空间大，景观好，周边配套也跟得上，尽管存在一些小瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜。如果你追求大空间和独特的运河景观，这里会是一个非常值得考虑的居住之所👏。

This is a great place to be - it is a peaceful place with essential amenities, and a balcony with a great view to relax & enjoy the cool breeze, especially in the mornings. There are lots of shopping places (malls, convenience stores, restaurants, street food, massage, etc.) right next door. Mega Bangna, a very big shopping mall & BTS station (Sukhumvit line) are about 10 mins drive. We mostly used Grab to move around and found it efficient. The swimming pool in the building and the rooftop Pororo Aqua park (just a few minutes walk away) was a big hit with our granddaughter (4 yrs). We found it very convenient to travel to places such as the safari, amusement park, Bang Saen beach without having to navigate the crazy inner city traffic. We highly appreciated the host receiving us with Bhutanese cuisine (in Bangkok!) - that was a very kind gesture & a pleasant surprise! This is a great place for a small family on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The gated community is very clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with few people around and great amenities like a pool and a well-equipped gym. The house itself is spotless, bright, and stylishly decorated, featuring very comfortable beds and pillows. It’s also conveniently located near a huge shopping center with countless dining options and just a short drive from the airport. The hosts are incredibly polite and hospitable, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Great value for such a beautiful building with plenty of amenities. The pool has incredible views. Definitely worth staying here.

Ich wurde von einer Wespe gestochen und bekam vom Café sofort eine Zwiebel - dann ging eine Mitarbeiterin zu Malee und sie schenkte mir eine Pflanzencreme, die sehr schnell half. Wir wollten heute nochmal in die Stadt und von da aus zum Airport, aber meine Schulter schmerzte - wir durften unser Gepäck bis 17 Uhr dort lassen! Liebevoller als Malee geht nicht! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 Sterne Man braucht immer ein Taxi in die Stadt, aber es ist hier soooooo herrlich, dass es sich trotzdem lohnt (und die Luft ist auch besser!). ATM ist in der Nähe (zu Fuß 9 min. bei der Tankstelle). Falls wir nochmals nach Bangkok kommen, dann gehen wir auf jeden Fall wieder zu Malee...!!!

Wimonpak arreglo para que pudieramos entrar un poco antes, cosa que nos vino muy bien porque viajamos desde chiang mai ese dia. La pieza cumple pefecto para investigar parte de bangkok, es tranquilo el barrio y con taxis estas a 20 o 30 minutos de lugares como el barrio chino, el buda reclinado o siam road. Hay bastante actividad comercial y de restaurantes cerca de la casa sin necesidad de alejarse para buscar donde comer.

Really nice place, I stayed for over a month with my girlfriend and 2 cats. Great location with access to everything Bangkok has to offer from the bang chak BTS which is a minute away. Additionally it is close to three 7 11 shops and has a street food market on the parallel road which is open until late and does great food (especially pancakes). Great space in the apartment with tall ceilings and alot of room. Decorations around the house also gave it a very 'home-like' feeling. will be looking to book again sometime in the future. Really friendly locals down the street as well who went above and beyond to help us out. we struggled slighly to find it as it was our first time in Thailand however Christian helped us find it. Additionally there are some nice restaurants nearby for dates or just good food.

Deze prachtige rustige locatie ligt iets buiten Bangkok. We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad en Pakdee zorgt voor een heerlijk ontbijt en diner als je dat wilt. Hij heeft echt goede tips wat er in zijn omgeving te doen is. We voelden ons echt welkom.
