Great place to stay for the whole family. It was cozy, quiet and very walkable. Only steps from the beach and amazing restaurants. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you need to feel right at home. Greta was very responsive and made sure we had everything we need for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend it.

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

The space was perfect for the two of us and our pooch. Unbelievable location. We parked the car out front, and walked almost everywhere. Perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean, as was the bathroom, with a wonderful shower head that was perfection. We look forward to staying again. WE LOVE THE AREA and the rental!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this charming little spot near Newport Beach. The apartment was just the right size for one or two people and felt perfectly cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the privacy of the space, which allowed me to comfortably work full days from my laptop without interruption. Having access to on-site laundry was a huge convenience, and the other guests around were all very friendly, making the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the BBQ right outside the room—I fired it up and grilled an amazing steak one evening! Every night of my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you again, Leo, for providing such a fantastic home away from home.

Kim's place is just lovely, warm, clean and right on the sand. She was very responsive and friendly, would definitely stay again! Such a peaceful getaway with everything I needed and more.

Blake & Brenda’s place was perfect for my requirements. It looks as beautiful as in the pictures. All the amenities you’d expect were there and were of high quality. The unit was clean and conveniently located. I’d highly recommend it.

The Tiny Tiki was so cozy and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. A 10/10. The shower is small, but has great water pressure and great products. It also has a nice size kitchen and refrigerator. The place was so clean. It really made our stay very comfortable. Parking was no problem. The unit was easy to access. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to all the great restaurants on 2nd St. I would highly recommend this place. There is a lot of attention to the details here that make your stay like being at home!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

We loved everything about this place! Perfect description for our family of 5, with 3 grown adult sons needing their space. Super close to where we wanted to be and able to walk to the beautiful beach in Sunset Beach. Helpful neighbor Justin was a great addition! Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

Our family had such a nice stay at this little beach bungalow. You really cannot beat being right on the beach like that. We watched every sunset. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would love to come back!

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Long Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish décor, spacious layout, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The bedrooms were both cozy and well-appointed, providing plenty of space and privacy, while the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was ideal—close to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this gem in Long Beach.

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

If I could give this place 25 stars, I would! This was by far the best AB&B experience my family of four has ever had. Dalma was super responsive to all questions and even came right over when we ran into an issue with the fireplace that we caused. The home was immaculate, and the upgrades were impressive! Dalma put so much thought into every detail, and we had plenty of supplies for our weeklong stay. The location was awesome, just steps away from the water and a ten-minute (and gorgeous) walk to fabulous restaurants. Parking was not an issue and the neighborhood was cute! Lovely greenery and landscape all around. It rained during our trip for a couple of days but none of us was upset about being stuck inside because there were so many comfortable spots to play games, soak in the tub, or read a book by the fireplace. I will definitely book this place again and again! Thank you so much for your hospitality Dalma!

Short family getaway. Good instructions and unit was as pictured and listed. What a great location to walk to the beach and straight into town for treats. Too cold for ocean time but a good collection of beach toys and supplies.

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

This unit is perfectly located in the Belmont area of Long Beach. Restaurants and bars, beach, Vons grocery, everything was within walking distance and kept things very convenient

We loved our stay at Abraham's condo. We used the jacuzzi, the ping pong table, fed the Koi fish and made some nice meals while there. The kitchen is well equipped! We walked on the beach multiple times each day and kayaked at the harbor which we also walked to. Amazing place. Roomy and a short walk to the pier. Even caught a surfing contest going on next to the pier on Sunday morning. Awesome visit and appreciated Abraham letting us come into the condo one hour early. Five star all the way.
