Beautiful apartment building in a residential neighborhood. Diligent housekeeping and great amenities. Close to quite a few malls and attractions. 8 parrots on the property, which were very cute! Overall a great experience

Great place to stay. nearby silom nightlife area but not too close that it'd be too noisy.

Jared was a good host and replied quickly, room is very clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The location is good for me. Lots of great food around and not far from BTS. Thanks 🙏

The host Gi is very helpful and hospitable. The condo is lovely and well equiped. It is about a 7 minute walk from the lovely Imperial World shopping mall and and a short walk from there to the BTS station. Getting around via BTS SKYTRAIN is a breeze. There are quite a few historical sites within reach via the BTS.

I had a wonderful stay here at Dmytro's place. The condo is beautiful and clean and well taken care of. Additionally, the pool is amazing with a nice gym too. The condo is in a good location - right next to the skytrain. And Dmytro is a very nice host. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

me and my fiance absolutely loved our stay! felt like we lived here the minimal time we were here haha. 2 min walk to the train, great coffee near by, ac and shower was great, we will definitely stay here again 💖

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

The place is huge and can actually fit more than 6 people. Having 3 bathrooms is good so that we can prepare at the same time. The place is quiet as it's a bit far from the city center. However, it's located in a nearby BTS station so it's still accessible.

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. We had an absolute brilliant time and would gladly come back anytime! The hosts are indeed superhosts!! Thank you so much Annie and Jira for making our stay so special. 🙏🏼

Nice, quiet and clean place to stay. It met our expectations. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the stay and felt very safe. Benny is very communicative provided local restaurants/bars as suggestions as well as local grocery stores and made sure I felt comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at this cozy apartment. The host, Bersiwan, was incredibly friendly and communicative — he personally greeted me at check-in and quickly addressed any questions I had, again in person, which was super impressive. The apartment felt so homey, like staying at a friend’s place, and the location was amazing—just a short walk to BTS St. Louis, with a convenient 7-Eleven right around the corner. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples, and having laundry facilities plus a balcony for drying clothes was a huge bonus. The sunset views were absolutely magnificent! Although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, having it on-site and security guards around made me feel extra safe. One small thing— since it’s next to the gym, you might occasionally hear the gym door creak, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. Considering the affordable price, convenience, and excellent host, I’d stay here again.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

Ein tolles Appartment welches sehr gut an einer MRT Haltestelle gelegen ist. Das ist, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr großes Plus. Ansonsten kann man auch vorort fußläufig Märkte besuchen. Das Appartment selbst überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung und dem Pool sowie Fitnessraum im Gebäude. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist ein Traum!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

This was a great place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro but it is a walk through a beautiful residential area, well worth it. There is a 7/11 two minutes from the front door 👍. I love the little courtyard out the door with a table and stool among the plants. Methinee was the perfect host. She welcomed me to BKK with the Grab map pin for her apartment. What a perfect way to take the confusion about arriving in a strange city. She also provided tips and local info to enhance our stay. All on top of an excellent price. Kudos to Methinee and her team. I would stay here again.
