la casa fiel a las fotografías, muy hermosa y muy cómoda para toda la familia. la playa es muy privada realmente, hay que tomar en cuenta llevar zapatos de mar porque tiene mucha conchita la alberca muy cómoda y el internet es rápido como lo mencionan en la descripción Mónica súper linda estuvo pendiente y resolvía todas las dudas sin duda es un lugar muy lindo si quieres pasar días tranquilos con la familia, está a 25 minutos de progreso y a un par de kms hay oxxos

Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming touches to make us feel at home. Appreciated the amount of towels, paper products, kitchen staples, water jugs. This home has it all, two outdoor spaces, nice pool, outdoor eating and lounging day or night. Comfortable beds. Enough hot water for a short shower but more than enough for what we needed. Well equipped kitchen. As mentioned you need a car for this house. Great markets and convenience stores 5 minutes away. Restaurants in nearby Chicxulub or Progresso or Telchac, 10-15 min. Recommend the restaurant at Sayachaltun near Telchac and Osteria italiana 386. The beach is good for walking especially early morning low tide. During our stay there was a lot of sargassum. There is a breakwater at the beach directly in front of this house. Very quiet, bit of construction nearby nothing terrible. The neighbours were not in during our stay so it felt very private. Pool would always be private. Recommend!

Wat een heerlijke plek. Echt aan zee waar je ook kon zwemmen echt ruim, heerlijk rustig. Aanrader! Wij waren met twee maar hadden hier ook rustig met al onze kinderen kunnen zitten. Viejo Bar is een leuke plek in de buurt (2,5 km) waar regelmatig live muziek is. Supermarkt waar je echt boodschappen kan doen (My Marketplace) is 20 minuten lopen. Kleinere voor drinken en chips zijn dichterbij. Wij hebben bewust gekozen even geen auto te huren en was goed te doen met Ubers. Komen graag nog eens terug!

Ik bracht de laatste 2 weken van mijn reis in dit huisje door om in afzondering te werken. Deze plek was betoverend en inspirerend! Wanneer de zee woelig is, ziet die er een beetje donker uit omwille van de aangespoelde grassen (dus inderdaad geen hagelwit strand en blauwe zee). Maar ik vond de nabijheid van het water en het constante geluid van de golven ontzettend rustgevend! Ik hield van de afgelegen locatie van dit charmante dorpje. Ik had een huurwagen. Dorpje Dzitzantun, waar je boodschappen kan doen, is ongeveer 20 min rijden maar Yavier was zo vriendelijk om boodschappen mee te brengen, indien nodig. Hij en zijn vrouw Melba waren heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig! Ze haalden bv kokosnoten uit de boom en sneden deze doormidden zodat ik kokossap kon drinken. Het huis is goed uitgerust en een beetje verouderd maar dat vond ik niet erg. In het tegenoverliggende meer woont een alligator die we konden spotten, heel cool! Cenote Dzonot Dziik (20min rijden) is een bezoekje waard!

Pasamos un increíble fin de semana en familia, la casa muy bonita y más amplia de lo que se ve en las fotos. Roger siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy amable inclusive nos dio recomendaciones de lugares así como el contacto de la señora Blanca quien nos apoyó para la cocina.

El alojamiento está increíble para una familia grande y con peques! La playa está deliciosa y la vista al mar es inigualable. La comunicación fue excelente, sin duda volveremos.

Una excelente comunicación y estuvo siempre al pendiente. muy recomendado.

I wish we would've rented a car as there are no golf cart rentals in Telchac. Google shows many restaurants but they are all almost closed our close at 6pm. no night life and very hard to get around.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

The location was perfect. The house sits on a main road but has private parking that blocks any heavy noise that the road might bring. It is right on the sea with just a few steps down and you are directly on a sandy beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was plenty of outdoor furniture that was comfortable and clean. The house was fantastic. It has 3 very large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. There were some very good details on how to operate everything in the house that ranged from how to hang a hammock to how to operate the on-demand hot water. There were plenty of items in the kitchen and everything we needed (although we didn't cook a dinner-time meal.) The bathrooms were clean with good water pressure and up to date. All the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Christine and Sonja were instantly available and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations when we asked.

