We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Will was an amazing host, who made the whole process easy for us. He recommended things to do and places to go eat, I 1000% will be staying here again this place was amazing. I messaged him about some questions that I had around 8-9pm and he was there replying to me and willing answer any other question I had for him. Thank you again Will! We will definitely be back!

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

We had a fantastic visit to the villa! Everything was perfect, from Kim’s communication to the comfortable bed and space to relax. We loved the location, steps away from the beach and within comfortable walking distance to restaurants. Just about a half hour drive to Disneyland, we were able to easily plan a trip there with ease during our stay. I felt like I was right at home in the villa, the moment we opened the door you are met with the scent of fresh laundry as all the towels and bedding, and throw blankets were freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic! Felt great after the long days at Disney. Kim was an excellent communicator, responding quickly when we chatted. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do. I can’t wait to return! This property is a gem - do not hesitate to book!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The space was clean, had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside, which was out of the homeowners control, was the big sandy berm between the house and the ocean due to winter tides. Would recommend!

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Location and house couldn’t be better for great day time activities. Our kids loved it (15 yo) they were able to safely go about their days independently. House was beautiful, airy, bright. As stated in some reviews bring earplugs for the primary as it faces a busy street and by 7am it gets noisy. But we’ll be back. Totally worth it.

We loved our stay at this beach home. The location was perfect! You could walk or bike ride to the beach access area, playgrounds and restaurants. There was a great bike trail near by. We particularly loved the play room! With a toddler and teenagers, it was the perfect space for them to be entertained! Lots of activities to do in that room. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Our second time staying at Kirk’s and Marks - amazing location- perfect for a small family getaway. Parking is great - a small SUV also fits in the garage - close enough to the boardwalk for a quick ice cream or meal - far away enough that it’s quiet . Kirk is super responsive, nice and helpful . We’re looking forward to staying again soon.

Thank you for having us. This hike was immaculate for our family of 5 we had so much fun ! The hike was spotless , the host was vet communicative and was accommodating to our early check in with little ones.

Nick was absolutely a great host, very responsive and my family and I loved the place. It was so serene to hear the ocean at night while we slept. The location is absolutely beautiful and for the first time in my life I actually stood outside and watched the sun go down thanks Nick for such a wonderful experience. I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—actually, even better. The place was spotless, super comfy bed, and quality linens. The location couldn’t have been better—literally just a short walk to the beach, tons of great restaurants, and train station nearby. We did not need a car all weekend, which was such a bonus. The host was incredibly responsive, offering great recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We arrived for the Ironman race with lots of race gear. The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs Highly recommend staying here, whether you're in town for a quick getaway or a longer stay. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area! Thank you!

Pros: This place was perfect for us. Gorgeous surroundings- view of the ocean, the pier, the beach. The condo is walkable to convenience stores, beaches, pier, pool, gym…etc. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The master has a great view- I liked to lay on the bed and look out to the beach. The kitchen accommodated our home cooking and had cookware. Comfortable beds, quiet and relaxing. Perfect layout for our family- Will book again! Cons: No salt, sugar, coffee, or cooking oil stocked. I feel like these are some of the basics that are to be expected of Airbnbs. The TV in the living room was not functional with WiFi but it did not cause us trouble, we watched tv in the master. The parking spot was so tight. Our truck met the requirements for parking in the garage but, we found that our truck could not park w/the pole on the right side of the spot. This was stressful, having to find parking after 20hr drive & move our truck every 24hrs. But it worked out

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

We started out on the wrong foot for our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not been and the house was not ready for us. Once I notified the owners they quickly found us another close by unit to stay for night and were wonderfully responsive. Very much appreciated as it was after dark and we had sleepy kiddos. We returned to the house the next day and overall enjoyed our trip very much. Close to lots of great food and beaches. It's easy to be a good host when everything goes off without a hitch much harder when the unexpected happens. Highly recommend!

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

Great space in an awesome location. Right next to the beach and within walking distance to the harbor and the strand. We stayed here for Oceanside's Ironman 70.3 and it was perfect for that. The accommodations were clean and there were a lot of nice little touches. The host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again in the future.
