Beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach and had amazing sunsets. A couple of close restaurants and close to a few different beaches for surfing.

Perfect View from every angle in the House. You have mich space and a bis balcony. Playa Maderas is not far and its so beautiful, perfect for catching some big waves on the Board!

It´s a great place to stay. This is my second time at the house and I really love it. It´s always clean, great view, nice pool and beautiful surroundings. I recommend it.

Amazing view. Privacy. Enough room to spread out family. Great place to relax at the pool and take in the view. Morning walk down to beach (although it’s rocky and not very good for swimming, go to other nearby beaches if you want to swim). Have stayed in other Airbnb and hotels in area and this is our new favorite.

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

The home was an absolute dream - even better than the photos. The caretaker, Hiro was amazingly helpful, and the home was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the location was incredible. 10/10 would stay here again.

Everything about this place was stunning. The view is incredible. The decor and layout is gorgeous. Place is very clean and there are plenty of towels. I particularly loved being able to see the statue of Christ while doing my dishes! Steep hill but our car made it up, and super close to town where all the action is. Host was flexible with our check in and out times.

This is a beautiful house and the view is exactly as pictured! We spent three weeks here and had an amazing time spending each day in the pool and evenings watching sunset. Dan has great recommendations, communication, and a guest discount to his catamaran tour which is tons of fun. We were three people working remotely and occasionally faced problems with power outages, often multiple times per week and day. If you are working remotely I would recommend flexibility and/or also having a local sim/ external data connection to avoid issues. However, I will mention that these issues are not unique to Dan's place and can be expected at any location in San Juan del Sur. The house attendants are readily available for anything you might need, however we sometimes faced miscommunication issues in regards to cleanings and laundry. I would highly recommend Dan's place for a relaxing vacation and remote work, you cannot beat the pool and view!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

This is the most expensive place we've ever stayed in (we are usually budget travellers) but I was desperate to come back to Majagual with my family after visiting 18 years ago and it was worth every penny. The location is perfect and the house is spectacular, it was huge for us as a family of four, choosing where to sit was our only problem. Manuel and Maria are lovely and we felt good having them there, though it feels a very safe area anyway. Juanitas is great too for food and they brought it over to the house, kids loved the pancakes! One minor niggle is that being beachfront, groups do sit right in front - there was a group of tourists with loud music and smoking all day. We crossed from Costa Rica and the border is a bit of a nightmare so be prepared if you're doing that too. Totally worth it though! Hope to return in another 18 years.

You can’t go wrong renting this beautiful home. We felt at home. Beautiful views. Very peaceful. The people in charge were very helpful, responsive and professional. We enjoyed our weekend stay for the second year in a row. I definitely recommend staying here. Just gorgeous home.
