we stayed here for 4 night's November 2024, great location between old and new town and only a few seconds walk to the beach. the host was very responsive and because we had a early morning flight she let us check in earlier than arranged.. check in instructions where simple to follow due to the short video you receive. this is the 3rd airbnb I've stayed in this year in benidorm and it was certainly the nicest and will definitely stay here again. kitchen is a bit small but that didn't bother us because we had no intention of cooking whilst on holiday anyway. overall great location great apartment and very helpful host.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Xaviers lägenhet! Både lägenheten och läget överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi tyckte mkt om att det var så nära till allt, både strand och restauranger, och att vi samtidigt kunde ha det så lugnt och fridfullt på den stora härliga terassen. Vi tröttnade aldrig på att blicka ut över havet och se stadens pampiga siluett, och njöt över att det var ett sådant levande folkliv runt omkring oss. Perfekt också att vi hade tillgång till ett garage så nära lägenheten. Vi har hittat en drömlägenhet och vill åka tillbaka snart igen!

Vi hadde et flott opphold hos James. Leiligheten ligger i flotte omgivelser i et rolig område, med tilgang og mulighet til flere aktiviteter tilknyttet leiligheten. James var rask til å svare på spørsmål som vi hadde, og vi følte oss ivaretatt av han. Vi kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet.

We had a lovely week at Juan’s apartment. Amazing view from the balcony and very near to beach front . Although weather was unusually wi dy and rainy the week we were there , we managed to explore a few of the places around using the tram. Alicante centre a bit disappointing with not much to do but great for a days exploring. Loved Vila Joiosa, nearby town which was a 30 min tram trip. Would love to come back when sunny! Juan was very friendly and accommodating with arrival time, greeting us with a lovely bottle of wine and allowing a later check out— thank you!

Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit appartement in old town Benidorm Het appartement was erg schoon en alles was je nodig hebt was aanwezig Gezellig ingericht Het ligt erg centraal 2 minuutjes lopen naar de zee Echt alles is op loopafstand te doen, zo fijn! Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i 9 dage i lejligheden. Der var alt det vi havde brug for. Den flotteste havudsigt som vi nød hvet dag. Der var stille og roligt kun med lyden af havets brusen. Det er tæt på Tram og der er et minimarked lige nedenunder. El Campello er virkelig et lækkert område. Jeg håber meget at vi få mulighed for at komme igen på et tidspunkt. Vi havde vores lille hund med hvilket var helt perfekt med mange steder at lufte og en lille palmehave lige nedenunder.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

Lovely traditional style house, exactly as described , excellent location, , will definitely return in the future.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Fijne plek, direct aan het strand met een prive parkeerplaats. We waren buiten het seizoen waardoor sommige restaurants al gesloten waren. Wat betreft de accommodatie: super! Dank Eduardo!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this apartment in Aranales del Sol! Most importantly, the apartment is reliably wheelchair accessible, with ramps everywhere, two lifts, and a spacious floor plan inside that made it easy for my sister to move around. It’s perfect for anyone with limited mobility who can still walk a bit. The space itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Appliances listed (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) were easy to use and super quiet. The bathrooms were great, with many supplies and functional features and the furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside. The best feature was the sunrise and beach view, which was stunning to wake up to. Automatic blinds were blackout, so could also sleep in total darkness. Also a regular bus to Alic. across street. The hosts were super attentive, offering detailed instructions and arranging airport pick-up for us with the lovely Ines. It is clear the care they have for guests and their apartment!

We stayed at Helga‘s place for two weeks as part of a workation. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony, the furniture, the entire place is just amazing. Everything was great. We will definitely come back!

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und absolut aufgeräumt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – weniger als eine Minute Fußweg zum Strand! In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Mülleimer, Restaurants, ein Park und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So braucht man sich um nichts sorgen und kann den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Kontakt zum Host war ebenfalls hervorragend – immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

Super friendly hosts that are extremely responsive to any questions. We felt right at home at this beautiful place with an amazing view over the ocean! We definitely recommend the place and would come back again! Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance! All perfect!
