My husband, daughter and I had a very nice stay. Location is great, reserved parking is a huge plus, and since I was traveling with my 7 month old, it was great to have the pack n play at the Airbnb so we didn’t need to travel with one. Doug was incredibly detailed in his instructions for check in and parking which made it a breeze and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again

I had a great stay at Hector’s place! He was extremely proactive and responsive to all our questions and requests, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to multiple attractions in town, which made getting around very convenient. The townhome itself is well-designed and spacious, with three floors: the first floor has a master bedroom and laundry, the second floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a social bathroom, and an office space, and the third floor has another master suite. The layout was convenient for our stay, providing both privacy and great common areas to relax. Overall, a great experience!

Our stay was fantastic -- the home had everything we needed for our family of four (baby+toddler), and the pool/beach/hot tub were fantastic. We were able to travel to Legoland, San Diego, and nearby beaches very easily. The people around the community were also extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and stay here in the future!

Very easy check in, with all instructions clearly explained prior to our visit. This was a very convenient location with lots of amenities that made our experience a great stay!

The place was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t spend that much time there because it was in such a great spot - walking distance to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, and super close to the freeway for going anywhere further. Will definitely look to stay here again when returning to Carlsbad!

I truly appreciate the communication and accommodations that were provided by the host. If you want to be within minutes to all locations this is your place.

Absolutely wonderful! Great location, quiet, walkable to everything, and never had to worry about finding parking with the garage. Our family of four had an amazing time and were super comfortable from beginning to end.

The condo worked out fine for our family of 4. The location was close to the friends we were visiting. A few things to note, the listing mentioned king beds in both rooms. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The downstairs room had a full/queen which wasn’t as desirable for our teenagers since they had to share a bed. I booked the condo because I understood it to have this amenity. Also, there was no coffee pot. There was, however, a Kerig. Bring pods! Thanks for the stay.

Ms.Donna saved my family’s trip to San Diego!! We are so grateful that we found her and her space! It was like we were home! It was comfortable, clean, cute, and quiet! She was extremely accommodating to us on super short notice! My husband went from never wanting to come back to San Diego to whenever we come back we will always stay here! Ms. Donna gets all the love from my family and I all the way from Houston, Tx!! ♥️♥️

Awesome location! Home was clean and perfect for our group. Teens appreciated how close the home was to the beach (a block away), the bay and Belmont park. Tastefully decorated, great TV room upstairs. The home had everything we needed. Although the home is close to the beach, it is located off the main road. If you’re a light sleeper, and you leave your window open, wear earplugs. Otherwise, perfect overall.

Benjamin and Megan were great hosts! They were responsive and offered great recommendations in the neighborhood. Their place was one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in, offered everything you needed, and is a in a great location - walkable to so many great local restaurants, bars, and shops! Can't wait to come back and stay here again! 10 out of 10!

Kristen was an exceptionally responsive host and incredibly helpful during our stay. I will absolutely be staying at one of her properties the next time we visit San Diego!

*Stairs* Lots of stairs! This details is mentioned in the pictures but I think it should be high lighted a little more. This place is a tri-level with the two bed rooms being on the very bottom and very top, so be aware. Stairs are also a little steep and you have to climb stairs to get to the middle entry level which is the kitchen/ living room. That wasn’t an issue for us and our stay, luckily. We loved the home and the location. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants, which we loved. But it’s also just off the main drag, so we didn’t get the loud bar music or drunk kids walking around. There was a concert going on at Petco on Saturday- so check the schedule! It was loud until about 11. Ultimately great location and cute home for stair-climbing abled people! :)

Great place! A lot more space than we thought. Two families stayed here for a trip, we had 2 toddlers, 2 infants and 4 adults. The living room also has 3 pullout beds/couches. I will add the couches are not the most comfy for that reason. But each room has a tv. The area is quiet, calm and safe. My brother lives two blocks away and loves the area as well. Street parking wasn’t hard to find. Essentials were stocked up well (towels,kids toys,). Overall would come back to stay. Easy communication and flexible checkin and out which we appreciated with the chaos of kids. Thanks again!

Spent a wonderful week with the kids and grandparents here. Great spot all around - we enjoyed the access to the pools, pickleball, common area to watch sunset and easy walk for coffee. Thanks for a great week.

Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Property is in a walkable but quiet neighborhood. Property itself was spacious and had the essentials. Parking is convenient.

Excellent stay! Traveling with two couples, penty of privacy - each bedroom had en suite bathroom (plus half bath downstairs). The condo worked out beautifully - walking distance to restaurants and shops and adult beverages. Only regret, we were so busy enjoying San Diego we didnt spend as much time in condo as we would have liked. Coffee on outside terrace, drinks and darts in the enclosed patio, after dinner chatting and apertifs in the comfortable living room. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.

We had such an amazing stay! The location was great being a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars! The space did not feel crammed and the bathroom setup was perfect for having multiple people getting ready/doing makeup! There were televisions in every bedroom, something I did not notice in the photos beforehand, so this was a great surprise! We wish the parking out front was not only 2 hour parking as this caused us to park and walk 4 blocks away so we wouldn’t get tickets. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would definitely return to this property!

Place was awesome for my family. Having a garage to park our car was helpful. Great location. Loved the rooftop!
