Renta de condominios vacacionales en San Fernando, Maspalomas

Ich habe in Maspalomas schon in diversen Ferienobjekten gewohnt, aber Crescencios Bungalow ist mit Abstand das Beste! Die sehr gepflegte Anlage "Villa Golf" besteht aus nur 14 Einheiten, und die Nummer 5 ist das perfekte "Home away from Home". Sehr liebevoll und durchdacht renoviert, sauber und gut ausgestattet (wenn auch, wie bei Ferienobjekten normal, Geschirr und Besteck auf die Bewohner reduziert sind und somit Einladungen an Freunde etwas Improvisation benötigen) und einfach gemütlich. Ich fühlte mich sofort wie zu Hause. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem, lange habe ich nicht so gut geschlafen. Zwar liegt die Terrasse zur Hauptstraße und hat eine Bushaltestelle direkt daneben, trotzdem bietet der Aufenthalt viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Check-in und -out sehr unkompliziert, und Fragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Crescencio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber mit Herz, und das spiegelt sich überall wider. Wenn ich darf, werde ich sehr gerne wiederkommen und kann hier alles nur empfehlen!

Philip kiváló házigazda. A szállás jól felszerelt és tiszta. Könnyen elérhető busszal. Nem messze tőle van egy szupermarket, egy pizzéria, éttermek. Aki még nem volt Gran Canárián, Maspalomas a sziget déli, napos oldala, sok napsütéssel és strandolási lehetőséggel (mi februárban voltunk).

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Alicias Appartment! Wir waren mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter für 2 Wochen da und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Hochstuhl und Reisebett wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Da unser Flieger Verspätung hatte, könnten wir erst 3h später in der Unterkunft sein. Das war überhaupt kein Problem: Eka, die "housekeeping" Dame, hat uns freundlich und warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut ausgestattet! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können dieses Appartment in dieser Anlage vor allem Familien mit kleinen Kinder empfehlen. (Umzäunte Anlage mit wenig Treppenstufen, komplett umzäunter (jedoch unbeheizter) Pool inkl Kinderbecken, ruhige Umgebung, Lage direkt am Strand, nur 20min zum Flughafen mit dem Auto)

La anfitriona ha sido super amable, simpatica y siempre atenta, me resolvió dudas y cualquier cosa que nos surgiera. El apartamento para 4 super comodo y acojedor. Lo mejor esos desayunos en la terraza con magnificas vistas y soleado desde la mañana. Seguro que volveremos

Buenísima experiencia. La anfitriona muy conectada, reaccionando y solucionando todas las dudas muy rápido. Muy servicial y empática. Al ver nuestra niña pequeña en seguida ha sacado los juguetes de su nieto y nos ha dejado todos. La casita encantadora, muy funcional y muy bien decorada. Tenia todos los detalles. Nos hemos sentido en casa y no nos falto nada. La zona muy tranquila y muy bien conectada. La zona infantil, la piscina y pequeño jardín privado. Incluso el campo deportivo en la urbanizacion. Una maravilla

Fantastico weekend! La casa è in ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla vicina ad un centro commerciale ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Katia ci ha fatto trovare l’alloggio pulito e ordinato, è stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

We have just returned from a lovely week away in Carmens apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Lots of added extras oils,seasoning, Foil, cling film, kitchen roll etc. The wine and water were gratefully received 😊. Communication from Carmen was exceptional and when I requested a taxi to take us to the airport this was organised promptly. The complex is lovely excellent pool and lots of sun beds, easy access to the beach. A few restaurants and supermarkets close by and a bigger selection in Bahia Feliz which is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away along the coast or 5 mins by bus. I would fully recommend booking and will be likely to return in the future

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche in diesem Airbnb. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und es gab fußläufig eigentlich alles was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit Sacha war super unkompliziert und bei Fragen kam immer sehr zeitig eine freundliche Antwort. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft, wirklich zu empfehlen!

Massimiliano was literally waiting for us to show and explain us everything. Very friendly . You can reach him all the time if you have questions. The location is very central and close to main spots. He is a carrying host and trying to make your time in the appartement as nice as possible. We liked it very much .

