Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

Best Airbnb my family has ever stayed at, hands down. The house is so clean, welcoming and you can feel the love the hosts have put into it. Location is 10 out of 10 and let me tell you, the garage/kids paradise was the biggest hit for our twin 3 year olds! Are you kidding me?! They never wanted to leave! Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my family, and we had a wonderful experience! The high ceilings created a spacious and airy atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was really responsive, making communication easy and ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, having convenient stores right next door, including a fantastic Mexican restaurant, was a huge bonus. We loved being able to grab meals easily and explore the local cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

A beautiful estate in the Temecula hills/De Luz Heights. Felt like a million miles away from the city but was a quick drive. Peaceful and secluded, the home has all the amenities that you would need. The highlight was the creek in the wooded backyard which was a hit with all the kids. Our stay was very comfortable and the home was located within 15 mins of Costco and restaurants and 25 mins to the heart of wine country. As expected the home has some spiders to manage. Massage chair also does not work. And the heat can be strong in the smaller rooms and weaker in the large master. But overall highly recommended and a wonderful experience.

Anne Marie’s place was perfect for my weekend stay! She as incredibly responsive, the place was spotless and located near restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Nest - the house was recently remodeled and had a well equipped kitchen, board games, and even beach chairs, large beach towels and an umbrellas to use. The pool was our kids' favorite part, and Melanie had floats for guests to use and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, and a short drive to many of our favorite spots in PB and downtown La Jolla. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment feels rural – which we like -- but it also has close freeway access, which is convenient. The apartment has plenty of room. The bathroom is spacious and there is plenty of hot water. I appreciated having access to the well-appointed laundry area. Bed is very comfy. Kitchen window offers a pleasant view. The only issue we had was that the apartment is on the bottom floor of a two-story dwelling. The owners are very quiet, but there was some noise from the dog running around. I don’t know how this could be addressed, but you could run into the same problem at any multi-story hotel. The apartment is competitively priced and so unless you are a light sleeper, it probably will not be a significant issue. Our hosts demonstrated a very helpful attitude throughout our stay and accommodated everything we needed. We will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia's beautiful home in Oceanside, CA, and it was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a serene and quiet location, this home is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility, featuring a luxurious hot tub where I spent time unwinding under the stars. The barbeque area is perfect for those who love outdoor cooking and dining; I enjoyed some fantastic meals during my visit here. The home itself is impeccably maintained and exudes warmth and comfort, making it an ideal getaway. Melia's attention to detail and hospitality were evident throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this charming abode to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Let me begin by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a host. Jennifer was super responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and in such a cute neighborhood! The kitchen came with everything you would need. And the home was so cute! With a huge backyard ! The neighborhood even had a little town square a block in a half down from the house with a coffee shop, restaurants, a little grocery store &meat shop. It was great to wake up in the morning and walk over and get a coffee and croissants and we even we ate dinner at the restaurants in the neighborhood which were delicious. Its location was perfect for our needs. It was right between La Jolla and downtown and near pacific beach across from Mission Bay and sea world. Jennifer even told us about a great park in the neighborhood to take the kids to with a big playground and basketball court and so much grassy space to play! I highly recommend this home and host for anyone visiting San Diego.
