I had a great multi-week stay here in Corpus! The complex has a lot of nice amenities, is very close to Whitecap Beach (practically on the beach) and a very short drive to the Padre Island seashore. There are several great restaurants nearby and lots to do downtown. The WiFi was flawless as I worked remotely from the condo, which is perhaps the most important to me! The only note I would add is that it is a second floor unit, so you have units above and below. This matters for a couple of reasons: You may hear noise from the upstairs unit (if the occupants are particularly loud) and there are stairs to get to the unit which can be an accessibility concern. As of this writing, I don’t see this noted anywhere, but it’s a few stairs to get in the building then one flight up to the unit. Just something to keep in mind if that’s of importance to you.

We all had a wonderful time from our 26 year olds to my 82 year old mom. The house was so comfortable and peaceful we had a very relaxing week. The house was exactly as described and our hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The host was very kind and responsive. the hot tub/pool was our favorite part and the view was amazing!

Had a great time At this house, I was communicating with Roxana, we arrived a little earlier and she let us right in, we had a little issue but she corrected it immediately to my satisfaction! She was very helpful and attentive checking in on us each morning! The house was as described and looked like the pictures posted! We had our whole family there 12 adults and 2 kids we had plenty of space! We absolutely enjoyed the weekend and we are already trying to plan our next trip to rock port with the whole family again and we will definitely be renting one of there properties next time!

I loved it! Great location, perfect amount of beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, and allowed pets. The only thing I would say that could’ve been better is the price - pretty steep for just two days after you account for all of the fees.

My family enjoyed our stay! Randy was so helpful and responded quickly! Our place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed! Next time I know not to take so much extras for the kitchen because it’s all provided just need to bring to grub!! The beach is close by and it was wonderful and refreshing ! Will definitely be back! The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

Admittedly smaller than expected, but it does in fact sleep 8 and my party of 4, a dog, and I were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The hot water worked REALLY well. lol The host was very quick to respond. I don't have any real complaints other than I couldn't find the dust pan. I feel bad about sweeping up a pile of sand and dog food and just leaving it by the trash can. I do apologize for that. In any case , I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, yall!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

Do yourself a favor and book this! Amazing home, host and location. Best tip I can give you is RENT THE POLARIS!! Just in case your vehicle breaks down or, you can pack it to the beach and drive to local spots. Deck is amazing, probably the nicest and possibly tallest on the inlets. Amazing views. Stop looking, this is the one. We will be back more than once.

Perfect place to stay, even for your dog! Really nice and clean, the backyard was safe and well taken care of. The home has a lot of curb appeal and one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Convenient to Salty Dog for doggy day care and not far from shopping. Hosts were great people and easy to communicate with. Will stay again!

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

Such a family friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the canal such a beautiful relaxing vacation home . We actually stayed an extra day Than originally planned for. Will definitely make this an annual trip . If you are trying to find an Airbnb book this one.

Beautiful vacation home and very comfortable. My family had a nice time there. Big back porch with a large yard for entertaining and for our dog to run around in. All in all, if we are ever in Rockport again, I will definitely stay here again!

What an awesome place!! So much room and everything so nice. 2 master bedrooms with separate bathrooms is such a nice treat Great place for family and friends. We’ve been down last three years and will definitely come back. Cynthia is so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Great parking and easy access to town and marina. Beach is just down the road. Port A is a favorite with white sands and clear water. Fishing is awesome too.

Jessa’s condo is amazing! It was so clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. It has amazing views of the dunes and the ocean and is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach between marker 2 and 3. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are equipped with blackout curtains. However, I never slept in because the sunrises from the balcony were too spectacular to miss. The complex is pristine, quiet, well maintained, and situated on a beautiful, sprawling piece of property. We felt very safe here. Jessa was a wonderful host and so quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy place within a very short walking distance to the beach made this an easy choice for me and my family. If we did have to leave the condo for anything at all, everything we would need was in a close proximity. Would definitely rebook and recommend to others.

We enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful home! Very clean with everything you could possibly need. The pool was great and we loved fishing off the private dock. I definitely recommend this place.

Great Airbnb! Host was friendly and communicated clearly with details! This condo was super cute, Easy to find, cozy and comfortable! It had all we needed!! Close enough to enjoy Mustang Island, public beaches, Port A in a short distance drive. Security walked the entire property continuously! Each time we came and went we saw security. No noise disturbances, people seemed to respect the curfew etc.

We come to Port Aransas every year with friends, and this was a great rental for two families to share! It was especially amazing that it is walkable to the beach and also several restaurants in Port Aransas. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the sea gypsy beach house and it was great. The house was a good size, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies like pots and pans etc. well stocked with toilet paper too! The location was perfect we were a short cart ride to the beach, and a few minutes from the restaurants/ shopping in Port A. Even having the AC at 72 for the lowest degree we could set it to the house stayed nice and cool. The ceiling fans were an added bonus as well as the cute downstairs patio entertaining area. I would 100% stay with a sand key rental in the future! We were super pleased with our stay😊
