Carole’s cottage was a dream come true. It was clean, comfortable and roomy, with an amazing, beautiful view. The cottage was fully stocked with everything one could need for a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was huge and relaxing, and the wood burning stove made for warm, cozy evenings. Carole was easy to reach and responsive. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return.

This cabin was so dreamy! On our drive in, we spotted a beautiful gray fox and a few deer. The forest surrounding the cabin is just beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I thought I wouldn’t like to walk to the bath house, but honestly I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s only a short walk, and it gives you multiple chances to spot wildlife. The bath house is clean and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the French press coffee and slow mornings reading in the cabin

A beautiful place for a weekend getaway. My group had a wonderful time, and were able to “unplug” for a few days. I highly recommend this stay. It’s easy to locate, close to downtown, and central to a lot of sightseeing spots. It’s a perfect place to escape the city for a few days.

The location is unbeatable, the house has stunning views of the water and is very close to Moran state park, Cascades lake, and Mt. Constitution. The hosts were great at communication and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orcas!

Arcadia House is spacious in a beautiful, quiet setting. I’m sure the trails and ponds must be lovely, but springtime mud kept us seniors from exploring. Do heed the warning in the listing that it’s NOT an appropriate setting for those requiring walkers, canes, etc. That aside, it’s charming and well appointed. Arcadia House amenities include every coffee making appliance you can imagine and more kitchen knives than even the most seasoned chef would need. The art collection invites curiosity and speculation about the collector! This location is a one-of-a-kind experience.

We visited Lopez Island for a quick weekend away and are so happy we chose Linnea’s place. The house was very charming and included everything we need while there. Its location was perfect (right in the heart of the village so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops). Also, the bed upstairs that we slept in was VERY comfy. Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay on Orcas Island and this place was the perfect base for our experience. Tucked away at the top of the hill, we had the benefit of privacy while also being right next to downtown Eastsound. The house was cozy with lots of open space. You could tell it had old bones but had more recent work to update it to a modern aesthetic while still maintaining that historical charm. Access to the home was easy to follow and check-out didn't require much of us at all. I didn't have much communication with the hosts, but when I did message I got a kind and prompt response addressing any potential needs. The house was just a perfect space to decompress after a day of exploring/hiking. No unnecessary bells and whistles, just a cozy spot with lots of books and opportunities to prepare for the next adventure.

Beautiful view of the north side of the island. Well stocked kitchen, fun private beach, lots of fun extra touches around the house. A lot bigger than the listing, was a great place for a home base and we can't wait to stay again. Responsive host.

Lovely home in a fantastic location, near both Eastsound and Moran State Park, which is an absolute gem. The house is beautiful, well cared for, and well appointed. All in all a great place for a family w two teens and a dog.

This little cabin was exactly what we wanted/needed. The deck was lovely and surrounded by lush forest. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Home and setting were beautiful. Check in / check out was breezy. Kitchen was somewhat lacking on dishes, trash bags, etc. however, but we made due. Overall very happy and would love to stay again.

Virginia was very helpful and responsive. We were stuck in the ferry line waiting and hoping to catch a ferry when they suspended service due to mechanical issues. She immediately reached out to help us navigate this issue and we very helpful getting us the latest information. All instructions thereafter were direct and concise. She was a pleasure to work with.

What an amazing place! Wonderful location and the home has everything you need. We saw Mt Baker from the deck and lots of wildlife. Very cozy and practical, perfect for our trip with the family

This was our first stay on Orcas Island and we were blown away! The rental is on the most beautiful property with absolutely outstanding views. The owners live on site, but they gave us ample privacy and we never felt any intrusion whatsoever. They were very friendly and could be easily reached if needed. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 2 adults. We were able to cook many meals at home and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in the backyard. We were also thankful for the hot tub, which we relaxed in several times while taking in the views. We would love to return here in the future and highly recommend this rental for a couple’s getaway! (There also appeared to be all the necessary baby supplies available should you have a third in your party.)

Gramma Rikki has a beautiful home nestled privately in the trees. She has simply thought of everything to make the house accommodating from providing games to having the kitchen stocked with spices and other cooking amenities. The home was even more vast in person than in photos and was cozy and inviting. We hope to come back again when the weather is warmer to enjoy all the property has to offer. Perfect vacation home for bigger families!

We had a great time at Lydia’s farm cottage. We enjoyed meeting the goats and pot bellied pig. The garden out back had great strawberries and blackberries, as well as others. The location was great for our kayaking and whale watching trips out of Deer Harbor, as well as great hiking at nearby Turtleback mountain. All in all, a quiet and relaxing home for our first visit to Orcas Island.

Sarah’s house was a dream to stay in- everything about this property is enchanting. There’s no shortage of otters, birds and harbor seals to watch swimming in the water. Host was helpful and quick to responded to our questions , we would absolutely stay at this property again and again!!

Everything was wonderful for our visit at this house! The view was absolutely breathtaking! The house was very up-to-date and clean. The hot tub worked and made our visit very fun. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had access to a tennis/pickleball court. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bedroom and bathroom are especially spacious and beautiful. Also, the host checked in by messaging several times and was responsive. I really didn't need to ask for any help though because the instructions were very clear Orcas Island is very beautiful!
