Très joli petit chalet, intérieur cosy et bien aménagé. Nous avons eu la chance davoir beaucoup de neige pour Noël : cetait magique ! L'endroit est isolé et nous avons apprecié d'etre coupés du monde ( avec internet et tout le confort moderne). Acces skis au pied tres appreciable. Notre hôte a organisé le transport de nos bagages en moto-neige. Catarina a repondu avec beaucoup de réactivité à toutes nos demandes. Il y avait un petit magasin avec des produits de pemiere nécessité bien utile. Merci pour tout!

We loved staying at Sebastiano's place. It was very clean, well maintained and peaceful. Gandria is a small and quaint charming village. We enjoyed spending time on the quiet, peaceful balcony watching the ducks swim by and the occasional kayakers. The kitchen is well equipped and there are comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace and a sofa in the sunken living room with a nice TV. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable for a couple or two couples. Sebastiano was always responsive and he's a very nice and caring host. Thanks for a great stay, Sebastiano!

This is a gorgeous home with stunning views of Lake Como. Very comfortable, quiet, and private. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It is important to have your own car to get to this location as walking to town would be challenging. Once we discovered the parking lots in town, using the car to get back and forth was not a problem. Highly recommend this home.

What a beautiful accommodation! All the furnishings are of a high quality and its design has clearly been well thought out. After a day’s skiing it was a lovely place to return to. The kitchen is the best rental property kitchen I’ve ever had the pleasure of cooking in. All kitchen ware was high quality and kitchen gadgets such as coffee machine, soda stream, blender were a welcomed addition. The bus stops are almost right outside the apartment however, they stop running at 5 so getting back from the town at night was fine but note it’s a steep 10 minute walk. Taxis are practically non existent so you may want a car if this bothers you. This ground floor apartment literally has everything you could ask for. Eve was a lovely, friendly and accommodating host too! I’d highly recommend Eves place!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hochwertig eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, alles da, was man braucht. Carlos und Ana waren sehr schnell erreichbar und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die wunderschöne Aussicht auf Berg, Tal und Fluss trägt viel zur Entspannung bei. Gut zu wissen: - Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus führt ein Stück (ca. 100 m) relativ steil und nicht befestigt nach oben. Schlau packen! Die Aussicht ist es auf alle Fälle wert! - Vorher die Fotos der Check-in-Infos screenshotten. Wir hatten vor Ort keinen Mobil-Empfang. Ein grosses Merci an Ana und Carlos für die Möglichkeit einer schönen Auszeit! <3

È andato tutto benissimo, soggiorno di 5 notti per girare in downhill al bike kindom. Appartamento ordinato e pulito, cucina con tutto l'indispensabile e anche più. L'aggiunta della piscina e spa nell'offerta non è affatto male. Ilze è molto simpatica, cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato! Quando torneremo per la nostra settimana annuale al bike kindom, se ci sarà disponibilità sicuramente cercheremo di nuovo alloggio qui...

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful place, we stayed for a long weekend, and had different people coming on different days, and were able to wash the sheets between which was awesome. The space is so well set up for lots of people with lots of showers and places to sit at the kitchen table. It was quite close to the bus, which came quite frequently - especially to get to the ski hill in the morning and back in the afternoon.

Valentina was our contact while we stayed in Limonta. She was the most friendly, kind, and responsive host we have ever known. She always went above and beyond what she had to. She gave us the most easy and helpful check-in information, checked in on us during our stay with great friendliness, and tipped us off to local experiences and restaurants to enhance our stay. The little home was private, peaceful, and with a fantastic terrace/view that we made the most of every day of our stay. We had such a nice little trip, and it will be looked back on fondly due to the special touch of Valentina!
