Rafa's place was like a home—well-equipped, made for living and cooking. The location was great, not in the busy center, but within walking distance of the sea and restaurants. It was easy to park in the area. We encountered trouble with plumbers working in the same building, but Rafa was very responsive and communicated clearly and upfront. I could imagine renting the same place again :) Thanks!

Nous avons passés 1 semaine dans ce logement en couple et c’était tout simplement parfait. Le logement est identique au photos et à la description, tout était propre et bien rangés on avait une magnifique vue sur la montagne, le jacuzzi était incroyable tout parfait. Et l’hôte est adorable ils nous a bien accueilli avec pleins de recommandations de restaurants, activités et plages. Tout simplement parfait !

Los anfitriones son maravillosos. El apartamento está limpio a nuestra llegada y nos responden rápidamente cuando tenemos alguna pregunta. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y sonriéndose. El aparcamiento interior es muy útil y la vecindad es tranquila y agradable. Es nuestra segunda vez en Candelaria y lo recomendamos totalmente. Muchísimas gracias Pilar y Domingo por todo lo bien que se manejaron con nosotros.

Feine, helle und großzügige Wohnung, die alles hat was es braucht (Zitronenpresse wäre noch super aber wir habens auch ohne geschafft) zum Kochen alles vorhanden in allen Grössen, ausserden gab es Netflix, ein gutes Bett (man schläft gut ist uns wichtig). Praktisch sind auch der Parkplatz im Haus und nur 5 min Gehzeit zum Superdino der alles hat, auch ein zwei Kaffees mit guten Croissants gibt es. Die Kommunikation mit Emmanuel war sehr gut, sehr schnelle Rückantwort und flexibler Check out. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus und der Ausblick sind einfach wunderbar! Noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir haben von dort aus gearbeitet, also viel Zeit dort verbracht und es sehr genossen!

La estancia fue maravillosa y la casa estupenda. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para alojar a 6 personas. Pedro Jesus fue muy amable y atento en cuanto a las comunicaciones. Le pedí 2 cosas, por si había la posibilidad, y nos las consiguió.

Sehr schönes modernes Appartement mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Maya war hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Der kleine Küstenort mit Badestrand und kleinen Lokalen war super! Leider Nachts etwas laut durch die angrenzende Straße. Wir waren trotzdem begeistert. 🖤

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Bajamar. Ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Piscinas und die grünen Berge sind ein Highlight. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet und auch die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar als wir da waren.

Que dire… Endroit dépaysant et hors du temps. Logement hyper équipé et super bien décoré. Tout le monde a apprécié. Logement en hauteur et pas accessible directement en voiture mais l’accès se fait facilement par une ruelle montante. Les vagues au pied de l’immeuble sont là pour nous bercer et la vue pour nous émerveiller. Alberto est vraiment très prévenant et disponible pour tout conseil. Échanges très agréables et humains. Une seule envie… y rester plus longtemps!

Un grand merci à Nayra pour son accueil chaleureux ! Son logement, situé dans le charmant village de Poris de Abona, était très agréable à vivre et d’un calme appréciable. Installé dans un complexe résidentiel privé avec parking privatif, l’appartement offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour reposant. Les clubs de golf et les raquettes de tennis mis à disposition nous ont permis de profiter du minigolf et de faire quelques parties de tennis, avant de nous détendre au bord de la piscine. Nous avons pu faire nos courses à pied et aller manger en bord de mer, tout était accessible facilement. Un séjour paisible et ressourçant, merci encore Nayra !

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben und die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet ganz zentral in Puerto gelegen - innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man an den bekanntesten Plätzen. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Puerto sind, würden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können sie definitiv empfehlen.

Olin Santiagon kohteessa kahden lapseni kanssa. Asunto oli todella puhdas ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Santiago oli avulias ja viesti nopeasti, jos tarvitsin hänen apuaan. Puertito de Güímar on todella rauhallinen paikka, jossa on vähän turisteja. Voin suositella paikkaa lämpimästi, jos kaipaat rauhaa, rentoutumista ja hiljaisuutta. Kiitos!

