Linda place was great! The 7acres with mature trees was wonderful to explore with our pups! The carriage house was nice - just enough space for us and had what was needed for our weekend stay. The ranch hand was super friendly and we enjoyed having the horses around! Thanks!

We could not have stayed in a more perfect home for our stay. The Maetze house is truly a wonder. It is decorated with unique artifacts from Mexico and Panama. We loved the high celiings, the warmth of the original shiplap walls, and that gorgeous walk-in tub. The kitchen had everything we could need. Each bedroom has its own full bath! The view of green jays (yes green jays!) was so entertaining. The dark night sky view of stars was spectacular as we sat around a fire on a cool October evening. However, even this was out-done by a surprise greeting by NINE miniature donkeys as we drank coffee on the back porch! They were friendly and tame and just PRECIOUS! Next time we will rent all three houses because I cannot imagine a better place for a family reunion and nature retreat! And don't forget to eat at the family-owned Watering Hole in near-by Goliad's town square. Or a fascinating walk-through of Goliad's Oak Hill cemetary with its earliest inhabitants going back to just a few years after the Battles of the Alamo and Goliad including members of the Texas Calvary and veterans of the Confederate war. There is an HEB and Walmart less than 30 minutes away in Kenedy. And last but not least, the hostess, Claire, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Thank you, Clare, for a truly MAGICAL stay! We will be back!

We had a great stay at the Barn. Very spacious and comfortable. Catherine was very responsive, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location as the owners certainly put a lot of energy into making it a great stay with lots of accommodations.

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

The house and property exceeded our expectations! The description and pictures were spot on, but the peacefulness that exists there is impossible to capture in words or photographs. Beautiful!

Carlos was such a wonderful host! We had an extended stay due to flooding in our home. He was very responsive to questions and so easy to work with! I would definitely stay in a home that he hosts again. The house was great. Perfect for what our family needed.

This place was the perfect little getaway to find peace and get a little reset of daily life in the city. It was nice to connect with nature and reconnect with yourself and whomever you go. The yurt had most of your needed amenities (except a microwave) however this is camping so, go prepared. There are a lot of critters roaming around but that's part of the experience. This place is definitely a very nice spot to unwind, peaceful, quiet, private. Highly recommend and appreciate the responsiveness of the host.

We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse! Our hosts were kind and good communicators. It was the perfect space for my family while traveling to TX to see more family. Will definitely book again.

This well appointed Air BNB close to downtown Boerne was amazing. private with a large yard and front/back decks for relaxing in the sun. The walk to town and to the river pathwas quick and along sidewalks. The house lends itself well to multigenerational or two family visits. The large back room has three beds and its own bathroom and the front bedroom has easy access to the other full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meal with high quality pans and a variety of spices/ baking staples. We stayed in the large room with an infant and toddler while my inlaws took the other bedroom The TV is connected to a variety of streaming services, including Disney and the wifi was reliable. All in all this place was amazing and I highly reccomend it!

This property is by far the most beautiful property we have stayed in. The area is very private yet close to the city. The house is very well taken care of, extremely clean and very well equipped for a family gathering. The property is way more beautiful than the photos. You can tell the owners take very much pride in taking care of their property. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Thank you so much for such a peaceful and wonderful stay! We enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as waking to the birds in the morning! Our second morning we enjoyed feeding range cake to the cattle. This is something we love to do at home with our own, so it was like home away from home!

This two homes are perfect for a family vacation or a retreat. Pool is not fenced in so children will have to be supervised by adult while outside at all times. I and my mom stayed there and it felt like we were in the woods but we were only a few minutes from shopping and church. Very peaceful which I loved. Animals just a few steps away and they were very friendly. The hosts are super stars that are very responsive and respectful. If you are looking for a picture perfect stay this is it.

John and his wife were very responsive and understanding. The property is perfectly well kept and is soo serene, especially in the morning.

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

Great house, great property, love the peaceful atmosphere. The donkeys were great, we loved giving them carrots. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly, very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The wedding venue is one driveway away. The state park is only a couple minutes drive away. Just amazing in all the ways!!

The location was perfect for a little “getaway” a home away from home. We had a mini sleepover for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect setting for a newly turned teenager with a few friends to get away even for just a day. Home was well equipped and the bonus was the outdoor experiences from feeding the Alpacas, riding the zipline and then taking a little dip in the creek. Inside is very comfortable and accessible! Anabel and Gabe were perfect hosts. We Love how their property sits perfectly for the sun to rise and set on full display! Only less than 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store incase you need some things. Highly recommend this place for a staycation!

Very nice, cozy, and clean. Easy to find and is a good spot near downtown San Antonio. Had a fun time at the pool!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Toni’s tiny home. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and quick with Toni. The restaurant they suggested on the information letter in the room was amazing!! We recommend Cody’s restaurant. Waking up and getting to watch the goats was awesome. Very peaceful environment. We plan to stay again.

Marc’s place was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go when bringing our son back to Trinity University, and for our family to spend some time together before dropping him off. Lots of space for everyone & pet friendly too!

What a lovely little house! We brought our 2 kids, and the layout was great. Loved the sleeping porch, the location to the water, and the s'mores supplies at the ready. Tawnya and Jay sent us so many great recommendations in the area and were very responsive if we had any questions. Our faves from the weekend were The Gristmill, Gruene Hall and The Freiheit Country Store - great live music & atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again!
