Loved our stay! Beautiful views and lots of stuff within walking distance! The place was clean and just like the pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

First visit to San Antonio and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is lovely and super walkable. I walked downtown with my 6 year old son, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hosts are very responsive and the room was perfectly clean.

Cannot speak highly enough of Hung-Jen’s hospitality! He was super proactive with very detailed instructions and just general information. Accessing the apartment from the garage without his helpful instructions would not have been intuitive, but his communication was top notch! Even when the city had a mandatory water valve repair, he promptly communicated the possibility of even brief interruptions in water service. We were on the 9th floor and could still hear some sounds from the street very clearly, but I think that’s to be expected in city areas. The floors in the apartment are wooden floors from original construction and can be a bit noisy, but I loved the character they brought to the place! And I couldn’t get over the views from the apartment! The pictures of the views were really what sold me on the place, but the actual view is better than the pictures! 100% would visit here again!

My nephew’s wedding was in Cibolo and I decided to stay at Sabrina’s in New Braunfels. It was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean, priced right and easy access to all types of activities. We walked from the new rooftop bar and the drive to Gruene, Cibolo and San Antonio is very easy. I highly recommend Sabrina’s place!!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Lovely home, well furnished and decorated. Nice touch, glasses in the freezer for a cold beer. Easy access to the Riverwalk and to the oldest VFW post in Texas. The balcony was a great place to relax.

We enjoyed it! The place was very relaxing, we had lots of space, felt safe, calming scenery, we were able to enjoy team building exercises in the back yard and the communication with the host was very proactive! Very good experience!

This place is amazing, we will definitely be back. It it located right off the river, the pictures are accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are ice chests for usage and plenty of nice outside seating. The inside is immaculate and the outside scenery is beautiful. We woke up to deer in the window. It is secluded and private but not too far away from town, if you would like to venture out. I book tons of air bnbs on my work account and the hosts for this property are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They are responsive and send extremely detailed useful information regarding the property and information that list close restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful time with our family, I can’t wait to go back. Deserves more than 5 stars!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again!

The main house: LOVE the automatic shades, Love that they were open We loved the kitchen concept being open great to face the river. River was fun to fish, many bites but nothing to catch. Might have been the cold weather or the wind. The dam was nice to see, wasn't happy with the restaurant on the Dam, servers very pushy. Found a local church and loved it, it's called New Life. Fantastic, would be back We were 1 hour from Austin and 45 mins from San antonio. room. 2 rooms comfy and both had a full shower. My girls enjoyed 1 room used walkie talkies they felt safe and slept well. The rooms also had slotted shades that could open to a full window which was nice. The master faces river the other bedroom faced driveway Laundry room was exactly easy to access, had life jackets and detergent if necessary. Air/heat controls to auto regulate. Loved that there was only 1 TV it forced us to get out and fish, hike. Rail was nice for the steps. Would be back again!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Denise is a great host and communication with her was simple and fast. The beds were on point and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Kayaks and inflatables to use on the river were appreciated. Evenings on the back porch were priceless as you sat under the stars and enjoyed the beautiful evening.

We had a fantastic stay at River Retreat while in town for a family wedding. The house was the perfect retreat—fully equipped with board games, kitchen essentials, and bathroom accessories. Everything was spotless, from the impeccable towels to the comfortable beds and cozy comforters. The highlight was the outdoor space and stunning river view, with stairs leading down—perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Our host was incredibly responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back!

This was such a pleasant and relaxing place. The backyard had all the amenities for a great and fun weekend, a little something for everyone of all ages. The evening sunsets was such a treat. My family and I will be staying there again in the near future.

I’m reluctant to give my review because I want this beautiful home to our little hidden gem on the river! Everything from the interior to the backyard was beautiful and unfortunately gave my wife ideas on how to remodel our home. Jokes aside; this is such a nice place for a quiet getaway right on the water, just close enough to new braunfels and San Antonio. This visit really offers the best of both worlds. It was the best way for my wife and I to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We hope/plan to stay here for years to come.

We had a wonderful time at your place. It had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay plus so many extra items to make our stay special. The kitchen was all set-up with all the appliances, dishes, utensils, pots&pans, even had a complimentary candy from a local candy company with a thankful note. It had pool toys, board games, an ice chest, first aid kit, toiletry items, and a great coffee set-up station. It was beautifully decorated, and loved that the river was walking distance and right next to the swimming pool. The pool was a clean, heated ( most important), a nice design, had great outdoor furniture, and very well kept. We felt very safe since the security guard was doing his hourly rounds. We will definitely want to return to this location if we visit New Braunfels again. Thank you Super Hosts for everything!

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really loved our unit, 212B. It had a direct view of the water and pool, easy to access and a walkable location to city center.
