We really loved staying at Jennifer's place. The place was very spacious, comfortable and has amazing views of the sunset as well as the surrounding landscape. Check in and Check out were very easy. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Urdaneta!

the place is amazing with mountain view, very spacious. It can even accommodate bigger groups. The owner is very nice, accommodating, they even let us use the washing machine to wash the clothes my special need niece. It has 2 bedroom in the first floor and a big attic that can fit a lot of guest. Its feels a home away from home. The owner is extremely nice, feels like you know him alteady though you just met him. We enjoy our stay and we will surely comeback again. Thank you and God bless you always!

Spotless and pristine place. The place was perfect for a big group like us. There were four clean bathrooms so less waiting time. Complete kitchen tools. Towels were provided for each of us. Karaoke and the entertainment area were also a big plus. The place was located in a private subdivision and it was peaceful. Overall, it was a great stay.

The place was very clean and cozy, and had so much space. We were a group of 17 and we never felt cramped or crowded. The place also had all the amenities we needed, especially in their well equipped kitchen! The house is also not too far from the centre, so getting to and from is not a task, but it also means that you don't feel the hustle from there. Overall, we had a really great stay. We would definitely go back here if we're in a big group in Baguio! Big thanks to Ate Lanie the caretaker as she was such a big help by being clear with all the house rules. Many thanks also to Ma'am Annalyn, she allowed us to checkout late. Will recommend this place.

Super easy check in. Booked last minute and was great response and got us in. Was very nice space, perfect for all of us. Sleeping was great, room setup was perfect. Recommended if you are staying in Baguio.

very beautiful and clean place. You get a beautiful view from the rooftop. Mia was great at communicating and you will meet her mom upon check-in, who is a very sweet lady and made you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. make sure to follow the directions that they provide for you. A lot of convenience stores nearby and a peaceful community.

We went to Baguio for a short vacation just 3 days and 2 nights, and I had a hard time searching for budget-friendly accommodation that was comfortable and also accessible because I have a 6-year-old son. At first, I was hesitant to book this place because it was new with just 2 ratings but when I tried to contact the owner He was so accommodating he even helped me to push through the booking in the Airbnb since I was having a hard time to book the date payment could not go through. Before we arrived at the place Sir Eric was already updating us and giving us extra time to check in early, He welcomed us personally with his wife, they even replaced the TV with a smart TV that day for my son. The place is relaxing and the has everything we need. Also, a few minutes drive from all the attractions in Baguio. We love this place and we will come back again. We had a great time there.
