What an AMAZING property! The Villa was large and inviting enough to provide 3 couples plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for an exceptional 5 day stay. All rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub were inviting enjoyable. A bonus feature was that we were even able to find English speaking TV channels on the TV service provided. We highly recommend the property to this property to others. You will love it!

David's Place is very spacious and accommodating for a number of guests. We had 4. The location is near a very busy road and we often had loud music in the evenings from a couple of restaurants. The complex is lovely, with a beautiful pool, although the sun exposure is morning to 1:00. Friendly and helpful security staff. Very close for walking to the beach; only a couple of blocks. Laura was very responsive to any of my questions and most helpful. A lovely lady!

Accessing the condo was seamless, the transportation company recommended to us by the host was excellent. The host was exceedingly responsive, terrific. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked. Beds are comfortable. The condo is in a great location, it is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The provided beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, coolers, were a great bonus.) The grill on the upper deck was awesome, we cooked several suppers on it. We were able to walk into town easily for suppers or groceries. (Walmart and Chedrauri are 20 minute walk) Taxis are readily available should you choose not to walk. The condo grounds are well kept and the staff is very friendly. The condo itself was very quiet, however there is some traffic noise from nearby roadways and a local bar. If we find ourselves back in Cabo, we would definately rent this condo again.

The place was absolutely perfect. The location, the amenities, the views and even a place to park. With all that and spacious rooftop deck, you wouldn’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy a great holiday there. Victoria The owner and Hugo, the concierge were very helpful in every aspect.

Quiet and safe location for solo traveler. Easy walk to ocean, grocery, restaurants, and old town. Hosts were very responsive! I would return. 💛

Amazing stay, and pictures were just as described! Carolina was extremely friendly and accommodating and so was the property manager! It was a little inconvenient leaving Pedregal and calling Ubers there (you have to call the front desk each time an uber comes to pick you up or a delivery is made and they don’t always answer) but other than that, the stay was absolutely incredible! Big fan of the pool and jacuzzi and the spaciousness of the villa!

Great 1st floor condo, that is full of amazing furnishings. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, which made exploring by foot fun. I would definitely recommend this place to guests! It was perfect for 4! There are 2 pool options that we used, one is just steps from the back door, and it was quite and relaxing! We could see the whales from this view. We also enjoyed the club house pool. Which had much more activity, and where many folks meet up. It's a great place to meet other Air BnB Guest, or locals. We loved the grill by the club house pool. The shrimp tacos are amazing, coupled with excellent service! You must spend some time at this spot!

We had a great stay at the condo. The ground floor location was great so the kids didnt have to climb up many stairs, and it was nice and close to the big pool. Great communication with the host - very responsive. Would recommend!

Alejandra’s Condo is in an amazing spot, right on the Marina. The pool is right outside the door off the living room, facing the Marina. You can watch the sun come up and all the action going on. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our vacation.

We had a great stay at Casa Juanita! Joanne and Cass were really easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They had some good recommendations including having dinner and drinks made for us at the house by Chef Elizabeth! It made the travel day a breeze. The house itself was comfortable and we felt at home right away. We loved using the fire table out by the pool in the evenings and enjoyed bird watching right in the back yard. Thank you so much for having us!!

This place is amazing! We loved relaxing by the pool. We had the beach almost all to ourselves. We saw so many whales!! Plenty of room for our crew. Beautifully decorated. We loved having the gym.

Maggie was a gem and she made our stay feel like we were number one all the time. Our place was so great and next to a basketball park where kids played daily. There are restaurants near by and a huge shopping center ten minutes away that has way more than anyone could ever need. The corner store up the street is owned by an English speaking family who also does Uber. So convenient. We had a perfect time and would do it all again. We spent a month and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to Carmen and Maggie.

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size to spread out, the kitchen was very well equipped, the security guards were very friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable, there was lots of beach accessories to use (although only 4 beach towels), games & puzzles. The pool was a bit chilly, but it is December. The grocery store is really close by as well as Costco, however the sidewalk only goes part way and not along the busy main road, so we recommend an uber. There is a great taco restaurant a 2 min walk away as well as an ice cream shop and 2 little mini marts. The taco restaurant was even open on Christmas Eve! We would definitely stay again and Sylvia was a gem! Thank you for the late check out and handy tips! We will miss the food and beauty. Xoxo

We loved this unit 2101. It was spacious and convenient to have a bath in every bedroom. Beautifully built and decorated. Comfortable beds are very important to me the beds and linens were great! Thanks for having us!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Luis place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and the home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the little touches like fresh towels, a stocked kitchen. The location was perfect too – close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. What really made my experience special was Luz the concierges attention to detail. She was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. I also appreciated how she coordinated the surprise birthday plans we had discussed! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming spot!

Tucked in one of Cabo’s prime roads is this stunning property. It has the convenience of access to basic provisions all while being afforded the luxury of quiet and privacy. We enjoyed our stay as the house is very spacious and to chime in with most of the reviews here, that terrace is serving Cabo’s best view. The staff are (Senor Alejandro!) wonderful and that truly made an impact in our stay. There were some issues but it was met with prompt attention and solution.

We had a great time at Lyle’s condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for the two weeks we stayed. The view is beyond amazing and it was a peaceful environment. I really appreciated Lyle’s responsiveness to questions I had and he was a friendly host. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Cabo.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carolina’s property. It was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a win with my kids and it was never busy, we often had the entire space to ourselves. The walk to the beach was as described and very accessible. We walked the entire beach to the marina and with kids it only took about 45 minutes.. not bad at all as we were taking our time and letting them play in the waves. There are a couple of restaurants and ice cream places close to the building we walked to that were excellent, although, I wouldn’t spend too much time walking around the building as there was a lot of construction and hazards for my children. Not a huge negative, but something to note for families. The Uber ride to other areas was very reasonable and this is what we mostly opted to do. Carolina and her business partner were very responsive and helpful and we really appreciated the cleanliness of our unit. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this villa! We loved the private pool and hot tub (both at the perfect temperature), the daily housekeeping, access to a butler, and the location. Would definitely recommend this place for a big group!

I cannot say enough great things about Kathya and this weekend. A group of 13 of us stayed for a bachelorette weekend and the place and service exceeded our expectations. There is a small pool and jacuzzi on the property (but big enough for us all), views from the rooftop, etc. Kathya assisted us with linkage to private transportation for our whole weekend, we had a chef prepare us dinner one night and massages for those who wanted them. The place was incredibly spacious and clean and her response time is almost immediate. This is in a gated community as well with a clubhouse and small private beach which is a short walk away. We definitely cannot wait to return!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Becky's wonderful condo in Cabo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. We were greeted by the stunning vista of the patio, and the condo was just steps away from the beach. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The condo boasted all the amenities we could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. What truly stood out was the tranquil beauty of the property—both the condo and the surrounding grounds were impeccably kept, providing a serene and picturesque environment. This condo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a peaceful escape with direct beach access and top-notch accommodations. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit!
