This home is perfectly located in the center of Tenares. It's walking distance to a couple of Colmados (grocery stores). It's just a few minutes drive from Compin Club (Pool), Hermanas Mirabal House Museum, Tahini by Chef Javier (very good food), and Gold Club (for those who like the "disco"). When you walk in, you feel like you're in your home right away. The house can accommodate 2 couples with multiple kids or a close group of 6-8. With two bathrooms, one is located in the rear bedroom. In my opinion, more people may be uncomfortable merely for the sleeping arrangements. Other than that, the home is very spacious. All spaces have an air conditioner and ceiling fans, making a perfect escape to Caribbean weather. Would you prefer to be outside? You can always enjoy the pool in the back. If I come back (or when), I will try to stay here again.

La casa es muy bella y espaciosa y lo que más me encantó es que es excelente para compartir en familia sobre todo porque tiene un patio hermoso y es muy privada, solo le haría falta un aire central en la sala y sería lo mejor de lo Mejor! La persona que te hace la entrega de la casa es muy buena persona y muy atento siempre!

Property is conveniently located. Close to everything. Is quite and safe. Very clean beds where comfortable.

My stay in Eulogio’s apartment wasn’t the best. Parking was an issue . Neighbors were not friendly . Bad smell as soon as you walk in the apartment ,Bathtubs were dirty and toilets didn’t really work well they don’t flush . I dont recommend!

This place was a nice stay and Pedro was such a good host! I will definitely stay here again. It has a good space and nice layout. The pictures don’t do it justice in person. My first time ever saying the sheets smelled amazingggg! Pedro got us coffee and water and there was enough amenities in the place. He had cameras outside on the streets and entry that you can see inside the TV in the house, so it was nice to be able to look at our car parked and door gates. Two of the rooms have their own private bathrooms and A/C. The third room does not have an A/C that would be my only recommendation, but if you leave the doors open with the fan on it gets a little cooler. There is a few stairs to get up to the building something to keep in mind if your like us that has more suitcases then hands or had a little to much to drink and walk up them with heels on is a workout! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and provided us with more than enough towels!

Great location on a dead end street, felt super safe with guards. The apartment was clean and to the point. We stayed as a family so the King bed in the master was super comfortable. Thank you, Willis!

Nestor was an excellent host, very attentive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of having the apartment stocked with snacks and ice, which made the stay even more convenient and welcoming. A couple of things that could be improved: the main room’s AC was a bit underpowered given the size of the space. Fortunately, I didn’t have many guests and was able to sleep comfortably in the middle bedroom. Additionally, the hot water system was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I would rate this place a solid 10/10.

for a one-week stay, this Airbnb is an absolute perfect unit. only minutes away from shopping centers, local eateries, and commercial chain restaurants. wether you want a taste of the island cuisine, or familiar food, it's easily accessible through most food delivery apps. the scenery is beautiful from the terrace and balcony, and the neighbors and neighborhood are so polite. I cannot speak upliftingly enough about this rental. this was a great choice for my wife and I, and could just as easily be a great choice for you and your travel companion(s). also, I highly recommend taking a chance to watch the sunrise over the mountains from the terrace. breathtaking!

Immaculate and the easily-accessible rooftop terrace incredible! Rosa was kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t rent a car, so I’ll share the experience. It’s ~1.5km from the town center, an ok walk in the morning/evening when cooler—I walked it several times. While the Uber app was functional, there were no drivers. I messaged several taxis on Whats App and Jaroly was clear and responsive, in Spanish. Baiguate falls is a surprisingly scenic walk from the unit along a mostly-rural road, pleasant in the morning. Took me ~35 minutes, and at 8:30am, I was the only one there! Jimenoa falls are ~5.8km away. While I considered walking, recent Google reviews said the entrance I planned to use was closed due to a landslide. Near the Airbnb are colmados (corner stores) and a small supermarket where you can pick up breakfast supplies to make in the unit. Only criticism is it’s located along a busy road with street noise. Quiets down at night but bring earplugs.
