We had a fabulous stay. It was very walkable to great restaurants and breweries. Place was well equipped with everything you need. Coffee maker and fully stocked k-cups were a nice bonus. Bed comfortable as well!

Had a great stay for a long weekend in San Diego. Host was super communicative and flexible, and the location was great for proximity to Gaslamp district, the Convention Center, and Seaport village.

This was the best location for the meeting our husbands attended in Escondido. The pools and hot tubs were very conveniently located. All the staff was very nice and they were Johnny on the spot when we needed anything. We overlooked the mountain from the 2nd floor balcony, had dinners on the patio and cooked all our meals in. It was really quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Kenneth and his wife are good communicators if you have questions. The setup is lovely, a bathroom and bedroom on each side of the unit, gathering place in the middle. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us! We hope to return in the future!! Had a great time here! It’s really hard to go out when you have beautiful panoramic views and a great hot tub that has a view of the city. Ashlyn had everything you needed there and it was clean. I’d def book another stay here when I’m in town.

What a gorgeous view of the water and baseball stadium! The windows give you an amazing panoramic view. The bedrooms are on opposite sides so if you are traveling with someone you have separate spaces joined but the common area. The building is lovely and you can walk to restaurants and gas lamp district. Everything was great! Thank you!

One of the quietest condo/apt I have ever stayed in! Very clean, spacious and most importantly peaceful. Perfect stay!!!

This was my family’s first time traveling to San Diego to spend spring break with my daughter who’s in the Navy. This location was a conveniently close drive to the Naval Base along with other attractions. Having young adults to entertain, this house was more than just amazing to say the least. From the jacuzzi, hookah, to the outside projectors, PacMan, air hockey, speakers in every room (I’m a music lover) we were on cloud 9. I’m usually an over packer but this house had everything I needed to include cooking essentials in the kitchen. Michael and Diana were personable and amazing throughout my entire stay!! I felt like I was at home and they made sure of that. There were a few hiccups, but it’s life…no sweat! My stay was for 8 nights and was a great choice. I want to personally thank you both again! I hope I have the ability to book one of your properties in the future!! Best wishes 🤗

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

Socratex was an amazing host. He happened to be on-site when we arrived. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around the property. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the projector that is set up on the downstairs patio because we couldn't make it past the couch. That couch is huge and sooo comfortable. The home smelled so good and was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and beds. I also appreciated the large supply of extra towels, linens and blankets. A lot of airb&b's don't have a large supply. I would 100% stay here any time I am back in San Diego.

We had a great stay at this cozy get away space! Great set up, with two comfortable beds, a fun movie projector setup, and even Legos that kept our kids entertained. It had everything we needed for a short getaway, not to mention the convenient parking space right outside the front door. The host was very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend for a family-friendly stay!

Wow, where do I even begin? This home exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and attention to detail. The layout is perfect—open, airy, and incredibly inviting. The kitchen is a dream, fully equipped and perfect for cooking family meals. We spent so much time in the stunning living area, and the home theater was an absolute highlight—comfy seating, a huge screen, and surround sound made movie nights unforgettable. The pool and jacuzzi were like a private oasis, offering ultimate relaxation after a long day. Everything was spotless and immaculately maintained. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. This home truly felt like a luxury retreat. There was so much t do within inside the house. We will absolutely be coming back—cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely the perfect stay for what we needed. The Marshall team can’t thank you enough ❤️

We had a great stay. Even though it was just one night, the place had everything we needed for a party of 7. There was a lot to do for kids at the place and the accommodations were comfortable.

This home was perfect for young children and teenagers. Beautiful, clean and so much to do to stay busy while also very relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The views were fantastic, the area is walkable to many enjoyable areas (including the beach and marina), the grounds are impeccably maintained, and the condo has everything you need and more! The only downfall was that we arrived about a half hour before check in (after an 11 hour drive), and there was no possibility of checking in early unless arrangements had been made with the owner previously and a fee was paid. It worked out okay, but usually I have found more flexibility. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!!

I had a group of people staying here for a conference. They commented on how incredible the place was and how close it was to everything. They all had a great stay and loved all the amenities.

L'appartement est encore mieux qu'en photos : grand, spacieux, très bien décoré, moderne et extrêmement propre ! La plage est à 1 min à pied, des cafés et restaurants sont également proches et tout est à maximum 15' en voiture. Le garage est un énorme avantage. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai dans ce logement si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Oceanside ! :)

We had a wonderful time at this location, watching the sunset from the balcony and taking walks along the beach. The place was perfectly located near the ocean, restaurants and stores. We will definitely be coming back to stay, the place felt like home away from home. I also can’t say enough about how kind and thoughtful for the host to check up on us. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The views from both balconies were stunning and the entire condo complex is so peaceful.

Perfect location, beautiful sunsets, kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Walkable to everything! Would definitely stay again!
