What an amazing place! Wonderful location and the home has everything you need. We saw Mt Baker from the deck and lots of wildlife. Very cozy and practical, perfect for our trip with the family

This place was perfect for us. It is great for a couple or someone by themselves. It’s perched inside trees, overlooking the bay. You wake up to this incredible view. Equipped kitchen and with parking too. Everything is clean and modern. We used it as a writers retreat and wrote some amazing poetry inspired by our stay here. Also close to restaurants and shopping but far enough away to feel remote. Definitely worth the money.

An off season stay means you get the unparalleled Puget Sound views and also quiet and peace. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Go grocery shopping on the way to the ferry in Anacortes and the cabin has all the equipment you need to cook. Drive from the ferry dock was short, beautiful, and well-signed.

We loved our stay! It was cozy, comfortable and has great views. We love the privacy the cabin offered. Carol Jo is very kind and helpful. We definitely will be staying here again!

We stayed for 4 days and truly found it to be a magical experience. Few things in life match, but here they align pristinely. The photos accurately depict the experience and then some. We had an amazing time at this home and are looking forward to rebooking in the next 6 months. We traveled with our 10 month old and the home came with a pack and play which we didn’t realize until later making this home extraordinarily accommodating. It’s everything you could possibly need. We sat for hours reading, drinking coffee and enjoying the amazing view this bnb had to offer. Coupled with a bbq that they offer and a surplus of appliances we rarely ever had to leave making this an all inclusive experience. We cannot wait to come back!

Nice house, accurately described, great location! One thing the description doesn't mention is that there are DINOSAURS (made out of driftwood) along the beach, which was a super cool surprise. One thing to note is that the house is close to the refinery, so there are lights at night and some smells, although low tide accounts for some of that and can't be avoided.

Lynna and Dennis’s cottage was the single best airbnb experience we’ve had. The space is beautiful and cozy, and our hosts were infinitely kind and welcoming. There is so much to do on this property—it was a true “choose your own adventure” experience. It seemed like every day we discovered a new nook or cranny that Lynna and Dennis have put there to surprise and delight guests. We kayaked, explored the tide pools, lit the wood stove when it got chilly out, and had an all around wonderful time. Their recommendations for things to try around the island were spot on. (Check out the whale watch they suggest—we had a blast, and learned a lot about the region!) There is so much more to be done and enjoyed on this property and on Orcas than we could fit into four days, and we sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to return soon!

This was an excellent stay for me. The windows and door face a beautiful bay and literally two minutes from the quaint little town filled with bakerys and restaurants. Checking in and out was seamless and the bed was comfortable!! The ONLY downside is if you are 6' or taller, you have to understand this is a basement walkout type of space, the ceilings are lowwww. I had no problems with my 5'10" self, but there are some beams you want to be careful of. Everything I needed was there. Didn't see any other human beings which was the kind of solitude I was looking for. And bonus! Saw a pod of orcas from the ferry on the way back to Anacortes. It was a great experience!
