Ataff was accommodating and helpful. Responsive and very pro active. Erica was very polite and always checks on what we need. Host was very responsive and was apologeroc because of the re route due to street construction. The place was cozy and homey. It was a great stay

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

It was a very pleasant experience. Staying at the accomodation is comforting, relaxing and healing! The view and the vibe is very homey. The sunset view is perfection! Everything was worth it. I’m veey rhankful I have found this gem at airbnb, Sir Patrick was accomodating and easy to talk to. Our transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Wishing to come back here again. In addition, the sea! The accomodation is right in front of the shore with a beautiful crystal clear ocean. Our snorkeling experience was superb! There’s a lot of fishes even in the shallow area only and there’s a lot in the deeper parts. Also, they have some life vest and snorkeling gears there that you can borrow for free if you didn’t bring any. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

My Family and I had a wonderful stay here, Ms. Ma Cristina, the host, was incredibly responsive and very accomodating with all my requests. The caretaker were friendly and helpful. The property itself is clean and beautiful, with everything well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great place, excellent service, we will difiniteley come back again. If you're looking for a peaceful and private getaway with your family/friends this is the perfect choice.

Great spot for a Christmas getaway! Spent the Christmas Eve here with my family, and it was a cozy and relaxing stay. The veranda has stunning views—perfect for enjoying coffee and an al-fresco dinner. Got lost heading to the place due to Waze glitch but host was helpful enough to lead us to the right direction. The stairs can be a bit challenging because of the rain but it’s part of the charm! So worth it when we reached the house. A great place to unwind, especially for some quiet family time. Would love to come back again!

The accommodation is fantastic. The location and quality of accommodation offered certainly enhanced our holiday. As you can see from the photos, there are many steps up to the accommodation but it's well worth the climb for the views alone. I would certainly recommend this house.

This was one of the best stays we had ever had. Since my mom will go back to working overseas we are also celebrating my sibling's birthday. They have decorated the place with some birthday decorations and they even bought a cake for us. This is the only place that exceeded our expectations and will book again very soon. Ms. Ella & Ate Shirley are also responsive in all of our questions a day and before we arrive to the place. Thank you so much.

Wow, this place is amazing! We love the location, 3 min walk to the private beach, quiet and peaceful, and can have delivery of food from restos around the area if you do not want to cook. The caretaker, Kuya Lito, provided excellent service and very friendly to all of us. The house makes you feel at home with large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outside area by the pool. Our family of 12 with 2 kids were very comfortable. We are absolutely coming back here whenever we visit Laiya!

The house is beautiful and the place is peaceful. Perfect for big groups like our family. I appreciate that the living room and indoor spaces for lounging are air conditioned - perfect for when you just want to tambay inside and not swim. The trees also provide ample shade and cooling. The place is spacious enough to accommodate several cars. The caretaker, Mae, is also very helpful and friendly. Sophia is also very helpful and responsive. Overall, our family enjoyed very much our stay.

They staff was amazing, from helping with ideas for activities to arranging rides. I happily paid extra for help with the cooking. The cook cooked very tasty local dishes which I loved by my noticeable weight gain😅. Money well spent. If you have a chance I would suggest that you do the same. You won't regret it I promise. Overall a great time and a very restful getaway that I will gladly do again.

This property has the most accommodating and generous host and staff ive ever encountered so far. My family felt at home right away! clean linens and well maintained bathrooms are a must for me and this place exceeded my expectations. The host even let us check in early since theres no guest before us. ❤️ theres no TV inside the villa which is good because you get to talk and relax with your fam. Also, the lomi we ordered through Ate Karen is really big for its price. They will deliver it to you. The place is serene and has lots of trees. beach area is quite rocky but the water is clear. We wanted to gate keep this place because it’s really relaxing lol will definitely come back!!

Our Host is responsive, the place is just indeed a minute to the beach. He allowed us to bring pets and have an early check in. The place is worth the price and lots of beds to sleep in. Just had a comment in the videoke on the 3rd floor coz of delay of sounds in mic hence overall it was a good and comfy stay. Much recommended! 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb with our friends. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play. With a total of three indoor showers and two outdoor ones, we had no issues with bathroom availability. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the convenience of having several sari-sari stores nearby for any last-minute essentials. A special mention goes to Sir Rex, the caretaker, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Airbnb host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay without any extra charges. the place is spacious and airy. ate nhalyn was so helpful. the place was perfect for us except for the beach as it was full of rocks and not too chils friendly though we were advised about it prior to booking. the place is highly rexommended

The place is very nice and family friendly. Location is very private and walking distance from the beach. We had a great time here with my family. Kuya (The Caretaker) really took good care of us. Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.
