Definitely a five star home!! Our family booked with Billy during our stay in California, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Billy, has been the best host we have had! This beautiful home looked better in person, it was perfect and super welcoming! Everything we needed, the home had. We had an incident with my dog and Billy was so caring, understanding and super professional. Words can’t describe how appreciative our family is with Billy! I truly recommend Billy as your host!

Great small place but big enough for 6 people with all the rooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved hanging outside. Good spot to walk around town up and down the bay and beach.

My hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They were easy to communicate with and created a peaceful environment. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing area that’s still close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, this is the perfect spot. I would gladly stay at any of their properties in the future.

My friend and I stayed at Kai & Bev's Baja Hideaway for two nights and it was the perfect, most peaceful stay. Kai was so thoughtful in reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay go well. He even helped us plan out a perfect morning coffee route to enjoy the weather, ocean views, and delicious breakfast. The unit itself was so tidy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood after our busy days adventuring around San Diego, to rest and recharge. Thank you thank you thank you to Kai & Bev for your hospitality and creating such a beautiful place to stay!

I think the next step is to open a hotel, place is gorgeous. Whomever setup this place, and whomever picked the design and furniture, definitely has great taste. Amazing spot, comfortable, and to top it all, a great host.

This was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend getaway to San Diego. Parking was safe and easy, simple electronic access to the unit, and the location offered many walking options for coffee and meals. The u it is centrally located for easy access all over town.

This condo was in a good location - near the beach and by several shops and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked!

We had an amazing stay at Stay Swell’s place! It was the perfect spot for our family—clean, comfortable, and in a super safe area. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, where we loved watching the surfers and soaking up the sun. It was also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood had a laid-back, friendly vibe, and our kids had an absolute blast! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway.

Great location! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Huge plus to have a parking spot too. We were able to fit our larger SUV in as long as passengers/luggage was unloaded first. All rooms have skylights so keep that in mind if you like to sleep in.

Open space to hangout. Plenty of areas for cooking out as well. Minor street noise but once inside any of the buildings you dont hear any of it.

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

Our August stay in San Diego was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to our fantastic Airbnb host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. When a small issue arose early in our stay, they were quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The house itself was a gem, beautifully maintained and in a prime location. We loved exploring the neighborhood and being within easy reach of all the city’s attractions. We can’t thank our host enough for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed a week. Our son who lives in the area was able to join for 4 nights. Toughest choice every day was do we go to the beach on the bay side, or the sea side! Everything was within walking distance, except grocery store. But they were a quick 10 minute drive. Just what we wanted. Relax, walk to everything! After a week, we took the rental car back to the airport and realized we only drove 21 miles all week!

We stayed for a long weekend in Ian’s place. It was perfect, great for our two kids and well stocked with baby items like travel cots and high chairs. Amazing location, walkable to the beach and local restaurants, also only a short drive to the zoo. It was very quiet and had no issues with noise from the neighbouring houses or street. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a place to stay with a young family. Will definitely visit again. We have stayed in Oceanside a few times and we wanted to try something different by staying in a condo rather than an home or a hotel. This location was perfect and so nice to be that close to the beach to see the ocean daily right from our window. The host was very approachable and answered my questions often. They had everything we needed for our stay.

Had a great stay in Oceanside - the apartment is right by the beach and is walkable to the harbor, restaurants, and more of the host’s recommendations. The complex also had very nice amenities. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Great place to stay with an ocean view. It was nice to just be able to walk on the beach and down to the pier. Although there were detailed instructions, it seemed a bit tricky getting to the parking area because different maps are not very accurate. However, the host was very responsive to make sure we were able to find the right parking area. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book again!

My family and I agreed it was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The condo is in a perfect location to balance peace and quiet with entertainment. The beach is literally a couple hundred feet away and you can easily walk to the pier and the harbor. We absolutely loved this place! Thank you

Great location with easy beach access.

Peaceful place to stay with enough privacy and space for our family of 6. Everything was clean with comfortable hotel like beds! Room is also generously equipped with both bath towels & beach towels, kitchen equipment for all kinds of cooking, blow drier etc. Also a good selection of beach equipment available in the unit such as boogie boards, wagon. Having 4 kids, it was great to have some puzzles and games in the living room to distract them whenever we were unpacking/ catching a break. Beautiful view of the ocean from upstairs. Pool is great! We went every night! Very responsive host!
