War ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Check-In und Check-Out ist flexibel und ohne Probleme. Supermarkt befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. Zimmer sieht auf wie auf den Bildern. War wirklich sehr gut!

Hey guys! I stayed here during my first Songkran experience from April 9-16, 2025. This place definitely gives the luxury 5 star hotels a run for their money. The space is decorated tastefully modern, has high ceilings, amazing night time view, and has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home (washer, toiletries, plates, iron….). My only wish is that there was access to the pool because it was so hot and a cool down in the water would’ve been great. But the host said pool access is only granted to long term visitors. Do keep in mind that the location of this condo is a bit away from BTS and MRT stations, so if you plan to get around using those, be prepared to walk a few minutes. Otherwise the location shouldn’t matter if you plan to use Grab (like me😅) and it’s close enough to everything by a car drive. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in Bangkok.

awesome stay! i really enjoyed it! i traveled with my friend and we both enjoyed the place, all the details! peaceful area around, bts is close, many 7/11 to choose from i’d really come back here again to enjoy and relax in this area!

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Good condominium with gym and pool. Quiet neigborhood almost without tourists. 7Eleven and a lot of restaraunts 15 minutes away. Clear check-in instructions and overall communication with the host

had a great time at the stay! place was huge and it could accommodate me and my friends for songkran :-) it is truly a nice place to live in and it has a 7-11 nearby! place isn’t the most convenient but the stay itself was worth it, very nicely decorated and hosts are friendly and helpful as well!! even offer a free transport from airport to stay :>

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Very comfortable home to stay in, especially as we were in a group of 6 friends travelling together. Host Aom was extremely helpful with suggestions on local places to eat and have clear directions on how to find the place. It's close to BTS but still about 30 minutes away by train to central Bangkok, so not much to do except a local night market. Good place to unwind but a little too far away from the city centre. Plenty of snacks and beverages supplied, which was a nice touch. Easy communication with host, Aom.

Dům Benyada je jako oáza klidu uprostřed džungle velkoměsta, nádherný, čistý prostorný, cítili jsme se v něm jako doma a jestli ještě pojedeme do Bangkoku, tak se zde určitě znovu ubytujeme

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

The host was very open and helpful with his communication. Very easy to talk to and the condo was described accurately. Would recommend.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

The condo is beautiful. Great view of the city, 7-Eleven inside the building.

セルフチェックインなので時間をあまり気にせずチェックインできて部屋もとても広く３人での利用でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。近くに色々な商業施設もあり立地もとても良かったです。

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Krittiyas apartment! she was very honest and responsive throughout the whole process from before our stay, right up until the last day. everything is as listed, very good wifi, well equipped kitchen/bathroom and the facilities such as the pool and basic gym were all perfect for what we needed. the only negative of the apartment would be if you plan to visit the centre a lot where the main tourist sites are, then it is a lot of travelling even if you go in taxi, as the traffic is almost always terrible in Bangkok. Krittiya was always honest about this ,however, and we still found this place to be great value for money as the distance was reflected in the price. I would highly recommend this place and I will not hesitate to book any of Krittiyas listing's in future🙂

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern. Sie ist etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (15 min mit Bolt). Aber es war sehr ruhig und sehr angenehm. Würde immer wieder zurück kommen!
