We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

I have stayed at the Ocotillo Lodge several times while out in Palm Springs and always enjoy my stay. Ethan’s place is no exception. Clean, easy to access, seamless check in and out, and very kind and responsive host. If you like historic mid century modern architecture, you’ll enjoy your stay. Perfect for one or two visitors. Pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub was very enjoyable under the stars I’ve hardly even seen anyone using either one. It faces the street, so if you’re sensitive to street noise, you can sleep with ear plugs. For me, this wasn’t a problem.

This place is PERFECT! This was our first time in Palm Springs so we were unsure of the area and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to walk to the Convention Center (as this trip was more work related). Many restaurants are nearby as well as nightlife and we felt safe walking around. The spa heats up quickly, living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! The little touches with extra towels, bath robes, blankets, laundry capabilities, extra cleaning supplies and coffe/tea available made it feel even more welcoming. The views are stunning and David was extremely kind and always prompt with responses. There was even flexibility due to late flights - greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Small but clean and cozy. Newly renovated with nice interior. Pool nearby and clean. Quiet complex with little activity. Very nice place to stay.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

What a great stay! Lovely garden and in the perfect neighborhood. Camille and Mark were excellent communicators and gave some good local tips. Even though our flight was delayed they stayed up to meet us and show us the room. Would not even think about staying somewhere else when we come back to LA.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful week long stay. The condo is very cute, comfortable, had all the essentials we needed, and beautiful views! The Octillo Lodge itself is a very cool place! The pool is lovely and everyone that we chatted with were incredibly friendly. We hiked every nearly every morning with great local hiking as well as a few day trips to Joshua Tree. We were able to walk to some awesome restaurants too! We loved both Kings Highway and El Jefe! Matt greeted us when we arrived. He was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations. It’s a really great location with easy access to so much. Would absolutely recommend staying here as we ourselves look forward to returning in the future!

Great little place in PalmSprings. Great location to get around the area, some good walking spots around as well. Easy to find and get access to the complex. The complex is well looked after as is the property. Love the BBQ in the back for cooking in the evening. Back garden is private, and perfect for chilling.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Carly’s place was perfect. Clean, just like the photos maybe better, updated kitchen, tvs in every room, kids basket of toys and nice decor. It was a welcome retreat when we needed it. Comfortable master bed, cute little playground, nice pool, easy walk to Target. Nice woman living in the downstairs portion with the shared garage. You still have a private door upstairs and space. Highly recommend!!

Joe was very helpful with our arrival and initial questions. Unfortunately, due to illness, I had to leave after a few days, and my wife left early too. Two or three family members at a time stayed in the rental for the remainder of the time and were happy with I

The condo was exactly how the photos looked. Clean and cute! It is located on a main road and just a few blocks to downtown PS, so it was walkable to restuarants, stores, and cafes. The facility had a big pool, 2 hot tubs, a tennis court and a pickleball court (which we were happy because we love pickleball). The host were responsive to messages and happy to solve any problems that we had encouter. Overall, a great experience and I would come back and stay here again.

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.
