Desde nuestra llegada, la señora Silvia nos recibió con gran amabilidad y atención. Nos explicó todo lo que había en el lugar de manera clara, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera. Además, apreciamos que la decoración estaba en sintonía con la época del año, lo que añadió un toque especial. La señora Silvia siempre estuvo dispuesta a atender nuestras necesidades, y le agradecemos sinceramente por su cordialidad y atención. Excelente lugar para estar con la familia, nos sentimos como en casa. El anfitrión siempre estuvo en comunicación con nosotros para apoyarnos sobretodo en la hora de llegada ya q mi vuelo tuvo un retraso considerable y el apoyo fue fantástico. El lugar muy limpio y tiene lo necesario para pasar los días como en casa. tiendas cercas y accesibilidad para muchos lugares. Sin dudar regresaremos nuevamente en otra oportunidad.

I definitely recommend this place, the room is spacious with an amazing view, the gym and pool is awesome a 10/10. It’s in the middle of everything so if you are a looking for a quick walk to a bar this is definitely the place to be.

This was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend getaway to San Diego. Parking was safe and easy, simple electronic access to the unit, and the location offered many walking options for coffee and meals. The u it is centrally located for easy access all over town.

Great location! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Huge plus to have a parking spot too. We were able to fit our larger SUV in as long as passengers/luggage was unloaded first. All rooms have skylights so keep that in mind if you like to sleep in.

Cozy and very clean. Perfect for my plastic surgery recovery along with my parents, spouse and infant baby.

Second time staying at this place , very well located and safe place

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

Our August stay in San Diego was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to our fantastic Airbnb host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. When a small issue arose early in our stay, they were quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The house itself was a gem, beautifully maintained and in a prime location. We loved exploring the neighborhood and being within easy reach of all the city’s attractions. We can’t thank our host enough for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this home. We paid extra for the pool heating and it was definitely worth it - our family was able to swim every day even though the air temperature was in the low 60's for highs. Lots of TVs for your downtime though we probably used the outdoor one the most for our evening swims and hot tub times. Location worked well, far enough away from busy San Diego proper but close enough for all the attractions. Hosts were very responsive.

A lovely and safe home to stay in while my partner and I were in town for dentistry. For Tijuana standards, this is a nice neighborhood and we felt safe during our stay.

This was my second stay very comfy bed with luxurious sheets. All amenities to cook a meal availble.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, beautiful scenery, safe secured parking, and OMG the beds were so comfortable. We would stay again.

This was a perfect "find" for me. Nice room with full private bath and plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to a fully equipped kitchen with storage for my own groceries. The location allowed me a short walk to Zona Rio for my medical appointments. Franco was a wonderful host who met me upon arrival and oriented me around the property. Franco lives with a small dog named Nala who is very friendly. She spends most of her time out-of-doors, never in the guestroom. I will definitely return!
