Apart from an impressively designed and decorated home and beautiful views from the deck, the location is excellent with many close hikes and great cities and towns nearby. This home and the property are managed with pride by a friendly and helpful owner.

The stay at Tanias house was great! The house is super spacious and was absolutely clean. The furniture and decoration was tasteful and we felt right at home. I wish we could have used the pool, sadly it was too cold. We adored the large windows that allowed us to feel like we were sitting in the garden. Bilbao was an easy 12 minute ride by car and there was a huge supermarket nearby. Tania was friendly and greeted us on our first day. We would always come back here when we’re in the area again

We hebben heel hard genoten van ons verblijf bij Iciar, dit omwille van de rust, natuur en dieren en het leuke huis. Iciar is een zeer warme vrouw, gaf ons een heel welkom gevoel en was steeds bereikbaar voor tips en weetjes. Het huis/omgeving komt volledig overeen met de foto's/beschrijving. Bovendien is er op max 1u rijden een verscheidenheid aan dingen te bezoeken/zien. Grote aanrader dus!

La casa de Maria nos encantó, fuimos un grupo de amigos y lo pasamos genial. Casa muy grande, limpia, y equipada. La comunicación con Maria fue impecable, muy atenta en todo momento. Repetiremos sin duda.

The flat is clean, peaceful, spacious and bright. Great view from the big balcony and rooftop were a shared swimming pool is available. The flat is perfect for families. Close to all amenities, metro, and walkable distance to the center. Álvaro is very friendly, responsive and caring. We had an amazing time and I strongly recommend the place to any family wanting to enjoy the great city of Bilbao.

Absolument tout était superbe, la maison, les équipements y compris à l'extérieur, la propreté. Eduardo et sa femme extrêmement accueillant et peu avares de recommandations dans la région. Merci à eux, je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

We were two families with children and we had a fantastic time at Fernando and Narea’s large, well-maintained farmhouse. It offered a nice balance of rural beauty and easy access to the main cities during our weeklong tourist trip to the Basque Country. Narea welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a guided tour of the house. She stayed in regular communication with us so that logistics were a breeze.

We had everything we needed at the house, and it was easy to relax amongst the comfortable, rustic furnishings. If a third family had joined us, as we had planned, there would have been ample room for them as well. We didn’t use the pool due to the weather, but we did take advantage of the jacuzzi, the large outdoor space in front of the house, and the fireplace. The younger kids also spent a lot of time at the long dining room table coloring and playing with Legos. I won’t forget eating breakfast on the large terrace, listening to birdsong, and watching the mist rise from the hilltops.

Una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento tiene mucho encanto y unas vistas preciosas. Saúl es muy atento y siempre está disponible para resolver cualquier duda. Tuvo el detalle de dejarnos alguna cosa en la nevera, y también algún detalle para nuestra perra.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Sonia, il paraissait même plus spacieux que sur les photos. Très pratique avec le petit jardin pour un enfant en bas âge.

The house is very nice and just as described. Sadly because of the weather, the grass backyard wasn't usable as it got very damp. But the kids enjoyed very much the terrace. The kitchen was interestingly equipped, but the pans deserve a good update as some are falling to pieces. there was a lot of spider webs and a big plague of ants was always appearing at the kitchen not matter how much we cleaned. There are some improvements that could be done at the bathrooms, but in general we really enjoyed our stay. We where recived by Joseba with a good harvest from the citrus trees that where very savory and it was lovely to see all the garden with bunches of beautiful flowers around us. The neighborhood is nice although really far from Bilbao, but we knew that in advance.

Casa fantastica, grandissima, arredata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Curatissima e molto pulita. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Bilbao e i suoi dintorni. Julia è estremamente gentile ed accogliente.

We spent a wonderful weekend and our stay at this house couldn’t have been better. From the very first moment, Amaia, the host, welcomed us with incredible warmth and hospitality, which truly made a difference. She was always attentive, offering helpful recommendations to enjoy the area and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean, something we greatly appreciated. Everything was in perfect condition, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and the care and attention to detail were evident. The cleanliness was definitely one of the highlights. Being a country house, the silence was sensational. We enjoyed complete peace and quiet, allowing us to fully disconnect and rest like never before. The only sounds were those of nature. In short, a perfect stay thanks to the comfort of the house and Amaia’s friendly, thoughtful hosting. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen gemütlichen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit zwei Kleinkindern war es eine kleine Herausforderung mit den Treppen bzw mehreren Etagen, gleichzeitig war es praktisch so ein bisschen Ausweichmöglichkeiten zu haben. Das Haus ist günstig zentral gelegen, in Nähe eines Supermarkts und des Bahnhofs, wenn man wie wir öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchte. Der Strand ist ebenfalls leicht und schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Hôte très réactive, toujours de bon conseil. Appartement très bien situé avec le métro accessible a pied a seulement quelques mètres. Différentes attention très utile pour le sejour ( carte du métro. Etc )

La estancia ha sido fantástica. Tuvimos un problema con el vehículo en el que viajamos y el fue muy amable y compresivo con nosotros en todo momento. El apartamento estaba súper bien, muy limpio y no le faltaba detalle, incluso José nos dejó cosas para los desayunos. Gracias por todo! Volveremos

It was my dad and his friend who stayed in Monika's home and their experience was great especially communication with Monika and overall hospitality. One of the days Monika even brought some home made meal for my dad after a day of sightseeing. In addition, Monika was always fast to respond and provide as many details as it was necessary and possible. When it comes to location of the house, it is good for visiting many interesting and beautiful places and it is just an hour driving to the airport of Bilbao which makes it a relaxed trip. My dad enjoyed his time in Monika's place a lot and he definitely can recommend it to everyone. So when I go to this part of Spain, I will stay in Monika's place too :)

This is a great house, well laid out and spacious. A beautiful back garden area with a BBQ and seating. Private parking, central location and all the amenities. Bring your walking shoes and try the Txakoli.

Belle maison bien équipée, au calme, avec grand terrain. Tout à fait adapté pour les enfants. Bon emplacement pour explorer la côte. Hôte parfait!

Mi familia ha estado muy bien en este alojamiento.

Zeer rustig gelegen, gezellig en authentiek Baskisch huis met alle nodige voorzieningen. Zeer ruim, mooi ingericht, verzorgd en proper. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Stuurden zelfs pakketje met vergeten spullen op na de reis. Locatie is zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor Bilbao en de meren richting Vittoria. Iets verder rijden naar de kustdorpen en San Sebastián maar haalbaar. Wij hadden de koersfietsen mee en konden meteen wat klimmetjes doen in de buurt.

Casa agradable y estupendo jardincito con porche y barbacoa. Camas cómodas. Anfitrión atento y facilitador. Muy recomendable para una estancia tranquila y a la vez muy cerca de Bilbao.

Excelente lugar, tal cual y como lo ves en las fotos, arquitectura muy moderna y con equipos electrodomésticos que necesitas para una buena estancia. Saioa y su esposo son personas muy amables y atentos, dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier requerimiento y respondiendo siempre en corto tiempo, muy buenos anfitriones. La propiedad está convenientemente situada para un acceso fácil a la ruta que te lleva a la autopista que te pueden llevar a Bilbao, San Sebastián, etc. cerca hay una estación de servicio por si necesitas gasolina o diésel para tu auto. Definitivamente un buen lugar para relajarse y disfrutar los alrededores y de Orozko.
