Quiet neighborhood not far from shipping and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to our venue.

Nico’s place is all you could want for a San Francisco place. It is urbane and classy, reminded me of London. It is located on a quiet street with lots of eating options nearby. The muni line at DuBoce is a few blocks away with easy access to downtown and the airport via BART. I have stayedin many bnb’s in this area, and it is definitely the best. I would definitely stay again.

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We gathered a small group of friends for a memorial service of a friend who suddenly passed away. This house was perfect for us - plenty of beds, open space to talk, kitchen was great, and walking distance to the beach where we held the memorial. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Lori and Don raise the bar on how to welcome guests. This home away from home was warm and welcoming, gorgeously stocked with small kindnesses to ease in travelers showing up late. I loved seeing a small flock of sheep and goats graze the pasture behind the house in the early morning, and hearing the chickens cluck in the frontyard coop while getting some fresh morning air.

This AirBNB was a great spot for us visiting family in Oakland! There is everything you need for your stay -the laundry was such a great bonus! There are some great local gems nearby, and the bus down to the BART or the ferry to SF was easily accessible.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

This cute little ground-floor apartment is right around the corner from downtown Alameda, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants or just around the neighborhood admiring the fascinating architecture. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with toiletries and office supplies in case you forget something. Though some noise is inevitable from the main house above, the occupants took care to minimize it, and it was not an issue for us. Bathtub notes: There is plentiful hot water and a great showerhead. The tub, however, is straight-backed and not comfortable for lounging.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more

Michael was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication, gave detailed check-in instructions, and was responsive to any questions. The rental itself was extremely clean with plenty of towels and linens. Shampoo, soap, and toothpaste were also provided. He was also kind enough to leave a few staple items in the kitchen for us to eat, which was super welcoming after a 10 hour travel day. The location is about 30 min-1.5 hours to San Francisco depending on traffic. Fruitvale Ave is the main street within a 5 min walk. It has multiple restaurants, grocers, cafes, etc and was convenient to pick up food or snacks. I would not recommend going out after dark, as we saw multiple businesses boarded up due to recent break-ins, and saw sketchy people on the street while we were driving.

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous oceanfront oasis! It's the perfect size, with views that will make you want to drink your morning cup outside. You can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep in the beautifully designed rooms and comfy beds. The bathrooms are very well upgraded, with rain shower heads and plenty of space. It’s easy to cook a nice dinner in the kitchen. Parking is a breeze.

We loved staying at Carly and Allie's place - spacious, beautifully furnished, awesome kitchen and in an amazing location. Would highly recommend. And Allie was super helpful, friendly and immediately responsive. Our family had an incredible stay in SF - loved it!

Selamawit’s places is the perfect spot to stay if you ever have business in Oakland – I was there for a local film festival at the Grand Lake Theater. Matching the tranquil location that was within walking distance to all of the excitement of grand Avenue was the impeccable and spacious home as well as Selamawit’s consummate hosting. She was always available, flexible, and attentive to my needs. It was a pleasure to stay in her space I hope to stay there the next time I find myself in the Bay Area.

This place is such a gem that I’m inclined to be selfish and not tell everyone about it! Modern appliances, close to grocery and mass department, clean and recently renovated. Very happy and will book this again!!
