Third time staying here. Great space in the winter. So much wildlife. Will be staying again.

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious with a nice layout for groups. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a grocery store about 5 minutes down the road with everything we needed. We traveled with kids and appreciated all the kids toys and books that were available. The TV in the living room could be a little more straightforward, but Steve was very responsive when we had questions. Great spot near Yosemite, definitely recommend!

This location was definitely a place to learn to remain still and soak in the "old fashion" family appreciation. Being limited to internet use was very steadfast. This time allowed us to enjoy each other's company and do things we wouldn't always do with each other on a daily basis. This place was over peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

I had an amazing time at this house. The house was beautiful, it was the perfect nature vibe, it was easy to walk back and forth from the house to the dock. There were waterfalls all around the lake and fun trails to explore. I would absolutely go back.

This house was just AMAZING! Looked just like the photos and matched what was described. This house felt just like home, very cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed. Brian was a great host, communicated very fast. We definitely looking into booking again for the summer. Highly recommend this place.

We LOVE this cozy home right by the lake. It has everything you need! Great views and walking distance to a semi private beach area & dock. The house is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a family vacation. The swamp coolers keep the place cool, even in very hot weather. We cannot wait to go back!

Our stay was amazing!! Rachel was helpful we were able to check in sooner than our regular time! Home was spotless clean and felt like home!! It is a beautiful place to stay and spend quality time with Family and friends! Hope to be able to come back soon!

Jason’s condo is great, and Jason is awesome! He responded very quickly, even with the extreme short notice with which we booked. The condo is very clean and tidy and feels like home, and is literally the most conveniently located of all locations in Bear Valley. We loved the experience so much that we’re back again now, just 1 week later. For this second visit, Jason was just as responsive and we’re getting to check out now after our second amazing stay.

Great place to stay for a family ski weekend! The pictures are a bit confusing- thought the bunk beds are in a separate room, but they’re actually in a hallway alcove which turned out to be great for kids wanting to be close to parents. Living room seating is a bit sparse for a place that sleeps 8, but otherwise it was great! We would definitely love to stay again!

My stay was excellent. The apartment was very clean, and well and thoughtfully furnished for two occupants. The mattress was firm but had a soft top and was very comfortable. The several available comforters could be rearranged to achieve the level of warmth desired. The neighborhood was attractive, and parking on the street was easy. The local streets are complex, so Google Maps was useful in finding the address. Kemi and Paul were very responsive to requests for instructions, and to suggestions for making the apartment even more convenient.

Overall had an amazing time and Jamahli was very quick with responding if there were any questions. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy. Such a beautiful home and area with an amazing view, especially during sunset! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing trip, this is definitely a great place to stay at with amazing hosts! :)

We had a blast visiting the boat house! We love how clean and organized everything is in this space. We appreciate how quiet the mountain community is. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for our family’s vacation. Thanks for being such great hosts! Can’t wait to be back!

Shannon and Sharon were amazing from the start. They provided local recommendations, hidden gem snow spots and much more. They accommodated us with an early check-in and later check-out. During our stay they were quick with communication as needed and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend their cozy cabin/home for your weekend getaway!

Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was very central and easily walkable to all the restaurants in June lake. We really appreciated having our own parking space that was nicely shoveled of snow for us and the helpful communication during our stay!

This place is pretty incredible. It gives the camping experience with everything you need just a few steps away. It’s small and private. Not overcrowded, in fact, quite the opposite. We knew it didn’t have a stove but no big deal. We used the bbq and the resturant on site was lovely. Biggest stand out! My kids FORGOT their sweaters and were cold fishing the dock at night. The owner himself, brought over a sweater from his shop and let us use it throughout the night. The lady who works the restaurant also let us use an extra sweater to keep the kids warm. That touched my heart! My boys are 12, 14 and 16. What a dream for boys who love to fish. Right off the dock! They caught 3 stripped bass and 1 BIG mud fish! For a mom who just has a regular job, it was expensive (but I see why!) - so we could only do one night. But we definitely want to come back!! One of our best experiences!

The house and the area was absolutely beautiful! Will definitely love to book another stay some time. Host were very nice and quick to answer any of our questions. Had a cute little welcome basket with snacks, so thoughtful!
