Super nice house and host! Very close to many restaurants and not a long walk from the beach. Ryan was super communicative and willing to help :)

On upon arriving at the spot, it was beautiful house and had a memorable weekend staying there for the weekend. Alex was very responsive and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, to let him know and was very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean upon arrival and would definitely stay there again!

Brenda was responsive and flexible. Enjoyed the stayed, was there for work not much needed but had everything we needed. Would stay again.

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

Edmund’s place is stunning! The views are incredible and he is a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful!

Camp Jackson will be a regular for us on our future trips to North County. Lisa was easy to contact and kindly offered us upgraded parking, late checkout and early checkin, as well as a Handel’s ice cream gift card! Comfortable bed, great kitchen with all the needed equipment. It was definitely a Happy Place. Thank you Camp Jackson. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

great stay

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

I would highly recommend Wayne and his place~!

Staying at Emilo's property was great. The home was really nice and clean. Emilio was always available to answer our questions we had during our stay. Checking in & check out was too easy. Highly recommended!

This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

Very convenient for visiting Disneyland. The house had everything we needed for a long stay, especially a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a nice place to relax in front of a huge TV. Recommend!

Everything about this place has been so thoughtfully planned by Anna. Anytime we needed something, it was already there! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and every tool and appliance was clearly labeled, which made everything super easy to use. The space is tastefully furnished, cozy, and comfortable. Above all, the instructions were well-documented and communicated, which made our stay completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place and will be back the next time we’re in LA!

It’s a vary nice lovely home , it’s vary well kept together and spacious inside, quite neighborhood and respectful neighbors. Me and my family loved the home and would recommend to everyone, the beds were comfortable and made us feel like we’re at home.

Immediately upon entering the unit you can tell the amount of attention to detail is great to allow guests feel good about their stay. Everything is modern, clean, and tasteful. We had the front unit which allows for your own private fire pit and jacuzzi. Towards the back of the unit there is a backyard yard where you’ll find an outside shower and another Jazuczzi for the other renters. I don’t think there were many others staying in the other units so no issues with noise or privacy. Plus there are blinds all around so if you close them no one hanging out in the back can look in. Checking in and out was essentially automatic, no issues there. Unit comes with all the essentials if you plan on BBQing or cooking. Location is excellent. Just note you won’t have immediate beach acccess because of the large rocks down the street. The steps are currently closed and don’t seem to be currently worked on. Nonetheless you’re a 5 min stroll from soft sand that accessible for the family.

We had a great time at Vickie's place! Very nice location, walkable distance from the pier and restaurants and Vons. We traveled with a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old and her place has everything from toys, books, board games to keep kids entertained! And easy walk to the playground too! Vickie is super thoughtful and very sweet! She prepared sand toys for our kids as well. Vickie is also very responsive to your questions and shares a lot of local info. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! **Highly recommended her place!**
