Great location! Easy 5 minute walk to lift 7, convenient to Clark's market (3 minute walk), and convenient to old town Telluride. Unit was very clean & well stocked for the 4 of us (two couples) Appreciated the Ski Locker to store our skiis It's a 2 bedroom unit, 1 Master Suite with bath; 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds, however, 2nd bathroom was upstairs which was fine during the day, a bit inconvenient at night, especially if you forget to keep the light on in the stairwell. But it worked fine for us. :) Appreciated the consistent updates and check in's, host was extremely responsive. Always wanted to be sure everything was going as it should be. Would definitely consider coming back.

Pictures could not describe how beautiful this home is. Our stay was very comfortable and had many amenities that our family enjoyed. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the snow and our grandchildren loved sledding in the hills around the yard. Home is very close to the ski resort. Our Christmas vacation was perfect.

The Peaks is an amazing property and Mountain Village is also an amazing spot, we love Telluride

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was absolutely beautiful and the home was clean and spacious.

Our stay was wonderful. Ski-in/ski-out with ski valet service. Enjoyed the evening happy hours in the resort bar. Car valets were amazing. Incredible view from our condo. 15 min drive into Telluride. Only recommendation is the room could use some updating. Window shades wouldn’t stay open, the finishes are dated and the kitchen didn’t have many tools to cook with.

The property had amazing views. The hot tub was clean and easy to access, it helped after a long day of snowboarding. They responded quickly to my messages and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. No issues. Ski valet alone worth the price of admission. Very lean closet space if more than 2 guests with no options outside of the bedroom closet. Otherwise awesome.

Wonderful cottage for a close group of friends. It had everything we needed for a great ski weekend. The location is perfect for hopping on the gondola or walking into town. I would absolutely stay here again.

Patricia & Doug’s home was the perfect place for our group to stay while snowboarding in Silverton for the weekend. The home is very cute and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for making meals. The wood burning stove in the living room was great for staying warm in the evenings. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and look great. The beds are comfortable and have mattresses heaters. There is even a ski/snowboard wax station in the back of the home! Patricia & Doug are great hosts and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stu’s Dog House is a great spot for any Silverton adventure. The local is great, the house is immaculate, well provisioned, has a ton of space- 3 spacious bedrooms. The ski and boot-ready mud room, wood burning stove and snacks were bonuses. Hope to be back.

Very comfortable, clean and inviting home, with historic charm and interesting and attractive Victorian elements to the home. Fully stocked nice kitchen and spacious dining and common area. Silverton is a dazzling secluded town with downtown amenities all walking distance from this house. Would stay here again!

Kevin and his son responded quickly to any questions we had. The check in process was easy and we loved how close we were to the main street of Telluride. We could walk out our door and be at restaurants and stores within minutes. The free bus picked up close by.

What a beautiful property!! My family and I rented this home for thanksgiving and it was a comfortable and wonderful stay. We had some issues with the fireplace but the response time from AvantStay was fast and the quick response of the local team to check it out was greatly appreciated! Things to note about this property: The kitchen is pretty small. We found that 2 people could comfortably cook in the space. There were also lots of appliances provided and we probably used a majority of them! This home has 7 landings all separated by a half flight of stairs. We definitely got our steps in going from the comfy large den to the primary bedroom! All-in-all it’s obvious this home has been well loved. It’s comfy and quiet and well stocked. We’d definitely stay here again.

There was a small mix up in the entry code, but the support staff worked diligently to fix the problem. The inside of the unit was beautiful and we really enjoyed the kitchen and the hot tub!

This home was an excellent find and we would love to stay again. Very spacious, accommodates lots of people if needed, in a wonderful location off Sundance. Peaceful, private and also very close to second Gondola. Seems about as convenient as it gets in mountain village for a single family home with privacy. The furnishings were comfortable and beautiful, the place felt welcoming. The kitchen and living room were soothing and beautiful, and created an atmosphere of warmth in gorgeous surroundings. Loved the tub, too! Loved that the kitchen equipment was actually in good condition and made cooking so pleasurable. Loved this home! Thanks for the welcoming place for us to stay!

What a great place. We were a small group up there for work and the layout and flexibility made it super welcoming and an easy home base.

We had the best time with our family and the house was perfect. The fall colors were amazing with many pictures to show for it.
