Nice place, very spacious great place for bigger family.

The manager who welcomed us in was very warm and helpful. She gave us hints of where to go for dining. She even connected me to a friend from the past who happen to own a condo unit at Vonbel. I like that there is water dispenser available at the unit. Thank you for hosting us. My family enjoyed the stay, the chic-ness of the place, being very clean and the view from the porch. I look forward to coming back again.

Host is very responsive and friendly. The house is really great for big groups. A bit far away from City proper, but there are nearby stores that sells everything you need.

we had a great vacation as we found the perfect place for 2 families totalling 12 in our party. we had ample place to hang around. when we decided to cook dinner on our last night we found everything in place in the kitchen except for the rice cooker but our friend knew how to cook rice via stove so no worries. we did BBQ night and grill was very helpful. cleaned up with a new dishwasher machine. place was quiet by 10 and this was one of our best stays in Baguio.

as always, had a great stay! this is the 3rd house owned by herminio that we stayed and like in the past our family had a pleasant stay! hosts were very responsive from.the time of booking until check out. chona, caretaker, is excellent. the heater did not work on our 2nd day and chona, brought an electrician the following day. a new heater was installed in the afternoon. just 1 suggestion, it may be good to have screens in the windows in the sala, attic and the other small room for safety esp when there are kids around. other than this, everything was great! highly recommended!

My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

Charissa’s place was clean and pleasant to stay at. Complete utensils and other cooking tools. With complimentary toiletries and coffee and free use of towels. Both the owner and kuya Joey are very accommodating. Charissa was proactive in moving us to a different unit kasi group of 30 ung makakasabay namin para di gami gaano maistorbo, medyo maingay lang ung ibang guests na nakasabay namin and woke us from our sleep kapag dadating sila and aalis but understandable naman, hirap lang kami kasi panggabi kami and we were working there. Overall, it was worth what we paid for, great service! Thank you!

The house was very welcoming. My parents loved it so much that they wanted to stay more instead of roaming around. Ate Nilda was so helpful with our little requests and made our check out easy. Would love to recommend this place!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over the holidays, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Hero and Tin are, without a doubt, the kindest, warmest, and most accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. We loved the fact that the place was 100% pet friendly! As a chaotic family with our fair share of inconveniences, we worried we might be too much to handle. But Hero and Tin's patience and genuine kindness put us at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel both welcome and cared for. Their hospitality is so exceptional that we couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed about our rowdiness! We will definitely be back (if they'll still have us, haha) and won't hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to friends and family. The place is very clean. It has everything we need for a huge family. Huge parking space. We slept very well because the surroundings were very quiet. We didn't have a chance to go to a nice beach though. It was a pity but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Beth and your staff for attending to all our needs.

Great place! Awesome beachfront and easy to get into the restaurants and other things if you’re inclined. Great responsiveness from the host and very helpful staff.

Oliver was very accomodating, explained well what do and don’ts, we enjoy the welcome refresher. Famous “ Ice Cream” the sorrounding very quiet and peaceful. All and all we enjoyed our family vacation.

Lovely, peaceful, and clean with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Just heads up! it’s uphill, so getting there can be a but tricky. Some tricycle drivers may refuse the trip since their motorbikes struggle with the incline, so be prepared for a bit of a hike. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The place was great with the beautiful view of the beach. The place look new with a clean bathroom, spacious sleeping area, and superb veranda. We will book again soon.

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.
