Me and my wife spent 3 nights here in February with our two kids, we were lucky that the sun shined every day, we were able to swim in the rooftop pool every day we even swam in the sea which wasn't even a 5 minute walk. The apartment is the perfect size for a family, easy to find from the airport (15mins away). the balcony is from all bedrooms and the lounge, beautiful sea views from every angle, clean & tidy, comfy beds and very well equipped. we used the onsite gym, tennis courts and paddle court. We had lunch and beers on the rooftop while using the pool every day (which is heated). the local restaurants are a 10 mins walk along the beach, great local food and reasonably priced again all with sea views. We used Airbnb lots and we would definitely stay here again. Wilfried was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and answered and questions super quickly. Good luck everyone. Enjoy!

Wow what a place! Although the pictures looks great in the advert they do not do this place justice, its so much better once you are there. The apartment is very spacious (we travelled with two adults and two young children), spotless, well equipped and bright. The complex is exellcent, pools, sauna, playgrounds and very clean! It as good as a 5* hotel...just less busy (we went in Feb 2025)! There isnt must to do in surround area and supermarket is quite far so a car is properly best (comes with parking). Beach is close by but there are lots of steps so keep this in mind. Christine was so helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and right at home even though we turned up late. We will be booking this place again for sure.

El piso muy amplio y con buena terraza , limpio y ordenado , piscina tranquila y con un gimnasio muy nuevo. Ramón muy amable y muy pendiente en todo momento. La única pega es que tienes un paseíto hasta la playa .

Un apartamento muy completo con todas las cosas de cocina (utensilios, pequeños electrodomésticos....) baño (toallas...), dormitorios (sabanas), necesarias para una familia. Mis hijos muy contentos con el apartamento. Gracias David y Anja, por ser tan amables. Muy satisfecho con la experiencia, seguro que repetiré!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Liegenschaft gibt es auch einen Fitnessraum (wurde von uns rege benutzt) und noch 2 Pools wie auch Tennis, Fußball, und Basketball-Platz. Die Pools haben wir dann letztendlich nicht benutzt, da es zum schönen Strand Poniente nur einen 5-minütigen Fußweg ist. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 20Min. zu Fuss. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige Nachbarn unter uns, welche praktisch täglich, bis tief in die Nacht und morgens früh auf der Terrasse laut diskutiert, geschrien und gestritten haben. Wir hatten aber eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung, haben es sehr genossen und werden hoffentlich bald wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin Paola ist sehr nett, aufmerksam, schnell erreichbar und reagiert auf Anfragen umgehend. DANKE Paola für die wunderbare Zeit!

The apartment is nice and clean. Luis and Maria are very kind a friendly. The underground garage is very good for a big car. I will be happy to stay at this appartment again.

Leiligheten er var ny og meget ren. Ligger i et leilighetskompleks rett ved en flott park, og 10 min gangavstand til stranden, og også til golfbanen. Et lite supermarked ligger 200 m unna. Der ligger også et godt utvalg av restauranter. Fredelig bassengområde. Et veldig velutstyrt treningsrom var det også fint å ha tilgang til. Esteban var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Vilajoiosa! We had a great week there in October; the kids (ages 2 and 5) loved the pool - even though it was a bit cold (pool is not heated)! The area is quiet, there is a playground right outside the door and the main beach is a 10 min walk away. There is a beach just outside, but with pebbles. The main beach is really beautiful and more child friendly. The apartment is fully equipped, 2 bathrooms and was clean when we arrived. Nice ocean view, and afternoon and evening sun! The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and gave a few recommendations for restaurants. He was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would love to come again!

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Segunda vez que nos alojamos en este apartamento y como recordamos, un apartamento con una terraza y unas vistas espectaculares. El edificio está cuidado y la casa aunque es pequeña, es perfecta para una pareja y para estar unos días de vacaciones. Apartamento limpio, sencillo, ordenado y con todo lo que necesitas.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

Una estancia maravillosa , la urbanización es preciosa y muy tranquila, con todos los servicios a mano. Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares, hemos estado cómo en casa ! Suniva ha sido muy resolutiva nos ha solucionado al momento un problemilla que tuvimos con la cama. Volveremos , mil gracias.

we had a fantastic time at this apartment. it was clean and organised well, had everything we would need. The balcony was lovely and enjoyed spending there and views are incredible. we had access to the lovely swimming pool, hot tubs and steam and sauna rooms. Will definitely book again. The only change I would make about the holiday, is rent a car to go places rather than taking taxis everywhere.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Stef. La résidence est incroyable. Plusieurs piscine à disposition sont une intérieur. Le complexe dispose vraiment de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Stef est toujours très réactifs! Grâce à ce logement, nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Erittäin siisti asunto kätevällä paikalla. Autohalli oli todella hyvä ja Autolla pääsi asunnolta joka paikkaan helposti. Majoittajan tarjoamat aamiaiset ja välipalat olivat huippuja

We had a wonderful stay here. Really nice place close to the pink lake. Quit and safe neighborhood.

The house is very beautiful with designer renovation...the house was completely ready for our arrival, the owner is very friendly

Todo perfecto, muy lindo espacio para largas estadías. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación principal de tram y de varias paradas de buses.

Huoneisto/talo erinomaisesti varusteltu ja siisti. Wi-Fi toimii hyvin ja televisioon voi kytkeä Cromecastin. Pysäköinti kadun varressa toimii - aina tilaa ja turvallinen seutu. Välimatkat autolla lyhyitä mm. Alicanteen, Santa Polaan, Elcheen. Alueella puolitusinaa ravintolaa, joista kaksi erittäin hyviä. N. 2,5 km päässä kolme suurta valintamyymälää. Majoittaa erittäin ystävällinen ja vastasi viipymättä erilaisiin kyselyihin. Palaamme uudestaan Los Didi’siin

Pilar a été très attentive , merci pour ses gentilles attentions. Merci pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette maison. Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

Hemos pasado 15 dias geniales con la piscina, el piso jardin de libre disponibilidad. Santi y Lola son muy agradables, serviciales y reactivos. Hay que coger el coche para ir al centro de Elche y las playas pero estan cerca. recomendamos la playa de Carabassi, co, no demasiada gente. Alicante tambien a 20 minutos. Lo recomendamos !
