Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a large group! We had a total of 14 in our group for a joint Bach weekend. Josh was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved all of the community space (large kitchen, living room space, and private outdoor patio area) to all hang out. The kitchen was SO nice for cooking for our large group; truly don't think I've ever been in airbnb with as many kitchen utensils available as this one, we had everything we could possibly need and more. There are only 3 bathrooms, so at times it was a fight for the bathrooms and showers with our group, but we made it through lol. The location isn't necessarily walkable to anything (as mentioned in the listing), but very conveniently located to be a quick drive to just about anything in San Diego. Also really appreciated that the checkout duties were quick and minimal.

We are Airbnb Superhosts and recognize the commitment required to maintain a place like Cody’s. He’s done a great job of creating a welcoming, comfortable space. We appreciated all the extras like thirsty cotton towels, beverages, personal care products, water filter, etc. It’s walking distance to a lovely zen “Garden of Enlightenment.” We were in SD for family so we weren’t able to see the sights but there’s a great list provided. Cody is an excellent communicator and has truly earned his Superhost status. We highly recommend his place and will definitely stay again.

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

We stayed for a long weekend in Ian’s place. It was perfect, great for our two kids and well stocked with baby items like travel cots and high chairs. Amazing location, walkable to the beach and local restaurants, also only a short drive to the zoo. It was very quiet and had no issues with noise from the neighbouring houses or street. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a place to stay with a young family. Will definitely visit again. Kai is an excellent host! Always made sure we were taken care of. Always had fresh towels for us when we needed them. The place had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back again!

Todo estuvo muy bien

We stayed at Windansea Woods for several days in late March. We arrived late and looked forward to seeing the property in the morning. What we found was so much more than we expected. We woke to the calls of many birds. Trish and Justin had bird feeders and a water feature to attract the birds. We heard over 35 species during our stay and added some to our life lists. We spent long mornings enjoying our breakfast on the covered porch with our personal bird chorus. In the evening we enjoyed the hot tub. The bungalow was centrally located in La Jolla for the activities we had planned. We ventured out everyday for something new and found great restaurants nearby to try. We loved El Pescador, The Taco Stand, and Duke’s. We will be back to enjoy this location again and want to use the fireplace next time. Trish and Justin thanks for a wonderful weekend. It was the absolute perfect place for Tim and I to have our first getaway together and could not have dreamed of anything better.

I definitely recommend this place, the room is spacious with an amazing view, the gym and pool is awesome a 10/10. It’s in the middle of everything so if you are a looking for a quick walk to a bar this is definitely the place to be.