Todo excelente con la Villa de Juan Andrés, nos sentimos como en casa mi familia y yo, estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Ivet la persona encarga de limpieza super atenta y muy linda con todos, Carlos quien apoya con mantenimiento al igual, sin duda es un lugar al que regresaríamos, la Villa es muy bonita y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia, le agradecemos infinito a Juan Andrés y a todo su equipo!!

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Joses Haus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Begeistert haben uns die tolle Lage am Strand und die schöne Terrasse mit Pool. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und mit seinen 4 klimatisierten Schlafzimmern großzügig geschnitten. Die überdachte und schattige Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus ist hervorragend. Jose hat uns vor Anreise alle benötigten Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt und war auch während des Aufenthalts erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

El lugar es bonito, muy buena atención y muy amables, me respondían muy rápido los mensajes y sin duda regresaría y la recomiendo para un fin de semana o más días, es un lugar increíble, tranquilo acogedor!

Departamento cumple como se muestra en las fotos, Carolina coanfitriona siempre pendiente, cocina bien equipada, en general todo excelente, la zona muy tranquila y a unos pasos de la playa, tuvimos un inconveniente ya que no se cuentan con las llaves de las puertas interiores, se cerró una puerta con seguro y Carolina nos apoyó enviando al cerrajero ,el cual tuvimos que pagar nosotros ,cuando debería ser responsabilidad del anfitrión tener las llaves completas de la casa.

This is a beautiful space to relax and take advantage of the pool and sea. Although there was no air conditioning, most days the breeze kept the home comfortable. The home is well appointed and can easily handle a party of 6. Although the beach seems to be receding, quiet, leisurely walks for 1.5 plus km are possible in either direction. When two minor issues arose with water and the wind, Rashid had them looked after by his staff within two hours. They live on the large property offering convenience and security. The local town is just 7 minutes away by taxi or a simple walk. Very relaxing stay!

Our party of 13 adultos celebrating a milestone birthday for me had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous and lovingly cared for accommodations right on the beach. Anne’s suggestions and support made the whole super event very easy and ever so much fun. We had two local chefs cook fabulous meals; Anne made sure we had enough mats for our daily yoga, gave us much privacy while also providing info on local events and organized tours and drivers for us. Can’t thank her and her husband enough for making our stay a joyous, fun and hassle free very enjoyable long birthday celebration. Thank you Anne and Quincy

Un lugar excelente para vacacionar, la playa esta practicamente a 3 pasos y la alberca esta genial, definitivamente lo recomiendo :)

¡Un grandioso lugar para alejarte de las ciudades ruidosas! La zona es muy tranquila. Fue bello, estar frente al mar y estar cómodo, tiene todo. ¡El diseño interior es muy bonito! Lo que más me gustó es que tienen hamaqueros. No hay nada más fortuito que poner tu hamaca y ver el mar mientras te meces al ritmo de las olas. ¡Sin duda regresaremos! Gracias por todo :)

Everything was great, the house just like the pictures and even better. Very clean and the host was always available. Thank you. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time, in an idyllic setting! Had the entire condo building to ourselves for an entire week. Very quiet and relaxing place with a slow pace. The pool and lobby area is equally as wonderful, complete with Wi-Fi. Best to stop and get groceries before you get to the condo as the closest supermarket is in Progresso, which is 4 miles away. Ubers are no problem to get if you want to make a quick trip to town.

La casa de Juan Carlos es hermosa, la playa también, y tanto él como el cuidador Gregorio tienen un trato excelente. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Beautiful location—paradise! Great stay for a family of 5 with kids. We loved the beach, the natural environment and the pool. Very peaceful and quiet, with just the sounds of the ocean. The house and surroundings were very clean. It is a rustic family home and had a real cottage vibe, some things like the taps and showers could use updating but it was fine. We had some issues with one bathroom and Maria was very responsive and friendly. She also left us some games to play with the kids. We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed for 7 nights. The house and property are vey nice, stylish and well-equipped. Steps to the beach, warm ocean and beautiful views from inside and outside the house made it worth the trip. Pool is small, but the courtyard area around the pool is nice, unique and private. Baphu was highly responsive and very helpful. He's a conscientious host. The town of Chuburná is casual, beachy and a nice place to be in the Yucatan. Was always nice to return to after a day trip. The main drawback, however, was the town's unreliable power. We lost electricity intermittently for three of the days-nights and had to run and tend to a generator. Overall, we were happy with the stay.