Die Wohnung von Kotryna ist wirklich schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Dusche funktioniert einwandfrei und das Bett ist auch bequem. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kommt man von dort aus schnell in die Region zum wandern oder an den Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen !! José ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, antwortet sehr schnell. Als wir den Schlüssel vergessen hatten hat er sich sehr schnell und freundlich gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank an die Mama die extra schnell mit Ersatz kam. Jose ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Bucht ist beschaulich und familiär, nettes Café gutes Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist tip top in Ordnung, gut ausgestattet, modern. Viele Handtücher, sehr gute Matratze und angenehme Bettwäsche. Die Küche hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht und einen großen Tresen um Essen vorzubereiten und an dem man auch schön sitzen kann. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist großartig und die Sonne geht hinter dem Fels unter. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und auch einen regelmäßigen Bus zum Busbahnhof Icod von wo aus man die ganze Insel erreichen und erkunden kann Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!! 👍🥰💯

Beautiful apartment. Newly refurbished and everything was fresh and clean.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden! Wij vonden persoonlijk de hoofdkussens veel te hard en omdat het niet zo warm was, was het zwembad veel te koud! Vlakbij de zee (slechts 133 trappen verwijderd) waar je ook gezellig iets kan eten en waar het heel rustig is. Zalig verblijf!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so optimal so dass wir den schönen Pool nur wenig nutzen konnten. Die beiden Terrassen waren prima- wir konnten so je nach sonnenstand uns einrichten. Wir kennen uns in der Gegend gut aus und haben sehr viel unternommen. Prima war die Tiefgarage da es in Puerto äußerst schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir würden in diese Wohnung gerne wieder kommen.

This apartment is a very comfortable space for a long-stay vacation in Tenerife. The combination of three good size bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and living area with a delightful walled courtyard with BarBQ, dining table and soft seating makes for a very relaxed living space. Sadly, during our stay, the next door neighbour was remodelling their apartment with builders' drills and jackhammers causing much noise and disturbance for six weeks of our stay but we timed our presence in the apartment to coincide with the builders' lunch breaks and weekends so as not to be too inconvenienced! This was made easier by having the pool and leisure facilities at the hotel two minutes walk away and the Marazul resort being well-placed for visiting most places on the island on day trips in the car. Communication with Sandrine was not always as rapid as we would have liked as the AirBnB notification service did not seem to be working well and occasionally we did not get responses for days.

Muy recomendable! Esther fue super amable y atenta todo el tiempo. Todo fue fácil gracias a su atención, desde la llegada, toda la estancia, y la gestión de salida. La comunicación fue perfecta y nos pasó también recomendaciones locales muy útiles. El piso estaba estupendo, tal como se aprecia en las fotos. Muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. El espacio exterior es precioso, con unas vistas muy bonitas y la piscina genial. Es un espacio muy tranquilo y simpático. En coche se llega rápido a todas partes, tiene cafés y supermercados cerca y es fácil de encontrar aparcamiento en la zona. Volveremos seguro! Muchas gracias, Esther :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Javier, situé à 2km à pied du centre de Puerto de la Cruz, le logement fonctionnel et nous avons manqué de rien. Piscine toujours en travaux mais Javier a obtenu un accord avec l’hôtel voisin pour bénéficier d’un accès à leur piscine (moins calme que celle de la résidence mais ça Javier n’y peut rien). Il y avait beaucoup de bruits de travaux dans la résidence ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé car nous étions souvent à l’extérieur. Très bonne communication avec Javier qui fait tout son possible pour que nous passions un agréable séjour !! Aucune clé ce qui apaise encore plus l’esprit. Excellent rapport qualité prix !!

My partner & I stayed here for 1 week in March to work remotely. It is really well set up for remote working, with 2 workstations, 1 with a monitor, perfect WiFi. The apartment is great, looks just like the pictures and comes with everything you'd need (soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, beach towels & umbrella too!). Lovely balcony. There was a welcome tray on arrival which was a lovely touch. The pool was closed during out stay but we still really enjoyed our time. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Morgans Foodie around the corner is great for a casual bite & drink. Riela restaurant is great for a "fancier" dinner. Cafe Duci along the promenade was also a favourite. Much quieter than Adeje which is where we have stayed before but ideal for an easy place to work abroad from. Also you can get the number 10 bus to & from Tenerife South airport. Then bus stops near the apt to take you anywhere else you want to go.
