I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

This is a lovely house at a very convenient yet quite location, under LA weather the pool is fantastic for a relaxing journey.

Anh was super responsive and helpful and we were able to reserve her place with such short notice during late evening hours. She allowed us to check in early as well. The house was clean with lots of natural light, beautiful pool, peaceful and comfortable. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks Anh for your speedy responses. SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great time at this home! It was very kid friendly - lots of fun pool toys, sand toys, and games. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub too. Vi was a fantastic host - easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

They really make it hard for you to want to come back home. This place has everything. As far as food… there was plenty of options and all a short drive away. This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

It was the perfect place for a peaceful girls getaway. Lots of great light and big lounging spaces. The location is beautiful and serene. It is a little remote (which I liked) but is a little drive to the wineries and old town but in return very quiet and private. Would love to come back next year.

Our group travels annually for cycling trips and Tim's place worked fantastic for us. The outdoor areas were a hit for our group. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are separated from the common areas so they are quiet. Tim met us at check in and outlined the home audio system and kitchen. We would definitely enjoy staying at Tim's for future trips.

This place was absolutely amazing! The backyard is beautiful, I love the orange and lemon trees! The place is very spacious and open. As far as host, Ana is a great, responsive host. She was fantastic to work with and very communicative. Would definitely come back

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect stay. We needed a large space for a family dinner and this home felt like a resort. We are so appreciative of the beautiful location, vast amount of space and lovely accommodating hosts. We will definitely be renting again in the future! Highly recommend.
