You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Our fam had a great stay here! The place was clean and spacious for our 2 kids. The building was close to the main entrance, swimming pool, restaurants and the mall entrance making it very easy for us. The host was also responsive. Highly recommended to anyone who will visit manila with kids.

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a microwave, and cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Walkable to Mall of Asia, which was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few minor notes: -Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), as these weren’t provided. - The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it worked well to keep the room cool. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical stay, especially for those who want easy access to Mall of Asia. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a well-located, budget-friendly options.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly approachable, quick to respond to any questions or inquiries, and went out of their way to accommodate any requests or changes. They were genuinely kind and helpful. The place was spotless, which was especially important to me as I'm particular about bathrooms, and it exceeded expectations in that regard. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including towels, toothbrushes, toilet paper, trash bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. It was definitely worth the stay, and we’re grateful for the hospitality, especially during such a difficult time when we needed to be close to a funeral. Brought our kids, and they enjoyed the pool very much. There was enough space in the rooms for us 5. The bathroom was clean, the appliances were in good working condition - we had no trouble operating them. Wifi was speedy, the airconditioners were not noisy, there's a Lawson store in the building. Easy to get around CCP, Baywalk, Intramuros, MOA, etc. from this spot. Hopefully more restos or cafes would open nearby. Thank you to the hosts for being very responsive and accommodating our needs (iron, extra towels, etc.)! We will definitely recommend this place.

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

Nice and clean with all the needed amenities. Location is great, walking distance to Manila Runway leading to NAIA T3. Close to restaurants, personal services, and World Resort Mall. I'll use this place again.

Christine’s place is one of the best places to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing, vacation-like experience while still being conveniently close to all the amenities and establishments you might need. The highlight of the unit is undoubtedly the direct access to the pool from the balcony, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim anytime. I’ll definitely be booking her place again soon!
