Much nicer than staying in a hotel for 8 nights. Lovely view out back window. Relaxed and private feel. Mix of luxury and rustic. Beautiful stone countertops throughout. Comfy bed. Very quiet. Heated floor. Well-equipped kitchen. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Hot showers. Wildlife in back yard. Great tasting water from fridge. Walking distance to The Gym Monticello. Walking distance to Thai and Pizza restaurants. Motion detector night lights were a nice touch! Closer to Canyonlands Needles district than Moab. A very short distance from Hart's Draw scenic paved road. No washer/dryer but laundromat nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! Beautiful, private surroundings. The house was so well equipped and everything was clean and spotless. It was a perfect base for our visit to Capitol Reef Park.

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

This place was perfect for our trip to Moab! We had a big group and this place had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also space to hang out all together. Everything was clean, check-in was easy, and our kids loved the room with the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient overnight stop on our roadtrip. Very comfy and cute place. Easy to get into. We loved the Kokopelli decor. Access to a washing machine was a big plus!

I had a wonderful time staying at mike and sherry's place, I came to work remotely while spending time hiking in the afternoons and weekend. the house is located within waking distance of the main road with several restaurants and is a great base for exploring the amazing, beautiful surroundings of Blanding. The space is very peaceful and comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and the stocked kitchen is a big plus too.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

Our time in Bluff was enhanced by the tranquility and comfortable location of this temporary home. We were greeted by a cozy space that allowed us to move through with joy and ease. We felt the decor, furniture, accessories, etc, are of a higher quality - thoughtful, comforting and functional. The bed is high and indulgent. The shower soothing and relaxing. The hallway creates a sense of elongation to the individual spaces (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). The kitchen is simple yet equipped with many things to facilitate baking and cooking. The outdoors is enchanting and curious, with picturesque topography and sweet skies. We were able to enjoy lunch in the patio, which was made with care. Our walks toward the river, to the post office and the nearby store were at times challenging because of the dryness, yet challenging in invigorating ways. Considering the location of this home is by a main road, it is often quiet and we were not interrupted in the ways one may have assumed beforehand.

Had a great stay and would definitely be a top choice if I return to Moab. Condo is brand new, and you can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into this property. It was clean, modern, and spacious. Great location - about 10ish minutes from town. Hot tub, especially after a day of hiking was a plus! Host was nice and responsive.
