Karina and her husband's are lovely people and they gifted one of the best coffee that I had in Costa Rica. The location is convenient and close to the bus station and other restaurants and stores. Going to Manuel Antonio Park is super easy from here. Disclairmer: Unrelated to the airbnb itself Quepos is not a safe town, being out after sunset poses great risk of being mugged, specially in the areas nearby.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place is well decorated and it feels like a true home. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of utensils, cooking-ware, and plates and bowls. Lots of classic books to read and comfortable furniture to lounge in. I spent a month here working full time. It has a proper office chair and desk to work at. The internet and wifi is also really solid 200Mbps+. The location is amazing. Many restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk and very safe. I would often grab dinner after sunset and always felt safe. There is also a Fresh Market (convenience store) 5 minutes down the street to grab. I recommend the freshly baked croissants there if you don't feel like going out. It's very quiet and peaceful at night here as well. Overall, this place is perfect for short or long stays. Irene was also very nice and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Jorge’s place in San Jose offers a unique blend of comfort and style. The accommodation was very comfortable, featuring updated amenities that catered to all our needs. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. The space was fully stocked with essentials, making our stay worry-free. Jorge had the apartment cleaned midway through our one week stay - a unique experience for us (and we have stayed at many Airbnb’s). It didn’t need cleaning, but this was an added amenity. Jorge’s friendliness and hospitality added an extra layer of comfort, making us feel truly welcome. Jorge’s place is an experience marked by comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

Cool building with great spaces to work or relax and a great room. Loved having the walkable fast casual dining area in the next building. Was a great base in San Jose for day tripping to Poas, Doka Estate and La Paz. Would highly recommend. Parking on site was easy and security made it feel safe!

El lugar es hermoso y aún mejor que las fotos. Una casa amplia con varias habitaciones independientes, cocina super equipada, y unos muebles realmente lindos y camas cómodas. La ubicación es especial. La casa es segura y puedes caminar a restaurantes, supermercado, y también al parque La Sábana. Visitamos con nuestras hijas quienes la hamaca y de la pizarra para dibujar. Mikey fue super atento y nos ayudó con recomendaciones de restaurantes para desayunar. Volveremos cada vez que necesitemos quedarnos en San José.

This place felt like home right away! We were a family with young kids plus a grandparent. Everyone had a fantastically comfortable room, getting excellent sleep. The backyard is amazing for quiet family dinners, enjoying hammocks and fresh air in the evening. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The location within this Residencial is great - very close to the pools and the beach. Isa is a great host, her responces are super quick, she's kind and understanding, and makes extra efforts to accommodate her guests. Conclusion: we fell in love with this place and our entire family just cannot wait to come back!

Manuel and Melanie are the best! Thank you! Your property is so beautiful and the house had all the things we needed. The pool is great and the Internet was fast and trustworthy. Loved the neighborhood and walking distance to healthy little grocery store. The store is expensive but convenient. The place needs AC for the kitchen and the same key for room and kitchen but overall was beautiful. The pool was very nice too.

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

J’ai sejourné à la Villa Peregrino pendant un mois. Alexandro, Vanessa et leurs enfants sont très gentils et toujours prêts à donner un coup de main. Le logement étaient tel que sur les photos. Pas luxueux mais il offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Je m’y suis rapidement sentie chez moi. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus. Seul difficulté, comme le logement adonne sur la rue, c’est assez bruyant. Si vous avez le sommeil fragile, ça peut être un inconvénient. En gros, j’ai beaucoup aimé! Pura vida!!

Perfection! 5 stars and then some! Rob was incredibly helpful before, during and after our trip. He truly cares about his guests and wants them to have the best stay. PLEASE take him up on his very generous offer of airport pick up and renting one of his cars. I foolishly turned him down and decided to rent at the airport. The driving near SJO is CRAZY. I regretted my decision immediately upon arriving at the car rental office. Rob checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect, and, of course, it was! Wojtek helped us find our way to the house and showed us around as well as came to say goodbye before we left. He was also incredibly gracious and does a superior job maintaining the stunning property. Both responded to our questions immediately. Do not miss the hike to el Sabio Macizo, the 450+ year old tree near the property. It is magnificent! The pool and view are beyond amazing! Delightful Druid and coffee awaited our arrival. Pura Vida!

Pictures does not serve this house justice. This house was absolutely beautiful! I like reading reviews and that’s how I pick my place. This house didn’t have many yet. So a few things to note is for girls it isn’t one full body mirror in the home so you won’t be able to see your whole outfit. It’s very very close to Jaco maybe a 10 min drive. It’s gated and very secure. It’s new construction so they are building around there so it’s a little noisy in the mornings but some days I slept right through it.

The place was amazing and the view from the window was breathtaking. Diana was easy to get in touch with and a response was soon. The apartment was clean and a great surprise was the washer in the apartment!👍 The shop was nearby and the area was very safe. Easy to get around and to be.💕 Thanks again, we'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a fully functional residence five minutes away from the airport, this place is highly recommended. Each bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom , it has a complete kitchen, is very clean and is spacious for four people. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. It is very secure and private although it does align beside a major highway. I would highly recommend this residence if you are looking for a practical, clean stay in order to meet your airline destination.

Definitely felt at home and really enjoyed staying here, exceeded my expectations. Great host and terrific location to be amongst the locals, I was treated well and felt very safe. Having a large grocery store just around the corner was a major plus. Will definitely stay again in the future.
