Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

We came to do some touristy things like the London Bridge. Enjoyed being about to walk there (about a mile, mostly downhill, so uphill on the way back.) Not far to a grocery store and coffee places!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Cute place in Desert Hot Springs. Very comfy bed! The standout was the soaking tub with all the essential oils, epson salts to soak in at night!

Excellent place to stay! Felt right at home. Horton went above and beyond - he even ordered a travel crib so our little one would have a place to sleep. Beautiful area and very clean with numerous restaurants and the water within walking distance. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

Perfect home away from home! Will absolutely stay again. We went skiing and it was only 50 min drive from the ski resort- we loved having a spacious quiet home to relax in after our busy days. The town of Redlands is super cute as well!

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

Perfect for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with a group of my friends. We were impressed with amenities and great views of the desert and night sky. The hosts were super responsive and attentive to our needs. We would love to come back and recommend you check it out.

My partner and I really appreciated the charm of the space itself as well as its beautiful location, with great views as soon as we walked out of the house. So near Joshua Tree as well! Caitlin was super helpful & communicative and we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend!

Loved this spot you guys. Had a really relaxing time, enjoyed the house and it's amenities immensely. They left a bottle of wine out for us, everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals, loved the tubs, the hanging bed and the patio. Great spot to decompress for a few days. Great weekend stay for a softball tournament for my daughter. Bernadette’s place was the perfect oasis for us. She was so responsive and quick. Would stay again, thank you so much!!

Excellent location to the park, restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub literally outside the patio. Needs some updating on appliances, countertops etc. for the amount charged. Better communication about the HOA rules for guests.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Michael’s condo was absolutely beautiful! We can’t say enough great things about it, it was perfect in every way. The condo was immaculate, decorated classy lake theme, the view was spectacular over looking the golf course and the lake. It was a very friendly and quiet condominium complex! The pool and spa area were beautiful! Amenities and the condo were as described and pictured, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Perfect location and walking distance to Rotary Park, many restaurants and London Bridge! We will definitely stay here again! Micheal was easy to work with, check in and out went flawlessly! Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

Ryan was very kind, helpful, and the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The remolding of this gem on the channel is truly amazing. He takes great pride in this condo and it shows, by the high tech mirrors in the bathroom to the state of the art fridge, appliances, and cabinetry. Thank for the great stay and look forward to returning.

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Great location and perfect for a family of 4. The place was clean, and host was super friendly and had great recommendations of restaurants to check out. The condo itself was everything the description states and much more.
