Such an amazing a peaceful stay. There’s a lot to do there without having to leave. The house is very cozy and you feel very safe. Would 10/10 recommend and would bring my pet next time. There’s a lot of walkable area.

We had an amazing time at this peaceful and private cabin retreat. The place was spotless and had everything we needed — plus a bunch of thoughtful extras the host provided that made our stay even better. It’s a very large cabin and property, tucked away on a quiet hillside, surrounded by trees, with beautiful views of the mountains and forest. So serene and relaxing! The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, making sure we felt right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease. The Wi-Fi connection was perfect — strong and reliable, which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. We also appreciated the comfortable bedding and the quality of the linens provided. If you’re looking for the perfect mountain escape, this is it. We’re already excited about coming back!

This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I with our newborn. The cabin is modern, has incredible views of the vineyard, where you're only steps from wine tasting and wood fired pizza. The area in general has alot of wineries and bikes nearby. The place was quiet, picturesque and good value. I would definitely come back here again.

This was such a special stay for my family and I! We were blown away by how beautiful this stay was. Vicky was a wonderful host and truly cared about how settled we were. I would love to take my family back here again in the future!

We went here for my husband’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect and peaceful - away from the busy city life we live. It was a tranquil relaxing vacation and we will be coming back. We took our three children and I felt super safe and loved the minimalistic and high quality setup of the home.

What an amazing place to stay, hosted by a world-class host! My wife and I decided we needed a quiet weekend together and arrived at 7pm on a Friday night. It had been snowing on Thursday and Friday morning, and Sandrine kept us abreast of the changing conditions as our time drew near. We drove up in a AWD car, and glad we did; the roads were plowed but still icy! She had a dedicated parking spot waiting for us! Sandrine met us at our car with a nice wagon to help us to the cabin; with almost 10" of fresh snow, getting to the cabin by car was not possible. When we got to the cabin, she already had a nice fire going in the stove and the cabin was toasty and warm! The cabin was in great shape! Everything was clean and tidy, there was a ton of interesting books to read, lovely maps and artwork from the area on the wall, and lots of comfy places to sit and sleep. We loved our time here and are already planning our return!

Blue Agave was an awesome stay for first time west coasters. It was so peacefully quiet and away from the city, but not too far where things were inaccessible. Property was clean and well kept and everything was up to date with the photos. Wifi was reliable for phone service not working too well for the area. Would only suggest having a car that works well on all terrain as the gravel hill was definitely there and steep, but not a deal breaker if you don’t have the right car. The cleaner is very nice and guests should definitely chit chat if you run in to her she gave a great recommendation to pies in Julian! Again, awesome stay would most definitely come back for another quiet getaway in Cali. Thank you!