I had an amazing stay at this place. Diego was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The place itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed to cook! One of the highlight was the stunning balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the city, especially during the sunset. It also had a swimming pool area, which was the cherry on the top! This place is truly amazing and I highly recommend it!

L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description dans une résidence calme et très proche des dunes. Il y avait tout à porté de main et astucieusement bien rangé. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. Je recommande :)

El apartamento es bonito y limpio, es muy cerca de la playa y la piscina es limpia y tranquila, hay un supermercado grande luego abajo. Recomiendo

Carmen bija ļoti laipna. Viņa mūs sagaidīja, un izrādīja dzīvokli, kā ari parādīja kur atrodas tuvākais veikals, pludmale, restorāni. Viņai bija arī tūrisma bukleti ko darīt uz salas. Dzivoklis izskatījās tieši kā bildēs, arī skats pa logu uz palmām. Carmen sagaidīja mūs ar svaigiem augļiem, ledusskapī bija ielikti pārtikas produkti startam. Bija viss nepieciešamais ēdiena gatavošanai. Bija arī ļoti labs internets, lai pieslēgtos biroja darbiem, tas mums bija svarīgi. Mēs šeit pavadījām 4 nedēļas un bijām ļoti apmierināti ar izvēlēto dzīvokli un iespēju vienmēr novietot automašīnu pie mājas. Ļoti izdevīga atrašanās vieta, lai apceļotu salu.

Helt super plass å være. Gangavstand til alt men samtidig rolig og avslappende plass. Balkongen var helt magisk, det var det rommet jeg brukte mest. Tydelig og god kommunikasjon hele veien. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.

In der Regel empfinde ich Airbnb Bewertungen, mit ihren Superlativen überzogen. Aber diesmal bleibt auch mir nicht anderes übrig. In den vielen Jahren, in denen ich bei Airbnb Unterkünfte buche, habe ich noch nie so einen überragenden Gastgeber wie Max gehabt. Es begann, als am Flughafen mein Handy geklingelt hat und Max mir erklärt hat, wie ich schneller an meinen Mietwagen komme, bis zur Nachsendung unseres vergessenen Babyphoness durch eine deutschsprachige Freundin von Max. Auch in den vier Wochen, hat sich Max proaktiv, um uns bemüht und gekümmert. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt auf der Insel, 30 Minuten nach Mogan und 35 Minuten nach Las Palmas. Strand Fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, wir konnten vier Wochen lang draußen mit Meerblick frühstücken. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man gebraucht hat. Es waren zwei Babybetten und Kinserstuhl vorhanden. Ich kann Max und seine Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

We were warmly welcomed by Alex and Alexsandra to a spotlessly clean apartment that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower and more than enough hot water for two of us to get ready in the evening. There is a small kitchen with everything we needed to make light meals during our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The main area has a nice sofa that I was able to take naps on during the day, there is stable high speed wifi and a large smart TV. The beds were very comfortable and we both had undisturbed sleep each night. The apartment is in a great location right accross the road from the Yumbo, but even though it is so close, we didn't hear any of the noise that we were expecting. Alex is so kind and really wants to make everything even more perfect than it already is, a great host who makes you feel like an old friend. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a great location with a super host. We will definitely return.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Laura sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderbare 10 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und zum Einkaufszentrum. Laura hat uns persönlich empfangen und jederzeit auf Nachrichten in kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung von Laura auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Edwin est très aimable ...il m a rassuré pour la remise des clés par rapport a mon arrivée tardive .. ce qui est très intéressant c est qu il est à proximité si nous avons besoins de renseignements.. . une seule chose négative mon séjours à été trop court

Ich war bereits öfter im Appartement von Eugenio. Das Bad wurde renoviert und im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei neue Tische. Nur knapp 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich gegenüber. Nur 5 Minuten bis zur Kasbah. Insgesamt eine ruhige und gepflegte Anlage.

Vi hadde en veldig fine uke i leiligheten til Ronny og Camilla! Veldig hjemmekoselig og godt innredet leilighet! Litt mange trapper og lengre unna sentrum enn hva vi trodde, men det ble god trim av det! Kan varmt anbefale leiligheten og kommer gjerne igjen!
