The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

What an incredible place! Krista was very helpful and quick to respond. The place was so comfortable and restful! We will be back!

Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

Leos place was awesome. My girlfriend and I spent a couple of days there and it was very unique. Leos went out of his way to contact me and gave me helpful tips and recommendations for our stay. the place was clean, felt very private and in a quiet area, had everything you could want/need such as television, kitchen utensils, appliances, and cleaning materials. We never got to meet Leos in person, but he seemed very friendly and was very accommodating just based off our conversations. I definitely wouldn't mind staying here again, it's close to so many things such as, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, and just about 45-50 minutes away from Santa Cruz if you want to make a day out of that. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

We were pleasantly surprised! The photos didn't do it justice. It is more spacious than it appears. We were in town for the Renaissance Faire and we really appreciated how easy it was to get in and out of the Airbnb. When we ran out of toilet paper, the host responded immediately. Overall we would definitely rent this place again. 😊

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂

The perfect home in Monterey!! Close to the bay and all restaurants/ attractions in a beautiful,quiet neighborhood. A lovely home with every need and comfort well thought out. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, fully stocked kitchen. We had fun on the putting green outside. Vincent was very prompt and helpful with communication. Absolutely loved our stay here!!

We had an amazing trip with our daughters family! We all absolutely loved the house and the area, and can't wait to come back and stay again!!! Janet was more than willing to do anything to make our stay perfect! It was my 50th birthday and she even hung up Happy Birthday banner for me :-) Thank you, Janet for everything! We really enjoyed your home and can't wait to stay again!!!!!

Amazing stay! One thing I will note was it was a bit confusing to find the house, especially at night. Check in the house when the sun is out!

We absolutely adored our time here in your incredible wonderland of terrific terrain, proximity to Yosemite, and amazing amenities. The property is perfect for a relaxing evening respite or a morning of coffee and resplendent views--be it rainy or rainbows--and we saw both. The interior was beautiful and the new mattress rivaled mine at home. Thank you for providing such a perfect space for us to enjoy this beautiful part of the state. We loved our stay at The River's Edge and we can't wait to visit again.

The rock theme of the house was really cool. The landscaping of the house and the views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a great view of the lake from the shower, very aesthetic. Clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. I love the huge DVD collection, lots of classics. And of course, the lake was so pretty and we had a blast kayaking. Overall beautiful location and we had a great stay!

Loved our stay at this peaceful hideaway! Truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and tidy, furnishings were beautiful. Perfect location if planning to explore Yosemite. The only downside was we wished we had more days to spend here. Will be back!!

We stayed here for some relaxation time with the family (adults and kids) during my kids Spring Break. We have stayed at Pajaro Dunes before and my kids have been excited to come back. Stacy’s home did not disappoint. Location of home to beach is next to none. Views from the living room are amazing. We stayed during great sunny weather (except for when we left was a down pour lol). Got to watch sunset from the backyard with was very nice. Inside the home was nice. Ping pong table was a hit. Pool table was fun too, a bit worn but that was noted in description and didn’t cause no issues. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality pans and utensils. No issues with any cooking. Sleeping arrangements were great. Having the multiple bathrooms are a plus. All in all Stacy’s home was perfect for my group. We all had a blast in the home and at the beach. Kids did not want to leave. Thank you for letting us share your space!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We loved our stay at Pajaro dunes, the kitchen was well stocked and the view was incredible. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was out of laundry detergent and it was delivered to us within a few hours of messaging! We had a great time staying right at the beach and would be happy to stay again.

Soojin’s place is INCREDIBLE. I traveled there with my 2 kids and it could not have been better set up for us. The ocean is steps away, there were beach mats, towels and toys for us to use. The house is extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. I didn’t cook while there, but would have been able to make an elaborate meal if I wanted to. There were kids games, books and movies. The view is mesmerizing, and the house extremely clean. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to visit- Big Sur, Santa Cruz, the Bay Area are all accessible. It’s honestly the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in in awhile. Soojin is a wonderful host. She checked in with us multiple times and was very pleasant. We all cannot wait to stay there again.

We stayed at Shorebirds #223 in Building G for 8 nights and it was wonderful. The beach and dunes are beautiful and this apartment has a front row view. The 2nd floor unit is easily accessible with ramps and there are convenient carts to wheel your bags to your door. There's ample parking. The steps down to the beach are right outside the door. The grounds are quiet and beautiful with a preserved nature area across from the complex which has a walking path. Pelican Point is a short ride through the neighboring complex. We choose this location to be close to Moss Landing where we did many whale watching excursions and explored the Elkhorn Slough, both highly recommended. The interior is pleasant, the kitchen is spacious, and furniture comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. We cooked all of our meals in the apartment. Nob Hill groceries in nearby Watsonville is great. The team at The Dunes was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Thank you Kelly for the hospitality. The location was perfect, right off the freeway, tons of fast food/convenience stores nearby. Perfect distant from Monterey and Carmel activities. Rideshares fares were fairly priced from the residence. Residence was clean and fully stocked with toiletries.

We loved our Airbnb at The Sanctuary. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful grounds. We had the playground and pool within eyesight. The condo was very clean, had all the essentials for staying. Rooms and bathrooms were good size. Loved the fireplace. Very nice facility. Unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize the facility to its full capacity due to a storm blowing out the power for 24 hours. Tim was really understanding about the circumstances and was very responsive and accommodating to our needs which we immensely appreciated. We definitely will be back for a redo. Highly recommend.
