Very nice and welcoming host, very recommended

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Just lovely, they ended up giving us a credit for the restaurant upstairs because it was our anniversary! Very sweet and unexpected. When we checked out I asked to see if it had been applied and the guy at the counter said he'd call me to let me know, but he never did. So hopefully they did apply it, guess I should go check. Anyway the food was outstanding. The location was perfect. They are doing some kind of construction but it really only affected the parking lot. Room was clean with a nice amount of bells and whistles throughout the hotel. Honestly, this is how I think all hotels should be. Apparently the owners have many hotels throughout the world. I would absolutely stay in more of their places because the experience was so positive. They clearly care about the customer experience and know that details matter.

Denise is a wonderful host! Accommodations were very clean, cozy and comfortable. The little kitchen was perfect for my needs and I also enjoyed all of the fun snacks and treats which Denise provided for me upon my arrival! Very safe neighborhood. Thank you!

This lakeside home is even more stunning in person. The views, boat, hot tub, and games were the highlights of our stay! It is very clean and has lots of space! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We plan to come back again!

This place is pretty incredible. It gives the camping experience with everything you need just a few steps away. It’s small and private. Not overcrowded, in fact, quite the opposite. We knew it didn’t have a stove but no big deal. We used the bbq and the resturant on site was lovely. Biggest stand out! My kids FORGOT their sweaters and were cold fishing the dock at night. The owner himself, brought over a sweater from his shop and let us use it throughout the night. The lady who works the restaurant also let us use an extra sweater to keep the kids warm. That touched my heart! My boys are 12, 14 and 16. What a dream for boys who love to fish. Right off the dock! They caught 3 stripped bass and 1 BIG mud fish! For a mom who just has a regular job, it was expensive (but I see why!) - so we could only do one night. But we definitely want to come back!! One of our best experiences!

Great spot to get away for a few days, fishing wasnt the best but managed 2 striper (not keepers) considering the water conditions. Host was nice and helpful. Super clean rv. Fire pit didnt really work but it was windy, we managed without it. All in all I would recommend, and would come back. Thanks ko-ket!

Danka’s home in Moss Landing is beautiful! This home was able to accommodate 9 people well, with some even opting to sleep on the comfy couch. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and the shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils, and the dishwasher was l effective. The instructions to check-in and check-out were clear, and the security guard at the community’s gate was welcoming and accommodating. The internet speed is slower relative to bigger cities, but we were able to stream football games on the TV and use our phone data to keep in touch with loved ones. The home had private access to the beach that was quiet and peaceful for New Year’s Eve. We were able to spend the last day of 2024 on the beach under the stars!

A gem of a listing! This wonderful home made for the perfect long weekend getaway for our two families. It felt safe, VERY spacious and well equipped with all that one would need for the most idyllic lake-side adventure. There was something for everyone! The host was very accommodating and very responsive. Appreciated how organized the kitchen was. It made it very easy to find all that we needed when prepping meals in the kitchen. Highly recommend treating yourselves to a cone at the Grove Mercantile in Groveland. The ice cream is out of this world! You’re welcome:)

Great place for the family to hangout! a few things were broken/not working in the kitchen but the location and views were amazing.

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!

This was our third stay at Monterey Dunes and our first during winter. The home was very cozy and perfect for our family on four adults and two grandkids. Kitchen was well supplied and updated quality appliances. Beds were comfortable with great mattresses. Beach was just steps away although we we there during tide warnings so stayed close to the dunes. Great spot for relaxation, a very private beach, and home cooking. Not the best spot if you’re looking for fancy restaurants.

Fantastic secluded condo community. The unit is right on the beach with a big picture window looking out on the Pacific with ever-present sounds of the surf. One of the best places for a quiet family vacation. Monterey/Cannery Row/Aquarium are only a 20-munite drive. Would stay there again.

Shelly’s place is amazing. Our group of 3 families had a wonderful time. The bedroom windows are huge and glass and gives you a feeling that you are on the ocean. The beach is just steps away and it was clean and never crowded. The public beach access is a few hundred feet away, but the public don’t venture to this area, so it felt almost private. There was a great selection of board games very carefully chosen for a large group like us to have maximum fun.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful location and right on the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk directly from the condo to the beach. We were able to enjoy some sunny beach days in December!The condo was perfect size for our small family. It was clean and had everything thing we needed like pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plenty of shower towels and extra blankets. We look forward to visiting again.

A wonderful place to stay by the lake. Chase is very helpful and approachable. My pup had so much fun. Highly recommend this place.

Took the kids for a weekend of stargazing and kayaking. Absolutely fabulous location for both! Staying in the Delta was a new experience, and we loved it. The house was everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the telescope, even though we never found the comet that was supposed to be out. Looking forward to coming back again.

Nice private community, right on the beach, with nice trail for walking/biking. Responsive host, easy check-in. Pictures are accurate, place as described. Would come again.
